Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Steuereinrichtung zur Massedurchflußerfassung von kyrogenen Medien, insbesondere Flüssiggas wie tiefkaltem verflüssigtem Stickstoff, beim Abfüllen aus einem ortsfesten Vorratsbehälter (1) wie einem Kaltvergaser oder Kältetank, bei dem die aus dem Vorratsbehälter durch eine Abfüllleitung (2) abgefüllte Flüssiggasmenge durch eine Differenzdruck- oder Coriolis-Massedurchflußmessung erfaßt wird.
Erfindungsgemäß ist dadurch, daß beim Abfüllen des Flüssiggases aus dem Vorratsbehälter (1) in den Behälter (9) jede Flüssiggasmenge über eine Erfassung der Öffnungszeiten eines in der Abfüllleitung (2) angeordneten Magnetventils (3) gemessen und die Daten des Abfüllvorganges elektronisch ausgewertet werden, eine kostengünstige, robuste und flexible anwendbare Massedurchflußerfassung von kyrogenen Medien wie Flüssiggas beim Abfüllen aus ortsfesten Vorratsbehältern mit gleichzeitiger Erfassung und Auswertung aller relevanten Daten des Abfüllprozesses bei gleichzeitiger Prüfung der Anwender-Zugangsberechtigung und der Behälter-Zulassung gegeben.
