Claims (12)
- Einrichtung (1) zum gesteuerten Bewegen eines Kettfadens (9) mittels einer punktuellen Zwangsführung zwischen drei Positionen, nämlich einer mittleren, einer oberen sowie einer unteren Position, welche Einrichtung ein um eine Achse (20) verschwenkbares Pendel (2), in das eine elektrische Spule (3) integriert ist, und raumfeste Permanentmagnete (4) umfasst, wobei durch Gleichgewichtsstellungen des Pendels die genannten Positionen gegeben sind, in diesen Stellungen Kräfte, die auf das Pendel wirken, jeweils in einem Gleichgewicht stehen, die Gleichgewichtsstellungen für die obere bzw. untere Position mittels Kräften zwischen den Permanentmagneten und der stromführenden Spule erzeugbar sind und die Gleichgewichtsstellung für die mittlere Position durch das Pendel mit stromloser Spule gegeben ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwangsführung des Kettfadens (9) mit einer Öse (50) oder einem Haken (51) an einem verschiebbaren Element (5) ausführbar ist und dieses Element über ein flexibles Zugmittel (6) in Wirkverbindung mit dem Pendel (2) steht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pendel (2) eine streifenförmige Auflagefläche (23) für das Zugmittel (6) aufweist, welche rillenförmig ausgebildet sein kann, und diese Auflagefläche auf einer Kurve liegt, die zumindest angenähert ein Kreis um die Pendelachse (20) ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Elemente (5, 5') zum Bewegen von zwei Kettfäden (9, 9') vorgesehen sind und dass die Bewegung in einer antisymmetrischen Form erfolgt, derart, dass bei stromführender Spule (3) der eine Kettfaden in der oberen, der andere in der unteren Position ist und bei stromloser Spule die beiden Kettfäden gleichzeitig jeweils in der mittleren Position sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder eines der Elemente (5) zum Bewegen eines Kettfadens (9) durch ein Organ (55) ersetzt ist, mittels dem eine Gruppe von Kettfäden gleichzeitig bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Spule (3) als flacher Ring ausgebildet ist und das mit der Spule erzeugbare Magnetfeld im Ringmittelpunkt zumindest angenähert parallel zur Pendelachse (20) orientiert ist, dass die Permanentmagnete (4) scheibenförmig ausgebildet und parallel zur Spule angeordnet sind und dass die Magnetisierungen (41) der Permanentmagnete gleich wie das genannte Magnetfeld der Spule bzw. entgegengesetzt zu diesem orientiert sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf ferromagnetischen Trägerplatten (7), die auf beiden Seiten des Pendels (2) angeordnet sind, die Permanentmagnete (4) jeweils eine gleiche Konfiguration haben.
- Einrichtung nach nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pendel (2) mindestens ein nicht ferromagnetisches Blech (21) umfasst, das insbesondere aus Aluminium besteht, auf dem die Spule (3) befestigt ist und mittels dem eine Pendelbewegung aufgrund von Wirbelströmen dämpfbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung der Gleichgewichtsstellungen für die obere bzw. untere Position Permanentmagnete (4, 4a) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils auf einer Seite des Pendels (2) paarweise angeordnet sind, und dass die Magnetisierungen (41, 42) dieser Permanentmagnet-Paare (4, 4a) jeweils entgegengesetzt zueinander orientiert sind.
- Webmaschine mit einer Mehrzahl von Einrichtungen (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen mittels einer elektronischen und progammierbaren Steuerung betätigbar sind, wobei elektrische Ströme der Spulen einstellbar und den Kettfadentypen entsprechend vorgebbar sind.
- Verwendung von Einrichtungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Ausbildung von Gewebekanten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Elemente (5a, 5a', 5, 5b) zum Bewegen von Kantenkettfäden Teile von Drehervorrichtungen (8, 8', 80) sind, nämlich beispielsweise Weblitzen (55, 55') für Steherfäden, Dreherfäden, Lochnadeln (5) und Mitnehmer- oder Hakennadeln (5b).
- Verwendung von Einrichtungen gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Durchführung von Fachöffnungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettfäden einzeln und/oder gruppenweise zusammengefasst bewegt werden.
