Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Munitionszufuhrvorrichtung (25) zum Zuführen von gurtlos geführter Munition in eine insbesondere selbsteinziehende Schußwaffe, mit einer endlos geführten Munitions-Zufuhrkette (26) zum Zuführen von Munition in die Schußwaffe, wenigstens zwei Umlenkeinheiten (28; 30) zum Führen der Munitions-Zufuhrkette (26), und einem Antrieb zum intermittierenden Antreiben einer der Umlenkeinheiten (30), um der Schußwaffe Munition in Munitions-Zufuhrrichtung (B) intermittierend zuzuführen. Um die von dem Antrieb der Munitions-Zufuhrkette (26) aufzubringenden Beschleunigungskräfte bei gleichbleibender Betriebsgeschwindigkeiten der Munitions-Zufuhrkette (26) zu verringern, ist die wenigstens eine nicht angetriebene Umlenkeinheit (28) mit einer Sperrvorrichtung gekoppelt, welche eine Bewegung der Umlenkeinheit (28) entgegen der Munitions-Zufuhrrichtung (B) im wesentlichen sperrt.
