Wenn etwa zwanzig folienverpackte Aufschnitte mit je
drei Wurstportionen ä 8 Scheiben gewünscht werden, dann wird
nach Einspannen der Wurst 2 auf dem Schnittgutwagen 1 und
Programmierung der Ablegeeinrichtung (Antrieb des Kettenrahmens
6 und des Schlägers 7) auf dem Steuergerät 18 der Motor
19 für den Folienvorschub in Betrieb gesetzt. Nach vorgegebener
Weglänge, die der gewünschten Kraglänge der Folie entspricht,
stoppt der Vorschub und gleichzeitig tritt die
Schneideeinrichtung mit dem Schneidrädchen 15 in Funktion.
Sie bewegt sich gemäß Fig. 2 in Pfeilrichtung und trennt das
formstabile Folienstück ab. Es fällt in die Ablegeposition
der Maschine. Nun startet der Aufschnittschneidevorgang. Es
werden die gewünschten acht Scheiben nacheinander geschnitten
und in die Ablegeposition auf das Folienstück durch den
Schläger 7 abgeworfen. Eine Zwischenfolie wird nun darübergelegt,
wobei diese kürzer sein kann als die Unterlagsfolie,
damit sie später nicht ringsum durch den Schweißrahmen 17
mitverschweißt wird. Nach zwei weiteren Aufschneidevorgängen
mit wiederholter Zwischenlage einer allenfalls kurzen Zwischenfolie
(die auch von einer anderen Rolle also z.B. als
besonders dünne Folie kommen kann) wird die Deckfolie (gleich
der Unterlagsfolie) darübergelegt. Der Antrieb 20 für das
Förderband 8 bringt den Wurststapel mit den Folien in die
Schweißposition unter den Schweißrahmen 17, der die Unterlags-
und der Abdeckfolie verschweißt. Aus den Taschen, die
sich durch teilweises Mitverschweißen der Zwischenfolien ergeben,
kann nach Öffnen der Packung jeweils eine Wurstportion
von acht Scheiben entnommen werden. Dieser beschriebene Vorgang
wird in obigem Beispiel zwanzigmal wiederholt, sodass
zwanzig verschweißte Packungen mit je dreimal acht durch Zwischenlage
unterteilte Wurstscheiben in eine Kühlbox fallen.The functional sequence of the machine arrangement is program-controlled.
