Claims (15)
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application (1) d'un produit (P), notamment cosmétique, comprenant : un réservoir (12, 2) contenant ledit produit et surmonté d'un élément de distribution sous pression (10), notamment une pompe, comportant un organe d'activation (11) pour, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, délivrer une dose dudit produit (P) au travers d'au moins un orifice de sortie (19), un capot (23) étant disposé de manière amovible sur ledit réservoir (12, 2), et portant un organe d'application (25) sous forme d'un élément poreux apte à absorber ledit produit, ledit organe d'application (25) étant, en position montée du capot (23) sur le réservoir (12, 2), contenu de manière étanche à l'intérieur du capot (23), et ayant une portion au moins disposée au voisinage dudit (ou desdits) orifice(s) de sortie (19), de sorte que, dans cette position montée du capot (23) sur le réservoir (12, 2), l'actionnement de l'élément de distribution sous pression (10) provoque la sortie d'une dose dudit produit et l'imprégnation d'une partie au moins de l'organe d'application (25) par ledit produit.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de distribution sous pression (10) est constitué d'une pompe du type sans reprise d'air, le volume du réservoir (12, 2) diminuant d'une valeur correspondant au volume de la dose distribuée.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (12, 2) est constitué notamment d'une poche souple (12), d'un tube flexible, d'un flacon à membrane déformable, notamment élastiquement, d'un flacon (2) à piston suiveur (26).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de distribution sous pression (10) est constitué notamment d'une pompe à clapet, à membrane, ou à piston.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (25) est constitué d'au moins un bloc d'une mousse à cellules ouvertes ou semi-ouvertes ou d'un fritté.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (25) est constitué d'une mousse de polyéther, de polyester, de polyuréthanne, de NBR (Natural Butadiene Rubber), de SBR (Synthetic Butadiene Rubber) de PVC (Chlorure de polyvinyle) ou d'un fritté de polyéthylène de bronze, de verre, de silicone, ou de Nylon.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement de l'élément de distribution sous pression (10) est réalisé par une pression exercée sur le capot (23) lorsque celui-ci est en position montée sur le réservoir (12, 2).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement de l'élément de distribution sous pression (10) est réalisé par une pression exercée sur un fond rigide ou semi-rigide (3).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que ledit fond rigide ou semi-rigide (3) est formé du fond du réservoir (2) ou du fond d'une enceinte rigide ou semi-rigide (2) contenant ledit réservoir (12).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le capot (23) est monté de manière amovible sur le réservoir (12, 2), notamment par claquage ou vissage.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un organe (14), monté sur le réservoir (12, 2), et présentant une surface de réception (18) dont la forme est adaptée à la forme de l'organe d'application (25), de sorte que, en position montée du capot (23), ledit organe d'application (25) repose au moins en partie sur ladite surface de réception (18), ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de sortie (19) débouchant sur ladite surface (18).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que la surface de réception (18) forme des reliefs aptes à définir des canaux permettant l'entraínement du produit sur ladite surface (18).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application selon la revendication 11 ou 12 caractérisé en ce que, en position montée du capot (23) l'organe d'application (25) occupe seulement une partie du volume formé entre la surface de réception (18) et le capot (23).
- Ensemble de conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13 caractérisé en ce que ladite surface de réception (18) forme une calotte de forme globalement hémisphérique.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble de conditionnement et d'application (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit cosmétique, notamment sous forme d'un liquide d'un gel ou d'une crème.
