Abstract
Description
- The invention refers to a new apparatus for the air treatment into the rooms of the modem building, whether or not residential. Said new apparatus consists of a single body for the setting out and the holding of differentiated heating and air conditioning plants acting with a scheme and type of the components for a solution of the least dimensions so being satisfying both the necessities of air treatment into the room by using only one body on the outside wall occupying about the same space actually necessary for the sole heating unit. Particularly in the indirect building, whether or not residential, while the central or single heating plant comes to be part of the work given by the builder, the sole air conditioning plants are within the province of the resident. And, such as the small wall spaces present into the rooms of the current building come to form with the installation of the outside parts of the conditioning air plant a big reduction of the same space to be used for the necessary and common furniture, it comes to present for the builders the problem to realize said installation parts, reducing the useful wall space, with small dimension forms. Apparatuses are known in the prior art as for instance the apparatus described and shown in the US Patent 4,072,187 that describes a frame with simply a removable air heater and a removable air cooler designed to be a compact and adaptable indoor control system. Then it is known the apparatus describes in the document WO 95 33960 consisting in a device to mix outdoor air with indoor air. The invented apparatus, actuating the problem solution by realizing for both the plants a single outside part to be in different way placed on the wall or in a hollow on the outside wall and occupying a space like to the space current used for the sole heating unit, determines a sector technological innovation principally realizing: 1) a general dimension reduction of the elements and of the plant scheme so giving a big reduction of the production and installation costs; 2) a big space reduction for the encumbered space of the outside part on the wall; 3) the possibility to make the conditioning air plant into the rooms in which the heating plants are already present without the necessity to use other outside space on the wall; 4) the possibility to use plants with integrated schemes to be prearranged on squared setting out for a disposition at the least dimensions so determining a working simplification and an operating costs reduction. Generally, the invented apparatus permits to fit out with heating and air conditioning plants the rooms without both these plants and also to fit out with an air conditioning plant other rooms already having the heating plant so permitting the elimination of the heating units like central heatings, radiators and heat convectors. The invented apparatus is to be equipped with an inside independent burner, in this case it is possible to exclude all the hydraulic plant necessary for the hot water circulation for the heating with the exclusion of the main boiler and of all the connected plants, comprising the exclusion of the wall works for the laying of pipings or other, so eliminating in time a lot of problems and servicing for encrustment and oxidation. Moreover it is not necessary to put on the outside wall particular installations like exchangers, containers and fans. In a preferred embodiment the invented apparatus is realizing mounting on two divided sectors of a setting out square body: (A) a cooling air plant having a refrigerating cycle with cooling compression and heat exchangers acting with electricity with air or water cooling; (B) a heating plant having an incorporated fuel burner. In a theorical realization of the apparatus, it is provided its setting out, with schemes and form of the elements for a solution of the least dimensions, on the inside square face of the central part of a sheet metal body 1, acting the containment, with spaces (A) and (B) to be delimited by a separator (2), with power line 3 for the electric current to feed a power switchboard 4. In the space (A), regarding the cooling unit, operates a conditioning air plant with a
refrigerator compressor 5 for the compression of a refrigerating fluid through a piping 6 into a condenser 7 from which, through a rolling element 8, the same fluid is transformed in steam inside anevaporator 9 then to become cool to return to therefrigerator compressor 5 through apiping 10. While the hot air coming from the room is pushed from afan 11 through the evaporator to which the hot is given so cooling to return then in the room through suitable slits. Then the heat absorbed by theevaporator 9 is discharged from the condenser 7 by the air forced passage given by anair propeller 12 through ahole 13 present on the wall for the outside collecting. The air is then discharged through apiping 14. In the space (B), regarding the heating unit, operates a heating plant where, always through power line 3 for the electric current to feed a power switchboard 4, afan 15 is fed which collects air from outside through a hole on thewall 16 and put it forced, through a piping 17, in aburner 18 where the hot air flow comes into ahermetic room 19 to get overheated the same. The combustion smokes, through thepiping 20, are then discharged outside by aconduit 21 crossing the outside wall so being let out. The room air is collected by anair propeller 22 and forced into ahermetic room 19 where it is overheated and then exit through suitable slits. A preferred embodiment of the invented apparatus and its working are illustrated in the accompanying drawings of sheets 1, 2, 3 and 4 showing by way of not limiting example. In sheet 1 figure 1 is schematic view of the metal body 1 illustrating the block diagrams of the spaces (A) and (B) of the apparatus. In sheet 2 figure 2 is sectional view A-A' to show the air circulation in the conditioning plant present in the space (A) of the body 1. In sheet 3 figure 3 is sectional view B-B' to show the air circulation in the heating plant present in the space (B) of the body 1. In sheet 4 figure 4 is a side perspective view of the invented apparatus mounted on a wall with view of the internal elements to see their disposition.
