Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Los, insbesondere für eine Lotterie oder eine Tombola, mit einem Träger für ein Teilnahmezeichen und einer Fälschungssicherung. Der Träger enthält ein Kleidungsstück und das Teilnahmezeichen ist derart mit dem Kleidungsstück verbunden, daß es nur durch zumindest partielles Zerstören des Trägers entfernbar ist. Das Los kann im Rahmen der Erfindung auch derart sein, daß der Träger ein Kleidungsstück enthält, und daß das Teilnahmezeichen und die Fälschungssicherung in Form eines Kontrollzeichens derart mit dem Kleidungsstück verbunden sind, daß wenigstens das Kontrollzeichen nur durch zumindest partielles Zerstören des Trägers zugänglich ist. Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Loses mit einem Träger für ein Teilnahmezeichen und einer Fälschungssicherung ist vorgesehen, daß an einem Kleidungsstück ein Substrat mit dem Teilnahmezeichen und der Fälschungssicherung, insbesondere in Form eines Kontrollzeichens, und/oder eine Abdeckschicht für das Substrat durch ein durch Hochfrequenz-Aufdruckverfahren angebracht wird. Erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Überprüfen des Gewinns eines Loses, das für ein Teilnahmezeichen und eine Fälschungssicherung einen Träger enthält sehen vor, 1. daß ein Kleidungsstück und/oder ein damit verbundenes Substrat und/oder eine das Substrat an dem Kleidungsstück haltende Abdeckschicht zumindest partiell zerstört werden/wird, und daß wenigstens das Teilnahmezeichen an dem Kleidungsstück oder dem Substrat erst nach dieser Zerstörung entfernt werden kann, oder 2. daß ein Kleidungsstück und/oder ein damit verbundenes Substrat und/oder eine das Substrat an dem Kleidungsstück haltende Abdeckschicht zumindest partiell zerstört werden/wird, und daß wenigstens ein Kontrollzeichen an dem Kleidungsstück oder dem Substrat als Fälschungssicherung erst nach dieser Zerstörung überprüft werden kann.
