- Des moyens pour détecter le début et la fin du fonctionnement dudit moteur, ces moyens étant branchés électriquement audit moteur électrique.
- Un réducteur pourvu d'une pluralité de pignons satellites et une couronne, dont l'entrée est connectée mécaniquement audit moteur et dont la sortie est connectée à un tube enrouleur à l'extrémité du store, volet roulant ou analogue.
- Extrusion de ladite enveloppe extérieure et du corps du réducteur pour la formation des tubes respectifs métalliques et l'extrusion d'une barre métallique pour la formation d'une barre profilée pourvue d'une denture correspondant aux pignons des satellites.
- Cette extrusion étant réalisée de façon que le profil intérieur de l'enveloppe de l'ensemble moteur présente une pluralité de formes saillantes longitudinales, tandis que le profil extérieur du corps du réducteur présente une pluralité de rainures longitudinales complémentaires aux formes saillantes dudit profil intérieur de l'enveloppe, et de façon que la denture intérieure du corps du réducteur soit complémentaire à la denture des pignons des satellites et comporte en plus, l'étape de coupe desdits éléments à la longueur voulue.

Claims (12)
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un ensemble moteur pour l'actionnement de stores, volets roulants ou analogues, comportant ledit ensemble moteur :une enveloppe tubulaire (1) dans l'intérieur de laquelle on dispose :un moteur électrique (2),des moyens d'alimentation (3) dudit moteur électrique (2),des moyens (4) pour détecter le début et la fin du fonctionnement dudit moteur (2), ces moyens (4) étant branchés électriquement audit moteur électrique (2), un réducteur (5) pourvu d'une pluralité de pignons satellites (6) et une couronne, dont l'entrée est connectée mécaniquement audit moteur (2) et dont la sortie est connectée à un tuyau d'extrémité du store (32), volet roulant ou analogue,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte l'extrusion de ladite enveloppe extérieure (1) et du corps (8) du réducteur (5) pour la formation des respectifs tubes métalliques et l'extrusion d'une barre métallique pour la formation d'une barre profilée pourvue d'une denture correspondant aux pignons des satellites (6) ; cette extrusion étant réalisée de façon que le profil intérieur (9) de l'enveloppe (1) de l'ensemble moteur présente une pluralité de formes saillantes longitudinales (10,11,12,13), tandis que le profil extérieur (14) du corps (8) du réducteur (9) présente une pluralité de rainures longitudinales (34,35,38,39) complémentaires aux formes saillantes (10,11,12,13) dudit profil intérieur (9) de l'enveloppe (1) et de façon que la denture intérieure du corps (8) du réducteur (9) soit complémentaire à la denture des pignons des satellites (6) et comporte, en plus l'étage de coupe desdits éléments à la longueur voulue. - Ensemble moteur obtenu par le procédé selon la revendication 1, comportant une enveloppe tubulaire (1) dans l'intérieur de laquelle on dispose :un moteur électrique (2),des moyens d'alimentation (3) dudit moteur électrique (2),des moyens (4) pour détecter le début et la fin du fonctionnement dudit moteur (2), ces moyens (4) étant branchés électriquement audit moteur électrique (2),un réducteur (5) pourvu d'une pluralité de pignons satellites (6) et d'une couronne, dont l'entrée est connectée mécaniquement audit moteur (2) et dont la sortie est connectée à un tuyau d'extrémité du store, volet roulant ou analogue,
caractérisé en ce que ledit réducteur (5) est un réducteur planétaire qui comporte un train d'engrenages dont les pignons présentent tous le même module. - Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (5) comporte un train d'engrenages de quatre étages.
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les pignons de la première réduction sont fabriqués en matière plastique, et en ce que les pignons du reste de réduction sont fabriqués en aluminium.
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de contrôle (16) qui comportent un microprocesseur (17) et une mémoire EEPROM (17a) moyennant lesquels, on peut réaliser les fonctions qui sont les suivantes :a) mémoriser le début et la fin du fonctionnement du moteur (2), par un bouton poussoir (18) placé sur la tête (15) de l'ensemble moteur.b) actionner le moteur (2) par un interrupteur (19) ou un bouton poussoir (18).c) compter les tours du moteur (2), en partant d'un signal fourni par un capteur (24,25).
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (16) comportent un récepteur d'ondes électromagnétiques (22) pour la télécommande du moteur (2).
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le récepteur d'ondes électromagnétiques (22) est monté sur la même carte (20) sur laquelle est monté le microprocesseur (17).
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (16) comportent un bus de communication et un connecteur (26) qui permettent la connexion d'éléments capteurs (24,25) et/ou la connexion à un ordinateur qui commande un ou plusieurs ensembles moteurs en série.
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments capteurs sont un capteur solaire (25) et un capteur vent (24).
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (2) est à courant continu.
- Ensemble moteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (1) est fabriquée en aluminium.
- Ensemble moteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11 pour stores du type coffre dans lequel, il n'y a pas d'arrêt supérieur, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (16) coupent l'alimentation du moteur (2) lorsque le store (32), volet roulant ou analogue atteint l'extrémité de sa course supérieure.
