Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a drive unit for a flap in a smoke extraction duct of a fire protection system.
It is known to use ventilation systems in buildings To provide fire dampers, which in the event of fire close and counter the rooms affected by the fire Shut off oxygen supply and to prevent one Spread of fire the areas not yet captured isolate. Such fire dampers are common of drive unit equipped with return springs driven. In the event of a power failure, the return spring brings the drive unit in a basic position in which the Fire damper is closed.
However, it has been found that these measures not enough, especially when there is a lot of smoke, because the smoke cannot escape and extinguishing and others Work hampered, also in the fire area People with an acute risk of poisoning are exposed. Therefore, most recently Smoke extraction ducts are provided, which are connected to smoke extraction dampers are connected to the rooms. These flaps may Do not close power failure, otherwise they will function could not meet. After the fire department By contrast, they are supposed to be in the position in which they are are located, blocked. This boundary condition requires a drive unit for the smoke extraction dampers, which developed from those for fire dampers differs.
The invention is therefore based on the object Specify drive unit that is suitable for the actuation of Smoke control dampers are suitable. This task is accomplished by the Features solved in the characterizing part of claim 1.

versehen. Zusätzlich ist ein Entrauchungskanal 10 mit einem
Ventilator 11 vorgesehen. Die Räume 1a,b,c sind mit dem
Entrauchungskanal 10 über Entrauchungsstutzen 12a,b,c
verbunden, in welche Entrauchungsklappen 13a,b,c eingebaut
sind.Fig. 1 shows a simplified example of a building with
three superimposed rooms 1a, b, c. A
verhindert. The fire dampers are normally open and the
Smoke control dampers closed, as in the upper room

The drive units of the
Antriebseinheiten für Brandschutzklappen sind bekannt, z. B.
umfasst das Joventa SLC-System mehrere Typen derartiger
Antriebe. Eine Antriebseinheit für Entrauchungsklappen kann
grundsätzlich gleich aufgebaut werden, allerdings ohne
Rücklauffeder, dafür mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung,
welche die Blockierung der Antriebseinheit bei Stromausfall
sicherstellt (Fig. 2, 3a,b).
Antriebseinheit in Wirkverbindung steht.
Drive units for fire dampers are known, for. B.
the Joventa SLC system includes several types of such

which blocks the drive unit in the event of a power failure

Ankerplatte 21 ragt, axial begrenzt verschiebbar gelagert.
Der Elektromagnet 22 mit einer auf ein Gehäuse 23
gewickelten Spule 24 und einem hülsenförmigen Kern 25 aus
ferromagnetischem Material umgibt die Welle 20 ebenfalls
koaxial.
befestigt. The locking
Falls
erforderlich lässt sich diese geringe Bewegungsfreiheit
weiter einschränken, z. B. durch die Verwendung einer
Zahnkupplung statt des Verriegelungsrings und des
Verriegelungsstiftes. Durch Zug am Entriegelungsstift 32
kann die Antriebseinheit manuell entriegelt werden. As long as the electric motor of the drive unit with electricity
