Abstract
Description
- l'enveloppe intérieure de l'enceinte est constituée, au moins dans sa partie inférieure, d'un métal résilient, notamment d'acier inoxydable ou d'aluminium ;
- l'isolant solide situé autour et au-dessus de l'appareil de distillation entre les parois des enveloppes est un isolant en vrac, notamment de la perlite expansée ;
- un isolant solide supportant l'enveloppe intérieure de l'enceinte est interposé entre les fonds des deux enveloppes ;
- la colonne de distillation et l'échangeur de chaleur sont supportés par des pieds qui traversent à joint étanche le fond de l'enveloppe intérieure et s'appuient sur celui de l'enveloppe extérieure ;
- il est prévu au moins une cheminée d'accès à des équipements auxiliaires de l'appareil de distillation tels que des pompes ou des vannes, cette cheminée traversant la double enveloppe et étant obturée par un tampon amovible ;
- l'enveloppe intérieure est équipée d'une soupape de limitation de sa pression intérieure;
- l'enceinte est munie de moyens d'introduction d'un gaz sec, notamment inerte, dans l'enveloppe intérieure et/ou dans l'inter-paroi;
- l'inter-paroi est équipée d'une soupape de limitation de sa pression intérieure;
- l'enceinte est fixée à une structure en mer telle qu'une plate-forme pétrolière ou une barge;
- l'enceinte est fixée à une embase elle-même fixée à un socle de ladite structure par l'intermédiaire de pilotis.
- la Figure 1 représente schématiquement, en coupe verticale, une unité de distillation conforme à l'invention; et
- la Figure 2 est une vue prise en coupe suivant la ligne II-II de la Figure 1.
Claims (11)
- Unité de distillation cryogénique, notamment de distillation d'air, du type comprenant d'une part un appareil de distillation (4 à 8) comportant au moins une colonne de distillation cryogénique (4) et au moins un échangeur de chaleur (5), et d'autre part des moyens (2) d'isolation thermique de cet appareil, l'appareil de distillation (4 à 8) étant disposé dans une enceinte (2) à double enveloppe dont l'inter-paroi contient un isolant solide (17, 18), caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de chaleur (5), et éventuellement d'autres équipements (6, 24) intérieurs à l'enceinte (2) et dont la température de fonctionnement est différente de celle de la colonne de distillation (4), sont pourvus d'une isolation additionnelle (26), notamment par emmaillotage avec un isolant en feuille ou en bande.
- Unité suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe intérieure (9) de l'enceinte (2) est constituée, au moins dans sa partie inférieure, d'un métal résilient, notamment d'acier inoxydable ou d'aluminium.
- Unité suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'isolant solide (18) situé autour et au-dessus de l'appareil de distillation (4 à 8) est un isolant en vrac, notamment de la perlite expansée.
- Unité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un isolant solide (17) supportant l'enveloppe intérieure (9) de l'enceinte (2) est interposé entre les fonds (10, 14) des deux enveloppes (9, 13).
- Unité suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la colonne de distillation (4) et l'échangeur de chaleur (5) sont supportés par des pieds (19) qui traversent à joint étanche le fond (10) de l'enveloppe intérieure (9) et s'appuient sur celui (14) de l'enveloppe extérieure (13).
- Unité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une cheminée (24) d'accès à des équipements auxiliaires (7, 8) de l'appareil de distillation (4 à 8) tels que des pompes ou des vannes, cette cheminée traversant la double enveloppe (9, 13) et étant obturée par un tampon amovible (25).
- Unité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe intérieure (9) est équipée d'une soupape (29) de limitation de sa pression intérieure.
- Unité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (2) est munie de moyens (27, 28) d'introduction d'un gaz sec, notamment inerte, dans l'enveloppe intérieure (9) et/ou dans l'inter-paroi.
- Unité suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'inter-paroi est équipée d'une soupape (29) de limitation de sa pression intérieure.
- Unité suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (2) est fixée à une structure en mer telle qu'une plate-forme pétrolière ou une barge.
- Unité suivant la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (2) est fixée à une embase (20) elle-même fixée à un socle (21) de ladite structure par l'intermédiaire de pilotis (22).
