Description

The invention relates to a package with lightweight insulation panels for construction purposes, these being lightweight insulation panels in particular EPS insulation boards.

In addition to mineral wool / rock wool slabs, insulating slabs made of much lighter material, such as EPS (expanded polystyrene), which have a density of about 15 kg / m 3 , are used for thermal insulation in the exterior of buildings. Conventionally, these lightweight insulation materials are transported by hand to the individual layers of the facade scaffolding and coated from there with adhesive and applied to the facade. Due to the intermediate storage of the insulation board stack on the scaffolding layers of the work space for the construction workers is severely limited, which is a hindrance when working. The addition of individual insulation boards, to then apply them immediately on the facade, requires a large Zeltautwand and is relatively labor intensive.

From DE 197 26 367 A1 packaging for lightweight insulation panels are known, which are appended from the outside to the facade scaffold. In these known packages, the insulation boards are horizontally stacked. The plates are surrounded by a film and attached via hanging organs on, for example, the breastworks of the facade scaffold. The transport of these known Leichtdämmstoffplatten-packaging requires a certain skill and is not easy, since the smooth filament surrounding the insulation board stack is difficult to grasp by hand and therefore easily slide the packaging out of the hands.

From DE 28 52 496 A1 an attachable from the outside of a facade scaffold basket-like frame is known, can be accommodated upright in the lightweight insulating panels. The transport of this basket-like frame is also awkward. It must also be borne in mind that the basket must always be brought down to load it with new panels, unless the baskets on the scaffolding are filled with new panels suspended from the scaffolding, which must then be transported individually up the facade scaffolding.

Aus DE-U-91 17 210 ist es bekannt. Leichtdämmstoffplatten mittels einer Folle bereichsweise zu umhüllen. In US-A-3 997 943 ist ein Verschlussband für Säcke beschrieben. From DE-U-91 17 210 it is known. To insulate lightweight insulating panels by means of a filament area. In US-A-3 997 943 a sack closure tape is described.

The invention has for its object to provide a relative to the transport of lightweight insulating panels on the individual floor levels of a facade scaffold easily manageable packaging. Furthermore, the lightweight insulation board should also be stored conveniently on the facade scaffolding.

To solve this problem, according to a first variant of the invention, a packaging with Lelchtdämmstoffplatten proposed for construction, in particular with EPS Dämmstoffptatten according to claim 1.

The Deichtdämmstoffplattenverpackung according to this first variant of the invention has a Follenschlauch, which surrounds the insulating panels with its central portion. On both sides of the central portion of the Follenschlauches extend its end portions which project beyond the narrow ends of the plates. Each of these end portions is provided with a retainer which radially constricts the end portions. In this way, the end portions extending from the circumferential or central portion of the film tube substantially along the narrow front ends of the Dämmstoffptatten and cover them, starting from there from the plate stack projecting and gathered to run. The Zusammenhalteverrichtungen are namely disposed within the respective end portions of the film tube between the central portion and the free ends of the end portions - in other words, the packaging of the invention is similar to a candy package, with the difference that the two-sided protruding packaging material, the film tube, not necessarily welvel twisted only zusammengebnürt.bzw. must be summarized.

This type of packaging has the advantage that the lightweight insulation boards stacked in this way can now be conveniently transported upwards onto the facade scaffolding. The held Fölienschlauchenden can be comfortably grasped with his hands, so that the Leichtdämmstoffplattenstapel can be conveniently passed from one person to another vertically upwards and transported in this way.

In an advantageous embodiment of the first erfindungsgemäBen variant is provided that the central portion of the Follenschlauches has a suspension device, which makes it possible to the film tube a horizontal strut of a scaffolding (for example, parapet) under substantially vertical orientation of the film tube with its end portions above and below to fix. The lightweight insulation boards do not store in a horizontal orientation but in a vertical orientation on the outside of the scaffolding. Preferably, the suspension device is a fastening strap with a fastening strap or a fastening cord. This is in particular designed as a glue flap, which is festklebbar after folding around the horizontal strut of the scaffolding on the film tube.

In the above-described storage of the packaging on the outside of the scaffolding, it is expedient if the plates can be taken out of this over the overhead end portion of the film tube. For this purpose, it is provided according to a first alternative that the cohesion device as a tape, in particular as an adhesive tape, as a string, as a clip or the like. is trained. Such a configuration of the cohesion device allows their reusability after loosening and thus the opening of the film tube at the upper end portion. As a further alternative, it is conceivable that the film tube at its central portion adjacent to the upper end portion has a preferably not completely circumferential Perforationslinle along which the film tube can be torn. The end portion with the adjoining narrow portion of the central portion can then be opened in the manner of a lid, whereby the frontal upper ends of the vertically mounted in the film tube plates lie down. To be able to cover, for example, a not completely emptied film tube in the rain again, the -Dekkel "can be closed again.

In order for water (rainwater, condensation or the like) accumulating in the film tube to drain out of the film tube, it is advantageous if the lower end portion has holes located in that region of the lower end portion due to its being held together passes through the retainer at the lower narrow ends of the plates. This part of the end section is, so to speak, the bottom of the bag-shaped film tube.

A variant of the packaging according to the invention is specified in claim 10.

In contrast to the first-mentioned variant, the film tube according to the second variant has a folded-together first end section and a second end section held together with a holding device. The first end section; is thus formed flat against the plate stack fitting, since the film is folded in this area, while the second end portion protrudes from the narrow front ends of the plates and thus forms a "Packende * for transporting the Verpakkung. Also, such a package can be conveniently From floor level to floor level of the facade scaffold on this up transport.

Preferably, the packaging according to this second variant is provided with a suspension device for hanging the film tube under substantially vertical orientation thereof outside the scaffolding. This suspension device is designed in particular as a fastening strap or fastening cord or fastening strap, with an adhesive flap or adhesive tape being used in particular.

In the arrangement of the film tube outside the facade scaffold, the first folded end portion is below, while the second protruding end portion is located at the top. For drainage of rainwater or condensation, the first folded portion preferably has holes. The formation of the film tube with a preferably not completely circumferential perforation near the upper end portion is preferably also solved as described above in connection with the first variant of the invention.

In a further embodiment of the invention, which may find application in both aforementioned inventive variants is provided; in that the (single) holding device or, in the case of two holding devices, one of the two is arranged near one edge of the end face of the entire arrangement of lightweight insulating panels formed by the end faces of the lightweight insulating panels. In other words, this one cohesion device is arranged eccentrically. This has the advantage that at the held together end portion of the film tube, the suspension device for hanging the packaging are arranged on the scaffolding can. This suspension device is in particular a band, a cord, an adhesive tape, a clip or the like. With marginal arrangement of a cohesion device, the packaging with those of its outer sides, to the edge of which at the front end the cohesion device is arranged, outside the scaffolding fittingly suspended. The edge-side arrangement of this cohesion device is expediently such that the plates have their broadsides to the scaffolding. This has the advantage that the plate removal is facilitated, since now the plates can be easily removed from the film tube after easy slitting of the film tube in the region of the front side of the plate assembly. In addition, with eccentric edge-side arrangement of a cohesion device, the lightweight insulating panels are aligned substantially vertically, which also facilitates the removal. The edge-side arrangement of a cohesion device thus has the advantage of being able to fasten the entire package perpendicular to the lot and thereby stable in position outside the scaffolding.

Conveniently, a common band is used to realize the peripherally arranged cohesion device and the suspension, on the one hand serves the cohesion of the film tube and on the other hand, the attachment of the film tube to a strut of the scaffolding. Incidentally, this strut can be both a horizontal strut and a vertical strut, regardless of the design of the suspension device and the edge-side retention device. The common band can be placed as it were as a double loop, the one loop firmly encloses the film tube and the second loop is provided for laying around a strut of the scaffolding. To prevent the two loops from unintentionally opening or widening themselves, the band may be knotted accordingly. Alternatively, it is advantageous to use as a band of a variety of applications known per se plastic fastener clips having a at least one eyelet having eyelet assembly and an adjoining band or. Having cord section with a plurality of locking projections. The band portion is pulled through the eyelet assembly and can be fixed on or in this, so that the forming in pulling the band portion loop is set in their width. The eyelet assembly expediently has a second eyelet, through which that part of the band portion which is passed through the first eyelet, can be pulled through to be fixed to this second eyelet also as a result of the locking projections.

The aforementioned closure clips may have different configurations. Thus, it is conceivable, for example, that the closure clip has a cross-sectionally substantially rectangular band portion with a toothed outer surface on one side and a likewise substantially rectangular eyelet formed as a bracket. Such closure clips are tightened in part by means of special tools. An alternative embodiment of the closure clip provides a band section which is substantially round in cross-section and which has radially projecting projections and, as it were, consists of a series of conically extending latching projections. The eyelet arrangement of such a closure clip has at least one eyelet whose cross section is larger than the largest cross section of the band section, wherein there is a narrowed edge cutout within the eyelet into which the catch projection band section is pressed laterally at one of its narrow points. In other words, the at least one eyelet of the eyelet assembly of this closure clip on a keyhole-like opening.

The use of a common closure element, for example in the form of a band, a string, a clip or the like. both as peripherally arranged holding device and as a suspension device for the packaging has the advantage that the entire package consists of a reduced number of individual parts, which brings logistic and packaging advantages. As a holding device combined with the suspension is in addition to the previously described bands in which the cohesion of the tape is mechanical (namely, by knotting, latching o. The like.), It is also possible to use an adhesive tape, on the one hand around the end portion of the film tube is wrapped around and on the other hand, after laying around a strut of a scaffolding with itself or with the film tube can be glued.

As a suspension device, which serves both to hold the film tube to its suspended state in the upper end and for suspending the film tube on the frame, and a band can be used, which is guided around the film tube to form protruding ends (for example, is attached by knotting) and at its protruding ends cooperating closure elements (push-button principle, various clips versions or the like.) Has.

For the band forming the loops, the general rule is that the regions of the band that can be connected to one another to form the first and / or second loop or loops are in particular detachably connectable to each other, in particular knotted, latched, glued and / or hooked.

Quite generally to the suspension of the packaged lightweight insulation panels described here should be said that with these hangers the packaging both on a horizontal strut and on a vertical strut of the facade scaffold hang up.

In Fig. 1, a first embodiment of a package 10 with lightweight insulating panels 12 is shown in perspective. The package 10 has a film tube 14 having a central portion 16, in the region of the film tube 14 surrounds the stack of plates 12 on four sides. On both sides of the central portion 16 extending end portions 18,20, which are shown in phantom in Fig. 1 as extending in extension of the central portion 16. This situation arises before the end sections 18, 20 for closing at the upper or lower end 22, 24 are tied together.

After the plates 12 are inserted over one of the ends 22,24 in the film tube 14 and the film tube 14 is placed with its central portion 16 around the stack of plates 12, the end portions 18,20 are summarized by constricting. For this purpose, a cohesion device 26 is provided for each end portion 18,20. The cohesion device 26 is formed in the simplest case as a band and in particular as adhesive tape 28, with which the end portions 18,20 of the film tube 14 can be permanently summarized or laced together. In this manner, the end portions 18, 20 extend in their portions adjacent to the central portion 16 at the upper and lower ends of the plates 12, respectively, to protrude upwardly and downwardly from the plate stack, respectively, from the retainers 26. These projecting ends 30,32 can be comfortably held by hand, so that the package 10 can be transported upwardly from a floor level to floor level on a facade scaffold in a simple manner. This process is shown diagrammatically in FIG. 6, which is a front view of a facade scaffold 34 having a plurality of projectile floors 36 with breastworks 38 and vertical uprights 40. A film tube 14 is detected at its upper "Packende" 30 of a person standing on a lower floor 36 floor person who pivots the film tube 14 by 180 ° upwards, then continue at the end of the pack 30 Grasping the film tube 14 to transport upward, where person standing on the next upper storey floor 36 detects the now uppermost packing end 32. By repeating this process, the film tube packaging 10 can be conveniently transported up to the level of the top floor floors.

As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the film tube 14 has a suspension device 42, which in this case is designed as an adhesive flap 44. The adhesive flap 44 is fixed at its one end 46 fixed to the central portion 16 of the film tube 14, while their free other end 48 is removable from the film tube 14. In detached in this way, the free end 48 of the adhesive flap 44 can be wrapped around the parapet 38 of the facade scaffold 34 to be subsequently glued to a previously hidden by the adhesive flap 44 adhesive surface 50. By this type of suspension device 42 is a simple way of attaching the film tube packaging 10 outside of the facade scaffold 34 given.

As further shown in Fig. 1, extends at the upper end of the central portion 16 near the upper end portion 18 of the film tube 14 is a line with perforations 52 along which the film tube 14 can be torn. The perforation inie 52 does not extend along the entire circumference, so that when tearing the film tube 14 between the upper end portion 18 and the remaining part of the film tube 14 remains a hinge-like connection. In this way, the upper end portion 18 in the manner of a lid from the remaining part of the film tube 14 can be folded down. By folding down this upper end section 18, the plates 12 are exposed at their upper end faces and can be removed from the film tube 14. This situation is also shown in FIG.

Furthermore, the lower end portion 20, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are provided with holes 54, these holes 54 are arranged in that region of the lower end portion 20 of the film tube 14 in which this lower end portion 20 extends along the lower front ends of the plates 12. Through these holes 54 moisture can escape from the film tube 14.

Finally, with reference to FIG. 2, an alternative embodiment of the packaging 10 according to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6 are received. In Fig. 2, all those parts of this alternative packaging 10 ', which correspond to the parts of the package 10 and are the same, provided with the same reference numerals.

The only difference between the two packages 10 and 10 'is that in the package 10' shown in FIG. 2, the lower end portion 20 of the film tube 14 is folded or folded together, so that a flat bottom of the film tube 10 'results. Otherwise, the package 10 'has the same characteristics and features as the package 10.

In the Fign. 7 and 8 show a further embodiment of a package 10 ", as far as the parts of this package 10" of the package 10 according to FIGS. 1 to 6, they are given the same reference numerals.

The difference between the two packages 10 "and 10 can be seen in particular in the arrangement of the suspended upper state holding device 26". This upper cohesion device 26 "is arranged at the edge, so that the upper film tube end 30 is arranged eccentrically The lower cohesion device 26, however, is arranged centrally and formed as in the embodiment according to FIGS.

From this figure it can be seen that the cohesion device 26 "is arranged in an outboard broad side 60 of one of the two outer lightweight insulating panels 12 facing edge region 62. This has, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 4, the advantage that the package can be attached to the facade scaffold 34 substantially in a vertical alignment outside when the suspension device 42 is disposed in the region of the upper Folienendabschnitts 30. Furthermore, it is advantageous in the arrangement of the upper holding device 26 "in the edge region 62 of the packaging 10" that the lightweight insulating panels 12 are aligned substantially parallel to the extent of the horizontal spar 38 of the facade scaffold 34 in the suspended state of the packaging 10 " The plates are simply removed from the film tube 14 when it is slit in a direction perpendicular to the plane at 64 in Fig. 7. This eliminates the perforation 52 of the packages of Figures 1 to 6. Such a perforation is present in the package 10 "less advantageous, since the package 10" so to speak, on which in providing the perforation 52 forming lid of the package 10 and 10 'is suspended.

As can be seen in particular with reference to FIG. 8, a tape-shaped closure clip 66 is used to realize the upper edge arranged cohesion device 26 "and the suspension device 42 having at one end an eyelet assembly 68 with two eyelets 70 and the one with the An eyelet assembly 68 is provided with a longitudinally extending strap portion 72 which has a plurality of conical detents 74 with abutment surfaces 76. The strap portion 72 is passed through one of the two eyelets 70 to form a first eyelet 78 so as to pass around the frame spar 38 through the second eyelet Thus, a second loop 80 forms around the frame spar 38. Both lugs 70 are substantially keyhole-shaped, that is, they are provided with a restriction 82 into which the band section lies in its portions located in the lugs 70 A widening of the two sen is not possible more, since the stop surfaces 76 abut 74 at the edge of the Ösenverengungen 82 of the conical locking projections in question and to prevent moving back of the band portion 72 and therefore a widening of the loops 78 and 80, and an inadvertent release of the band portion 72nd
