Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des oligonucléotides pour l'identification spécifique d'espèces de staphylocoques dont la séquence nucléotide présente entre 15 et 350 paires de base, de préférence entre 15 et 45 paires de base, obtenues par 'consensus' de la séquence nucléotide femA (CNS) de la figure ou de son brin complémentaire. L'invention concerne également un procédé et un dispositif de diagnostic utilisant lesdits oligonucléotides pour l'identification de divers types de souches d'espèces de staphylocoques.
