Description

The invention relates to improvements to stakes support nets and perch probing snow.

In winter sports resorts, we use all kinds of nets such as nets for the marking of runways or nets for the protection of skiers or nets protecting against the wind; these nets are supported by stakes whose main body is made up of a cylindrical rod of revolution that are buried in the ground by a lower end comprising a tip and which comprise at the upper end a knocking head for driving the support post of nets and one or more rings to hang the nets. These net holder pegs are designed for have good rigidity to withstand the stress related to, inter alia, the efforts of nets such as, for example, the impact of a skier, the effort exercised by a violent wind, or the weight of the snow; they include at the points of attachment security to limit the level of effort applied to the in order to keep his integrity, such as collars that are likely to slide along the stake support of nets or broken rings likely to open if the effort is too important. These posts, of a length of the order of one and a half meters to two meters are generally cylindrical with a diameter of about twenty millimeters, are made from extruded tubes of aluminum and are equipped with an attached tip its base a cylindrical part, of a substantially equal to the inside diameter of the tube and separated from the tip by a shoulder having substantially the outer diameter of the tube; this tip is designed so that the support post of nets may tear in case of abnormal efforts to avoid its destruction.

Search for people buried in the flows of snow is made in particular by using poles of sounding, whose main pole body is a rod made from a tube of about twelve millimeters in one piece, or from segments aluminum tubes of the same diameter, the ends of which have threaded male and female parts that allow their butt jointing; survey poles feature at their lower end a kind of half ball ended by a cylindrical base, of a diameter substantially equal to inner diameter of the aluminum tube, which enters the tube with a shoulder of a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the tube.

It appears that the aluminum tubes used both for make stakes support nets that for the poles of survey, such as those described in document FR-A-2 560 267 have a low elastic limit and that they undergo frequent permanent deformities that render them inoperative; when the protective devices to protect the stakes net holders have worked, it is necessary to involve staff to return them to service; the deformations may come, for the stakes supports nets, grooming gear passing over the nets and for the harder snow block probing poles that becomes the lower end of the sounding boom and deform the latter permanently.

We know the technique of manufacturing composite parts which consists of continuously pulltruding mineral fiber as fiberglass and to coat it with a binder consisting of example, of a polycondensable plastic before introduce it into a shaper, so as to give a profile constant to the whole while reheating it for cause hardening. The pieces thus manufactured are almost unalterable and allow elastic deformation important while having excellent resistance to deformation. This technique is commonly used for manufacture of fishing rods or picket poles such as than those described in FR-A-2 584 933.

The invention consists in improving the performance of the stakes support nets and sounding poles separating the functions at first to improve them intrinsically and then harmonize them.

For this purpose and in accordance with claims 1 and 5, the main body of stakes and poles is constituted by a cylindrical rod of revolution composed of threads of glass in one piece over the entire length of the stem, coated with polycondensable polyester resin.

The invention consists in replacing the main body of stake 1 (fig.1 and 2) or the main body of pole 2 (fig.3 and 4), initially consisting of an aluminum tube, by a cylindrical rod of revolution obtained by pulltrusion, composed of glass threads in one piece on the entire length of the stem, which are preferably coated polycondensable polyester resin. This stem present in the form of either thick-walled tube 3 (FIG. either of rod 4 (fig.1) according to the characteristics sought; the thick-walled tube 3, is used preference for survey poles while rushes 4 are preferably used to make the stakes net holders; the cylindrical rod used has a outside diameter which is of the order of fifteen to twenty millimeters and when it is formed of a wall tube thick 3, the thickness of the wall is of the order of fifteen to twenty percent of the outer diameter of the thick-walled tube 3. In the following we will first deduce the consequences in the design of a net support peg 5 (fig.1 and 2) then we do the same thing for a survey boom 6 (fig.3 and 4).

Regarding the net support peg 5 on uses to make the main body of stake 1 of preferably a ring of a diameter rather of the order of twenty millimeters from one meter fifty to two meters and rather about fifteen millimeters for stakes net supports of the order of one meter; in effect, one can bend with reasonable effort a rush two meters until its ends form a angle of ninety degrees and without there being degradation of the ring, the latter returning to its linear form initial immediately. On the other hand, the effort required to do the same thing with a rush of one meter and twenty millimeters in diameter requires much more effort which can cause degradation of the cane while using a rush of smaller diameter, which can be of the order of fifteen millimeters, we find at smaller scale, the same characteristics as those rush of two meters and twenty millimeters in diameter. The lower end of post 7 (fig.1) is composed of a tip 8 which is usually tapered and which is at its base of a diameter greater than that of the main body of stake 1; it is extended by a lower cylindrical sleeve 9 of revolution of a length of the order of two to five centimeters and whose inner diameter is adjusted to outer diameter of the main body of stake 1; the body main post 1 is fixed in the cylindrical sleeve 9 by gluing, which can be for example the polyurethane glue and a lock can ensure assembly; it can be made by a pin 10 traversing diametrically the entire main body of post 1 and the lower cylindrical sleeve 9. The diameter the lower cylindrical sleeve 9 being greater than that of the main body of stake 1, it acts as a restraint in the ground at tip 8 while the main body picket itself disposes in its buried part of a certain degree of freedom which is favorable to its ability to elastic deformation. The upper end of stake 11 is simplified compared to that of the net support peg aluminum and in particular it is no longer essential to use necklaces that can slide along the main body of the net support post as well as broken rings since it is the main body that absorbs the efforts ; as a result, the upper end of post 11 consists of a striking head 12 of a diameter greater than the diameter of the main body of stake 1 connected by an intermediate cylindrical portion 13 to a upper cylindrical sleeve 14 of revolution of a length of the order of two to five centimeters and whose diameter inside is adjusted to the diameter of the main body of stake 1; the main body of stake 1 is fixed in the sleeve cylindrical upper 14 by gluing, which can be, by example, polyurethane glue and a lock can ensure assembly; it can be realized by a pin 15 diametrically crossing the entire main body of post 1 and the upper cylindrical sleeve 14; rings fastening nets are attached to atria 16 (fig.2) secured to the upper cylindrical sleeve 14 and / or to fixing rings 17 (fig.1) articulated in holes 18 diametrically crossing the cylindrical portion 13. The aluminum parts placed at lower ends 7 and upper 11 can be mainly made of cast aluminum. With regard to concerning the sampling poles they are preferably consisting of a main body of pole 2 consisting of a thick-walled tube 3 (fig.3) with a diameter of the order of fifteen millimeters with a wall thickness of the order of two and a half millimeters; a first lower end of pole 19 has a tip formed of a first face rounded convex, connected to a first lateral surface 21 cylinder-shaped low-rise revolution and diameter slightly greater than the diameter of the main body of pole 2 which can be of the order of one to two millimeters; the latter is itself connected to a second rounded surface 22 oriented in opposition by ratio to the first rounded face 20; these three surfaces 20, 21 and 22 having a common axis of symmetry 23; the second rounded surface 22 has in its central part a first cylindrical rod 24 of a few revolution centimeters long and of diameter substantially equal to inner diameter of the thick-walled tube 3; the first one cylindrical rod 24 is connected to a first shoulder annular 25 whose outer diameter is the diameter outside the thick-walled tube 3. The first rod cylindrical 24 serves for fixing the first end lower pole 19 in the main body of pole 2; it is introduced into the end of the thick-walled tube 3 and it is glued by a glue that can be glue polyurethane; in a variant of the invention, the first cylindrical rod 24 has at regular intervals annular grooves 26 which facilitate fixing by gluing of the first cylindrical rod 24 ensuring a better glue distribution; in another variant of the invention, the assembly is locked by a pin crossing the lower end of the main body of pole 2 and the first cylindrical rod 24. The shape of the first lower end of boom 19 makes it possible a hole wider than the diameter of the main body of perch 2 which facilitates the sliding of the perch of survey 6 at sink and withdrawal; the second surface rounded 22 present, at its junction with the body main boom 2, a ramp that allows, when removed the sounding pole 6 of his hole, a regular evacuation snow.

In a variant of the invention, for the purpose of facilitate the insertion of the sounding boom 6, a second lower end of pole 27 (fig.4) is formed two elements similar to the one just described which are placed in series on the same axis of revolution: the second lower end of boom 27 has a convex third rounded surface 28, similar in shape to that of the first rounded convex surface 20, limited externally as before by a second surface cylindrical side of revolution of low height of a diameter preferably identical to the diameter of the first lateral surface 21; this lateral surface 29 limits externally a fourth convex rounded surface 30, which is in opposition to the third rounded surface 28, which connects internally to a third surface lateral cylindrical 31 of low height of a diameter substantially equal to the inside diameter of the main body of pole 2; the other end of the third side surface 31 internally limits a fifth rounded surface 32 convex limited externally by a fourth surface lateral cylindrical 33 of low height revolution and slightly larger than the diameter of the second lateral surface 29; finally a sixth rounded surface 34 convex in opposition to the fifth rounded surface 32 convex is connected to a second cylindrical rod, have annular grooves and a second shoulder identical to the first cylindrical rod 24 and the first shoulder 25 previously described. If the survey boom 6 is in several segments the link between the segments is carried out as for the aluminum survey poles with male and female end pieces screwed together. When the main body of perch 6 has a diameter of fifteen millimeters, the second side surface 29 has a diameter of fifteen millimeters and the fourth side surface 33 has a diameter of sixteen millimeters.

In the foregoing, the description relates to the use of fiberglass for the manufacture of rods and tubes thick wall for making stakes and poles survey; it's obvious that glass wires can to be replaced by all synthetic threads of mineral origin or organic such as carbon fiber whose amplitude of the elastic deformation domain by stretching is substantially that of the glass threads so the levels corresponding effort. To compensate for differences resistance to elastic deformation found, it is possible to change the diameters and thicknesses of tube or the diameter of the rods to solicit more or less, at level of their elastic stretching, the synthetic threads that compose them according to the desired result.
