Claims (4)
- Dispositif (1) de fabrication d'une tresse composée de fils métalliques, apte, à partir de plusieurs éléments de stockage (3) de fils unitaires (2a), à former une tresse servant à réaliser une couverture de renfort de la surface extérieure de tuyaux, comportant des moyens de déformation plastique des fils (2a) leur conférant une courbure rémanente afin d'optimiser la cohésion de la tresse sur le tuyau., caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de déformation présentent :un doigt de pression (4),une poulie amont (5) amenant les fils (2a) vers le doigt de pression (4),une poulie aval (6) en sortie du doigt de pression (4), lesdites poulies (5, 6) et le doigt de pression (4) formant un agencement triangulaire pour l'application de contraintes mécaniques sur les fils (2a) au passage sur le doigt de pression (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que le doigt de pression (4) est doté de moyens de réglage (7) en position permettant de modifier les contraintes mécaniques appliquées afin de régler la déformation subie par les fils (2a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de réglage (7) comportent une glissière apte à translater le doigt de pression (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens de bobinage (8) de la tresse formée dont les fils (2b) sont courbés, lesdits moyens de bobinage (8) comportant deux pattes superposées (9,10) présentant l'une (9) une rainure (11), l'autre (10) une languette (12) qui coopèrent pour former un canal de guidage des fils.
