DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
In the field of heating / air conditioning systems, an apparatus is known for the treatment of ambient air in the rooms of modern, residential and non-residential buildings, protected by the Invention Patent B099A 000001 and by the European Patent 99106745.5. Said apparatus having an integrated compartment, in a box-like setting and containment frame, differentiated air conditioning and heating systems, thus determining the satisfaction of both air treatment needs in the room compartment through the use of a setting means on the external wall occupying approximately the same space currently required by the heating unit alone. In particular in indirect buildings, residential and non-residential, while the centralized or single heating system is part of the work supplied by the manufacturer, the individual air conditioning systems of the ambient air are the responsibility of the tenant. And since the external spaces of a building in the said current building constitute an aesthetic part subject to architectural and urbanistic limitations, with the installation of the display parts of the air conditioning system, an alteration of this aesthetic is created which is not always possible. In this connection, the problem arises for manufacturers of making the aforesaid parts according to forms of reduced bulk, reducing the useful space of the internal wall and reducing the aesthetic variations on the external wall. This apparatus allows to equip various rooms without both of them with heating or air conditioning systems and to install the room air conditioning system in others already equipped with the related heating system, eliminating the heating units such as radiators. , radiators and convectors; all using the space for setting the heating units to mount the integrated compartment in order or otherwise using the pre-existing box of the frame of the heating unit already present or by embedding this compartment inside the wall. In this way, allowing the use of pre-existing heating systems by replacing the traditional radiator and using the same hot water circulation pipes for heating through a specific integrated radiator. The apparatus in particular can also be equipped with an internal reversible refrigeration cycle system with refrigerant compression in this case allowing the elimination of all the hydraulic system necessary for the circulation of hot water for heating with the elimination of the boiler. main and all its connection systems including the elimination of masonry works for the laying of pipes and more, while eliminating various problems and maintenance from encrustations and oxidations. Furthermore, the implementation of applications on the external wall of masonry such as exchangers, boxes, fans, condensing units or thermal systems in general is not required. With respect to said known apparatus, the invention provides for the arrangement of the cooling and heating systems in two sectors A and B to be positioned side by side or separated from each other on the wall or recessed, then implementing the connections between the two sectors by means of connection joints. Said fundamental characteristic of being able to distance the two sectors allows: a) a dimensional reduction of the apparatus as a whole since, since the two parts A and B may be placed in different positions, the lower the visual impact of the display mass; b) the possibility of better integrating the air conditioning system in rooms already equipped with heating units as it is easier to place the two separable parts; c) to be able to intervene subsequently only on one of the two parties without coming into contact with the other. The system can be made by assembling inside a box 1 and inside a second smaller box 2 a set of components A and B relating to a system for cooling and heating the ambient air with a reversible compression refrigeration cycle. refrigerant and heat exchangers operating by electricity and placing said boxes 1 and 2 during assembly in an adjacent or spaced position. In the theoretical embodiment, the various elements are incorporated, according to diagrams and shape of the components for solutions of minimum encumbrance, on the internal walls of the frame boxes 1 and 2 which can be used by means of a control panel 3 powered on line 4 by current. which on lines 5 activates the various components of compartment A for the production of hot air while on line 6 it activates the various components of compartment B for the production of cold air. The system also provides a refrigeration compressor 7 for the compression of the refrigerant fluid through a pipe 8 and the inversion valve 9. Depending on the operating modes of the system, the inversion valve 9 can direct the flow of refrigerant in two directions to obtain air hot or cold. For the production of hot air, through the inversion valve 9, the very hot refrigerant fluid flows through the tube 10 and, through the connection joint 11, reaches the exchanger 12 where it transforms from vapor to liquid, releasing heat. Said fluid then flows through the pipe 13 and the connection joint 14 reaching the lamination member 15 and finally inside the exchanger 16 where it passes into the vapor state again absorbing heat. Through the pipe 17 and the inversion valve 9 the vapor is sucked by the compressor 7 through the pipe 18 to repeat the cycle. The cold air coming from the environment is pushed, by means of the fan 19, through the heat exchanger 12, absorbing the heat released by the cooling fluid to return to the heated environment through suitable slits. At the same time the external air is sucked by the fan 20 through a wall hole 21 is forced to cool the compressor 7 and is made to pass in succession the exchangers 22 and 16 inside which the refrigerant evaporates at temperatures lower than the air temperature running through it. The air transfers heat through the exchanger 16 to the colder refrigerant and is expelled through the duct 23 inserted inside the hole 21. If the temperature of the external air is so cold as not to bring a thermal contribution to the exchanger 6, it is possible to heat it by connecting the integrated exchanger 22 to the pre-existing heating system line 24. This solution allows considerable energy savings, allows the water temperature in the pipes to be kept at much lower temperatures than is normally necessary with traditional radiators, reduces dispersions and extends the life of the boiler. For the production of cold air, through the inversion valve 9, the very hot refrigerant fluid flows through the tube 17 into the exchanger 16 where it transforms from vapor to liquid, releasing heat. The liquid flows through the lamination member 15, the connection joint 14 and the pipe 13 inside the exchanger 12 where it passes into the vapor state again absorbing heat. Through the connection joint 11, the pipe 10 and the inversion valve 9 the vapor is then sucked by the pipe 18 from the compressor 7 to repeat the cycle. The hot air coming from the environment is pushed, by means of the fan 19, through the heat exchanger 12, transferring heat to the refrigerating fluid to return to the cooled environment through suitable slits. At the same time, the external air is sucked by the fan 20 through a wall hole 21, it is forced to cool the compressor 7 and to pass through the exchangers 22 and 16. The air is then expelled through the duct 23 inserted inside the hole. 21. The two compartments A and B have the function of preventing the external air from mixing with the already treated internal air, while at the same time isolating it from heat dispersion and pollution from the external environment. A fundamental feature of the invention is that the two compartments A and B can be spaced apart from each other by means of the connection joints 11 and 14 to allow a better dimensional adaptability to the environments, a better distribution of the space useful for setting the components. and a better furnishing of the environment. Operating diagram of the system of the two compartments A and B and relative positioning both in the version with the box-shaped 1 and 2 side by side and in the version with the box-shaped 1 and 2 spaced apart, these are illustrated purely as an indication in the drawings of Tables 1, 2, 3 , 4 and 5. In Table 1 fig. 1 is a schematic view of the functioning of the two compartments A and B contained in the boxes 1 and 2. In Table 2 fig. 2 is section to highlight the positioning of the two compartments A and B next to the wall. In Table 3 fig. 3 is a perspective view of the apparatus according to the invention with the compartments A and B side by side. In Table 4 fig. 4 is a sectional view of the spaced compartments A and B connected to each other by means of the connection joints 11 and 14.
