Abstract

La présente invention concerne une β-(1,6)-glucanase isolée, que l'on peut obtenir à partir d'un champignon comestible et qui possède une activité antifongique, ainsi que des procédés servant à isoler cette protéine. L'invention concerne également une composition antifongique comprenant une β-(1,6)-glucanase et éventuellement une osmotine, ainsi qu'un procédé de production de plantes résistantes à des pathogènes, dans lesquelles on a incorporé un ADN chimérique capable de coder une β-(1,6)-glucanase et éventuellement une osmotine, et dans lesquelles les protéines sont exprimées.
