Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Durchtrennen einer laufenden Warenbahn (2) weist zwei einander gegenüberliegende Balken (4, 7) auf. Der Balken (7) ist mittels eines Stellantriebs gegen den stationär gehaltenen Balken (4) verstellbar, wobei letzterer ein die Warenbahn (2) quer übergreifendes Messer (6) aufweist. Der verstellbare Balken (7) schließt mit dem Messer (6) zumindest am Beginn des Schneidvorgangs einen spitzen Winkel (α) ein, um die auf das Messer (6) wirkende Schneidkraft zu reduzieren.
