- the invention is therefore based on the object, the method of the aforementioned To further develop the genus in such a way that with comparatively little equipment Comparatively long pipe sections can also be removed from the ground can.
- the invention has the advantage that the introduction of a protective tube Possibility is given to loosen up the soil distributed over the old pipe section, thereby either the frictional forces occurring when pulling out this pipe section effectively reduce or the old pipe section, possibly after its previous one Destruction, pull out together with the inserted protective tube. To this In this way, pipe sections with a length of up to 60 m and more can be renewed.
- Fig. 1 there is only one of an old pipeline to be replaced between a starting pit 1 and a target pit 2 arranged pipe section 3 shown.
- the soil in which the pipe section 1 is laid is indicated by the reference number 4, it is clear that the pipe section 3 is a section of a longer one, in the two pits 1 and 2 can be separate pipeline or can represent the entire existing pipeline, which is e.g. is a drinking water pipe.
- pipe section 3 Connected connections or outlets are not shown and are known per se Way to consider (e.g. DE 36 27 620 C2).
- a protective tube 5 is driven onto the tube section 3.
- the protective tube 5 has an internal cross section or diameter that is larger, but preferably only by is so much larger than the outer cross section or diameter of the pipe section 3 that the tube section 3 can serve as a guide when opening the protective tube 5.
- Fig. 1 shows the protective tube 5 is e.g. from the starting pit 1 by means of one in this arranged propulsion device, e.g. a compressed air rocket, one hydraulically or pneumatically driven ram or press or any other Soil displacement device driven in the ground and at the same time from the pipe section 3 out, so that no special measures for steering the protective tube 5th are to be met.
- propulsion device e.g. a compressed air rocket, one hydraulically or pneumatically driven ram or press or any other Soil displacement device driven in the ground and at the same time from the pipe section 3 out, so that no special measures for steering the protective tube 5th are to be met.
- the protective tube 5 is preferably so long that it is the tube section 3 run over its entire length, i.e. advanced to target pit 2 can be.
- the protective tube 5 can be made in one piece and with the required Length be made or composed of several sections in the starting pit 1 are, as in Fig. 1 by its shorter compared to the pipe section 3 Length is indicated.
- the protective tube 5 is preferably made of steel, in which case the individual sections in the starting pit 1 are connected to one another by welding can be.
- the protective tube 5 could also be provided with a tube section 3 guided steel cable from the target pit 2 from the pipe section 3 become.
- the protective tube 5 preferably has one at its front end Head 6 on.
- This consists of a comparatively short, the rest of the part of the protective tube 5 coaxially welded pipe section with the corresponding inner and External cross-section, however, has the effect of reducing the friction caused by earth Propulsion of the protective tube 5 occurring frictional resistances expediently both inward protruding and undercut 7 arranged at the front end as well an outwardly protruding or overcut 8 arranged at the rear end.
- the inner pre-cut 7 consists e.g. from a conically tapering towards the front Jacket section, while the pre-cut 8 e.g. from a tapered backwards widening jacket section, which e.g.
- the head 6 preferably also has one Majority from the inside, e.g. guide runners protruding radially from the inner jacket 9 on, between which the dash-dotted tube section 3 comes to rest or which are guided by the pipe section 3.
- a dashed line 10 preferably has such a small internal cross-section that good guidance of the protective tube 5 the pipe section 3 is ensured.
- the guide runners 9 are in the direction of advance expediently slightly beveled so that they are 5 when opening the protective tube center on the pipe 3 on this.
- the driving head 6 is on its rear face by a weld with the remaining part of the protective tube 5 connected and provided with a rinsing ring 11, the longitudinal a weld 12 is attached to the inner surface of the head 6, a plurality of inwardly opened rinsing openings 13 and to a feed line 14 for a Flushing liquid, especially water, is connected, which is reversed through the Protective tube 5 extends, is arranged on the inner jacket and in the starting pit. 1 by means of a connection opening 15 (FIG. 1) formed in the jacket of the protective tube 5 a flushing system, preferably a high-pressure flushing system, can be connected.
- a flushing system preferably a high-pressure flushing system
- the Flushing liquid which emerges through the flushing openings 13, can advance during the advance of the protective tube 5 in a space 16 (Fig. 2) between this and the old pipe section 3rd are injected, thereby the soil located there during the advance loosen and rinse it completely out to the starting pit 1 if necessary.
- you can the rinsing process can also only be started at a later time, e.g. if propulsion takes place in loose sand.
- the jacket of the protective tube 5 preferably at least one outlet opening 18 (FIG. 1).
- earth rocket in the Experts understand a hydraulically or pneumatically operated soil displacement device, which has a tapered steel cylinder at its front end, which in its interior with a driven by a cylinder / piston arrangement Striking mechanism is provided, which strikes periodically against the steel cylinder and this thereby advancing.
- the pipe section 3 is after opening the protective tube 5 by means of a pulling or pressing device from the starting or target pit 1 or 2 pulled out of the protective tube 5, cut as often as necessary and then removed from the relevant pit 1 or 2.
- This process can be perform especially with low pulling or pressing forces if that between the pipe section 3 and the protective pipe 5 previously or completely is partially removed by rinsing what happens during or after opening the Protection tube 5 can be performed.
- the protective tube 5 when removing the Pipe section 3, if necessary be held so that it remains in the ground and supports the channel freed from the pipe section 3.
- Another possibility is to use the pipe section 3 in a manner known per se Way to destroy after opening the protective tube 5 (DE 35 26 193 A1, DE 36 03 238 C2) and the resulting debris and broken glass using a flushing liquid, to be removed from the protective tube 5 by means of compressed air or in some other way.
- an earth rocket can also be used to smash the pipe section 3 e.g. is pulled with a steel cable through the channel formed by the pipe section 3 and acts on a cone, the outer cross section of which is at least somewhat larger than is the inner cross section of the pipe section 3.
- the embodiment of the method according to the invention is the head 6 of the Protective tube 5 is provided with an inwardly projecting cutting edge, which is during propulsion of the protective tube 5 presses into the old tube section 3 and thereby destroys it.
- the cutting edge should be sufficiently far behind the front end of the head 6 lie in order not to hinder its safe guidance on the pipe section 3. This The procedure is particularly well suited to pipe sections 3 which are made of cast iron. The like exist and can be easily destroyed by impact or cutting forces.
- the method described is suitable in principle for pipe sections 3 in all the usual ones Sizes and from all common materials.
- the only requirement is that the sizes of the removing tube section 3 and the protective tube 5 are coordinated so that the guide force exerted by the pipe section 3 during the advance of the protective tube 5 larger than that acting laterally or transversely to the axis of the pipe section 3 Driving force is. If the driving force is too great, there is a risk that the pipe section 3 is deflected laterally when the protective tube 5 is opened, kinks or canted and then loses its leadership ability. Accordingly, the material of the Pipe section 3 may be suitable to apply this leader non-destructively.
- the method according to the invention is particularly suitable for the trenchless removal of Pipes made of gray cast iron, steel and asbestos cement in connection with a protective pipe 5 made of steel without being limited to these materials.
- a protective pipe 5 made of steel without being limited to these materials.
- the protective tube 5 could one Inner diameter of e.g. Have 350 mm if there is a gravelly floor, or even only 300 mm if there is sandy soil.
- a protective tube 5 with the smallest possible internal cross section is preferred, while on the other hand, if flushing of the soil in the space 16 is desired is, the width of this space 16 should not be too small so that the soil with little Pressure of the rinsing liquid can be rinsed out. It is therefore not a problem for the person skilled in the art Problem is the optimal dimensioning of the protective tube 5 based on the individual case determine existing conditions.
- a corresponding new pipe section e.g. by pushing and / or pulling into the protective tube 5 in the ground brought in.
- the new pipe section with the help of skids or other plastic spacers or the like.
- Center in the protective tube 5, especially if it is a sewage pipe with a specified Slope must be laid.
- the new pipe section can also be placed on the bottom of the protective tube 5 because here the position taken in the finished state is not critical.
- the space between the protective tube 5 and the new pipe section during or after the introduction of the new pipe section with a twilight or Backfill bentonite or the like.
- Another option is to first put the protection tube 5 while holding the newly inserted pipe section out of the channel or pull out and the remaining cavity during this process or to fill in afterwards. Here too are the frictional forces to be overcome comparatively small.
- FIG. 4 Another embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. 4, in the same Parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
- the protective tube 5 together with the old pipe section 3 from the previously formed by the protective pipe 5, the soil 4 penetrating channel removed while a new pipe section 24 is inserted into the channel.
- protective tube 5 at the rear end with a steel plate 25 locked.
- a guide slide 26 is arranged behind the protective tube 5, which e.g. consists of two tube half-shells 26a, 26b, which in the folded state is a tube with the same outer and inner cross sections as the protective tube 5 and a Prevent the canal from falling prematurely.
- the guide carriage 26 is fixed with the Protective tube 5 connected so that it is driven together with this in the channel can be.
- a ram, rocket 27 or the like is in the guide carriage 26. analogous to FIG. 1 on a cone 28 resting on the steel plate 25 acts.
- the earth rocket 27 is actuated periodically, the protective tube 5 and with it the pipe section 3 and the guide carriage 26 gradually through the channel in the target pit 2 is driven where the protective tube 5 and the tube section 3 may be separated and be removed to the target pit 2.
- this procedure it is possible to leave the floor in room 16 in the protective tube 5 and then later together with this and the pipe section 3 by means of the earth rocket 27 to remove the channel.
- the new tube section 24 is in the Channel pulled in.
- a guide head 30 is preferably attached, at least an outlet opening for a liquid filler, e.g. Bentonite or the like., Has is fed through a line laid in the pipe section 24 and for filling a between the soil and the pipe section 24 remaining part 32 of the channel is used.
- the bentonite also serves to reduce earth friction.
- the filler gets into the guide carriage 26 and the earth rocket 27, is at the front end of the tube section 24 one across the cross section of the guide carriage 26 extended seal 33 attached. In this way, above all, it becomes a very time-saving replacement of the old pipe section 3 enables.
- the new pipe section 24 in the starting pit 1 from individual, one behind the other Pipe sections can be assembled, e.g. through usual sleeves or Flange connections or also be connected to each other by welding.
- Guide skids 35 projecting radially from the tubular jacket are provided. These point to theirs Front ends each have a guide surface 36 which wedges in the direction of advance is bevelled on the outside and with its rear end on the radially innermost Place of precut 7 ends. Therefore, the guide runners 35 form a kind of introduction funnel, which when the jacking head 6 moves onto a sleeve 34 it can center without destroying it.
- the inner cross-sections of the head 6 and the trailing protective tube 5 need only slightly larger than in this case the outer cross sections of the sleeves 34.
- the guide runners 35 analogous to the pre-cuts 7 and 8 made of conically expanded steel or the like Jacket sections are made by welding or otherwise at the front end of the head 6 are attached.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method specified in the preamble of
In the course of necessary renovations or renovations of those laid in the ground Pipelines, e.g. Drinking water pipes, it is desirable to replace the pipes without extensive civil engineering work and without the risk of destruction by others in the Lines laid in the ground, e.g. To accomplish electrical, gas or telephone lines. A known method of the type described at the beginning (DD-PS 118 926, DE 37 33 463 A1) therefore provides for the old pipeline to be located between two construction pits cut and the pipe section obtained by pulling or pushing by means of hydraulic pulling devices, presses or the like in one of the two construction pits transport, break there if necessary and then remove from the construction pit. At the same time or even later, a new pipe section is created in the channel that becomes free drawn in or pressed in. A problem with this method is that Removal of the old pipe section considerable frictional resistance caused by earth friction are to be overcome. This is especially true if it is very old Lines that are already corroded on their outer surfaces and thus firmly with the surrounding soil and possibly roots of trees or plants are arrested. As a result, you can do this without attaching Intermediate pits or only comparatively short pipe sections with a length of up to remove approx. 25 m.
It has therefore also become known to close the old pipe section in the ground left, but before embedding the new pipe section with embrittlement liquid nitrogen and subsequent impact (DE 35 26 193 A1) or by Retraction of a hammer mill or a so-called earth rocket (DE 36 03 238 C2) to destroy. Such a procedure is also not optimal because the remaining ones in the channel sharp-edged shards and splinters of the old pipe section the new Pipe section could damage and destroy and therefore expensive measures Avoidance of such damage must be taken.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the method of the aforementioned To further develop the genus in such a way that with comparatively little equipment Comparatively long pipe sections can also be removed from the ground can.
und 16.The characteristic features of
The invention has the advantage that the introduction of a protective tube Possibility is given to loosen up the soil distributed over the old pipe section, thereby either the frictional forces occurring when pulling out this pipe section effectively reduce or the old pipe section, possibly after its previous one Destruction, pull out together with the inserted protective tube. To this In this way, pipe sections with a length of up to 60 m and more can be renewed.
Further advantageous features of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
DE 36 27 620 C2).In Fig. 1 there is only one of an old pipeline to be replaced between a
Before the
Schutzrohrs 5 erleichtert wird.2 and 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3 in particular, the
The
dadurch vortreibt. To rinse the loosened soil in the
After the
According to a particularly simple variant, the
Another possibility is to use the
In
5.Another possibility is finally to combine the
The method described is suitable in principle for
vorhandenen Gegebenheiten festzulegen. The method according to the invention is particularly suitable for the trenchless removal of
Pipes made of gray cast iron, steel and asbestos cement in connection with a
vergleichsweise klein.After removing the
Another embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. 4, in the same
Parts are provided with the same reference numerals. In this variant, the
Simultaneously with the advance of the
At the front end of the
des Vortriebskopfs 6 befestigt sind.5 and 6, in which the same parts with the same

In principle, the method according to the invention can be carried out on any
The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments described, which are based on
