As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the invention provides an open-close piston cylinder hole tooling, which comprises an open-close tooling device 01, a piston 13 tightly locked and pressed on the inner side of the open-close tooling device 01, a piston ring 12 arranged at one end of the piston 13, a connecting rod 15 arranged at the other end of the piston 13, and a connecting rod piston pin 14 connecting the piston 13 and the connecting rod 15, wherein the open-close tooling device 01 comprises a left semicircle 2, a right semicircle 4 arranged on the symmetrical surface of the left semicircle 2, a cylindrical pin 3 connected between the left semicircle 2 and the right semicircle 4, a hook seat 1 fixed on the outer side surface of the left semicircle 2, a movable support 6 fixed on the outer side surface of the right semicircle 4, a screw 5 for fixing the movable support 6 and the right semicircle 4, a short column 11 connected on the movable support 6, a tightening lock pressing handle 7 connected with the movable support 6 through the short column 11, a long column 9 connected with the other end of the tightening lock pressing handle 7, a U-shaped column 10 connected with the tightening lock pressing handle 7 through the long column 9, and a semicircle nut 8 for fixing the long column 9 and the U-shaped column 10, the end head 4 is provided with a protrusion, and a pressing groove is arranged on the end of the left semicircle 2; the left semicircle 2 and the right semicircle 4 are movably hinged by a cylindrical pin 3; the piston 13 is tightly locked and pressed between the insides of the left semicircle 2 and the right semicircle 4, and one end of the piston 13 is provided with a piston groove.

Screw holes are formed in the movable support 6, the movable support is fixed on the right semicircle 4 through the screws 5, the tightening lock pressing handle 7 is movably connected with the U-shaped column 10 through the long column 9 and the nuts 8, the opening and closing flexibility is guaranteed, the tightening lock pressing handle 7 is movably connected with the movable support 6 through the short columns 11 and finally connected with the right semicircle 4, two ends of the U-shaped column 10 are fixedly connected with the nuts 8, and the left semicircle 2 is movably hinged with the right semicircle 4 through the cylindrical pins 3. When the tool for entering the cylinder hole is used, a downward force is used for enabling the piston and the piston ring sleeved in the opening and closing tool device to enter the cylinder sleeve of the engine.
