- the spray chambers are each followed by a nozzleless condensation chamber which is provided with an exhaust air chimney.
- the flow resistance in the exhaust air chimney is comparatively high.
- the volume of air introduced into the spray chambers is very large. About 1m 3 of air with excess pressure is normally fed to the spray nozzles and thus the spray chambers per liter of dampening solution.
- the exhaust air chimneys which have a comparatively high flow resistance, will not discharge the entire amount of air, so that there is a fear that part of the air will overlap the air knife provided in the area of the outlet or inlet slot of the known device outside urges.
- each Spray chamber arranged in an associated suction chamber which is assigned by means of at least one in each case Extractor fan is extractable.
- the measures according to the invention ensure that the air supplied to the spray chambers in each associated suction chamber captured and by means of Exhaust fan is reliably removed. Outward urgent air and associated condensate formation and Soiling of the paper web due to falling Condensate drops and a floating of the paper web on the Chill rolls are advantageously not to be feared.
- the are achievable advantages with the measures according to the invention therefore especially in the avoidance of malfunctions and Waste and thus overall in a high cost-effectiveness to see.
- each suction fan can be useful at least a cooler upstream.
- each cooler can be advantageously used via an a water separator leading condensate drain with an in one for drying the freshly printed paper web provided dryer connected oil evaporator connected be, so that an expensive disposal of the oil as hazardous waste can be omitted.
- Another advantageous measure can be that the spray and suction chambers in the cooling zone one to Allow the freshly printed paper web to dry Dryer can be arranged. This will required distance between the dryer and this one downstream cooling roll stand reduced. In addition, the Simply blow the suction fan into the dryer, which makes its own outlet devices unnecessary and at the same time the Energy balance of the dryer improved because of the Extracted air is already preheated. On Another advantage of these measures is that not only the moisture content of the paper web on the desired level can be raised, but that the Paper web can also be subjected to liquid cooling can what is beneficial to avoiding installation space effect.
- the drawing described below shows one schematic longitudinal section through one with a Humidifier provided dryer.
- the fields of application of the invention are generally Web-fed rotary printing presses that have a dryer is subordinate.
- the dryer 1 shown in the drawing which between the last printing unit of a not shown Web-fed rotary printing machine and also not closer arranged cooling roll stand has three in Direction of travel of the paper web 2 zones arranged one behind the other, namely a heating zone 3, a temperature maintenance zone 4 and one Cooling zone 5. Each zone is a compartment within the housing of the Assigned dryer 1. Between the successive Partitions 6 are provided.
- the compartment assigned to the cooling zone 5 contains one as a whole designated 8 humidifier, which for Cooling and remoistening of the paper web 2 is used in the upstream zones due to the local zones Heat exposure loses moisture.
- the paper web 2 with a dampening solution preferably in the form of water, applied.
- the amount of dampening solution fed to the paper web 2 is so large that the paper web 2 to the desired Temperature is cooled and the moisture content of the Paper web 3 simultaneously raised to the desired level becomes. Cooling is done by evaporating liquid, the heat of vaporization being removed from the paper web 2. However, the evaporating liquid does not result in rewetting.
- the total amount of liquid fed to the paper web 2 therefore consists of a rewetting component and a Surcharge for cooling.
- the total amount of liquid is set accordingly depending on the moisture requirement of the Paper web 2 and the desired cooling temperature difference.
- the desired cooling temperature difference In simple cases can be a function of temperature the paper web 2 in front of the moistening device 8, i.e. useful when leaving the temperature maintenance zone 4, as well as the Web speed and paper type control be provided.
- a regulation would also be conceivable, however the additionally or alternatively the moisture and / or Temperature of the paper web 2 after the moistening device 8 and / or the temperature in the cooling zone 5 as actual values received.
- the moistening device 8 contains above and below the transport plane of the paper web 2, here roof or V-shaped spray chambers 9, each one over the entire width of the paper web 2 continuous row of Spray nozzles 10 included.
- roof or V-shaped spray chambers 9 each one over the entire width of the paper web 2 continuous row of Spray nozzles 10 included.

Description
The invention relates to a device for rewetting a preferably freshly printed, dried paper web with arranged above and below the paper web, with Wetting agent spray nozzles and these receiving spray chambers.
A device of this type is known from DE 196 15 198 C1. In this known arrangement, the spray chambers are each followed by a nozzleless condensation chamber which is provided with an exhaust air chimney. The flow resistance in the exhaust air chimney is comparatively high. On the other hand, the volume of air introduced into the spray chambers is very large. About 1m 3 of air with excess pressure is normally fed to the spray nozzles and thus the spray chambers per liter of dampening solution. There is therefore a risk that the exhaust air chimneys, which have a comparatively high flow resistance, will not discharge the entire amount of air, so that there is a fear that part of the air will overlap the air knife provided in the area of the outlet or inlet slot of the known device outside urges. This can lead to condensation of the dampening solution on the outside of the housing. There is therefore a risk that condensate drops falling down will contaminate the paper web. Another disadvantage of the known arrangement can be seen in the fact that condensate can also enter or form on the cooling rollers, in particular the first cooling roller, of a cooling roller stand arranged downstream of the remoistening device, which leads to undesired floating of the paper web.
Based on this, it is therefore the task of the present one Invention, a device of the type mentioned with simple and to improve cost - effective means so that the Air supplied to spray chambers is reliably discharged.
This object is achieved in that each Spray chamber arranged in an associated suction chamber which is assigned by means of at least one in each case Extractor fan is extractable.
With these measures, the above can be described Disadvantages of the generic prior art completely avoid. The measures according to the invention ensure that the air supplied to the spray chambers in each associated suction chamber captured and by means of Exhaust fan is reliably removed. Outward urgent air and associated condensate formation and Soiling of the paper web due to falling Condensate drops and a floating of the paper web on the Chill rolls are advantageously not to be feared. The are achievable advantages with the measures according to the invention therefore especially in the avoidance of malfunctions and Waste and thus overall in a high cost-effectiveness to see.
Advantageous refinements and practical training of overriding measures are in the subclaims specified. So each suction fan can be useful at least a cooler upstream. This acts practically as Condenser for separating liquids in the form of Water and oil, which are properly disposed of with it can. This ensures that a undesired exposure of the pressroom to oil vapor omitted.
For this purpose, each cooler can be advantageously used via an a water separator leading condensate drain with an in one for drying the freshly printed paper web provided dryer connected oil evaporator connected be, so that an expensive disposal of the oil as hazardous waste can be omitted.
Another advantageous measure can be that the spray and suction chambers in the cooling zone one to Allow the freshly printed paper web to dry Dryer can be arranged. At the same time it is ensured that the paper web spray jets that flank the paper web, laminar air layer, which is loaded with solvent, in succession their high impact as well as the strong Tear open the volume increase during evaporation can, so that the airborne solvent with the air discharged by means of the suction device reliably is suctioned off and cannot escape to the outside.
Further advantageous configurations and expedient Further training of the overarching measures are in the remaining subclaims specified and from the Example description below using the drawing removable.
The drawing described below shows one schematic longitudinal section through one with a Humidifier provided dryer.
The fields of application of the invention are generally Web-fed rotary printing presses that have a dryer is subordinate. The basic structure and the How such arrangements work is known per se. The the following description therefore extends essentially on the humidification device and the associated Area of the dryer.
Trockners 1 zugeordnet. Zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden
Abteilen sind Trennwände 6 vorgesehen. The dryer 1 shown in the drawing, which between the
last printing unit of a not shown
Web-fed rotary printing machine and also not closer
arranged cooling roll stand has three in
Direction of travel of the paper web 2 zones arranged one behind the other,
namely a heating zone 3, a temperature maintenance zone 4 and one
In the heating zone 3 and the temperature maintenance zone 4
Hot air etc. is applied to paper web 2, as through nozzles 7
is indicated. The compartment assigned to the
With the aid of the
Die Einstellung der Gesamtflüssigkeitsmenge erfolgt
dementsprechend in Abhängigkeit vom Feuchtigkeitsbedarf der
Papierbahn 2 und der gewünschten Abkühltemperaturdifferenz. In
eingehen. The total amount of liquid is set
accordingly depending on the moisture requirement of the
Paper web 2 and the desired cooling temperature difference. In
simple cases can be a function of temperature
the paper web 2 in front of the
The
Befeuchtung aufweist. Diese Ist-Wert-Eingänge sind über
Signalleitungen mit zugeordneten Sensoren, hier den
Temperaturfühlern 16, 17 und einem kombinierten Temperaturund
Feuchtigkeitsfühler 30 verbunden.The
Der der Bahntemperatur vor der Befeuchtung zugeordnete
Temperaturfühler 16 ist im Ausgangsbereich der
Temperaturhaltezone 4 nahe der Papierbahn 2 angeordnet. Der
der Temperatur in der Kühlzone 5 zugeordnete Temperaturfühler
17 ist in der Kühlzone 5 außerhalb der Befeuchtungseinrichtung 8
angeordnet.
versehen. The one assigned to the web temperature before moistening
The
vom Schaltorgan 13.A cooler 22 is arranged upstream of each
An
den Innenseiten der Sprühkammern 9 bzw. Absaugkammern 18
At the entrance and exit of the
By means of the integrated in the
