Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (50) zum kontinuierlichen Beladen verschiedener Typen von Schachteln mit Gegenständen, die der Vorrichtung von einem Zufuhrstrom einer Verpackungsmaschine zugeführt werden, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Fördereinrichtung umfasst, die fortlaufend aufeinanderfolgende Schachteln (10) aus einem Spender liefert und die Schachtel durch Herabsenken der Schachtel auf wenigstens einen Gegenstand belädt, wobei die Fördereinrichtung eine Vielzahl von die Schachtel in Eingriff nehmenden Mitteln (64) umfasst, die an den jeweiligen Ketten eines Paares von Endlosketten (52, 54) befestigt sind, wobei jede Schachtel zwischen synchronisierten, die Schachtel in Eingriff nehmenden Mitteln (64) gehalten wird, um die Schachtel in einem aufgerichteten Zustand zu halten, wenn diese stromabwärts bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Justierungsmittel bereitgestellt sind, um eine Kette des Paares von Endlosketten (52) relativ zu der anderen Kette des Paares von Endlosketten (54) zu justieren, um einen unterschiedlichen Schachteltyp aufzunehmen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei Steuermittel angeordnet sind, um die Justierungsmittel zu steuern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuermittel angeordnet sind, um die Geschwindigkeit der die Schachtel in Eingriff nehmenden Mittel zu steuern, um die Schachtelgeschwindigkeit mit der Geschwindigkeit der Gegenstände zu verknüpfen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Steuermittel den Neigungswinkel der die Schachtel in Eingriff nehmenden Mittel steuern.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die Steuermittel Mittel zum Empfangen von Informationen bezüglich der Geschwindigkeit der Gegenstände in dem Zufuhrweg umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Steuermittel einen Sensor umfassen, der angeordnet ist, um die Geschwindigkeit der Gegenstände in dem Zufuhrweg zu messen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die die Schachtel in Eingriff nehmenden Mittel eine Vielzahl beabstandeter Nasen (64) umfassen, wobei die Nasen angepasst sind, um gegenüberliegende Wandflächen der Schachtel an beabstandeten Orten zwischen Enden davon und an beabstandeten Orten zwischen querverlaufenden Kanten davon in Eingriff zu nehmen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Nasen derart geformt sind, dass sie die Schachtel in einer horizontalen Ebene in Eingriff nehmen und/oder halten.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Stütznase (64) eine Stützfläche (66) in Juxtaposition mit der Wandfläche während des Eingriffs umfasst sowie einen vorstehenden Abschnitt (68), der angepasst ist, um eine Aussparung oder Öffnung (28) der Wandfläche (24) in Eingriff zu nehmen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, die ferner einen zweiten vorstehenden Abschnitt umfasst, der horizontal von dem vorstehenden Abschnitt beabstandet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei jeder Nase (64) auf einer Kurvenbahn (84, 86) befestigt ist, wobei die Kurvenbahn einen Pfad für die Nase bereitstellt, um die Stützfläche (66) während des Eingriffs parallel zur Wandfläche zu halten.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei eine Regeleinrichtung bereitgestellt ist, um den Fluss von Gegenständen an dem Zufuhrende zu steuern, wobei die Regeleinrichtung ferner Mittel umfasst, um den Druck der Gegenstände in die Maschine zu steuern, und Mittel, um die korrekte Anzahl von Gegenständen für jede Schachtel zu bestimmen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Mittel zum Steuern des Druckes der Gegenstände ein Zufuhrsternrad (92) umfasst.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Justierungsmittel hydraulisch betriebene Säulen (96, 98) umfassen, um die vertikale Position des Paares von Endlosketten (52, 54) oder jeder Endloskette zu verändern.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Justierungsmittel einen pneumatischen Zylinder umfassen, um eine oder beide Ketten des Paares von Endlosketten zueinander hin oder voneinander weg zu bewegen.
  16. Verpackungsmaschine zum kontinuierlichen Verpacken von Schachteln mit Gegenständen, die einen Schachtelspender und eine Aufrichtvorrichtung, eine Gegenstandszufuhr sowie die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 zum Beladen verschiedener Typen von Schachteln mit Gegenständen einschließt.
  17. Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Beladen verschiedener Typen von Schachteln, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: das Bewirken, dass jede Schachtel fortlaufend in einem aufgerichteten Zustand einem Zufuhrende einer Ladestation in einer Verpackungsmaschine zugeführt wird, das Halten der Schachtel in einem aufgerichteten Zustand, wenn diese stromabwärts bewegt wird, das Bewirken, dass die aufgerichtete Schachtel durch Stützmittel getragen und in einem aufgerichteten Zustand gehalten wird, und das Beladen der Schachtel durch Herabsenken der Schachtel auf wenigstens einen Gegenstand, wenn sich diese stromabwärts bewegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner der Schritt des Justierens einer Kette des Paares von Endlosketten relativ zu der anderen umfasst ist, um einen unterschiedlichen Schachteltyp aufzunehmen.
