Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Herstellung einer Litze bestehend aus Metallfäden, geeignet zur Bildung einer Litze aus mehreren Lagerelementen (3) zugeführten Einzelfäden (2a), die zur Herstellung einer verstärkenden Abdeckung der äußeren Oberfläche von Schläuchen dient und Mittel zur plastischen Verformung der Fäden (2a) besitzt, die diesen eine bleibende Verformung verleihen, um den Halt der Litze auf dem Schlauch zu verbessern, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Verformungsmittel
    einen Pressfinger (4),
    eine erste Rolle (5) zum Zuführen der Fäden (2a) zum Pressfinger (4) und
    eine zweite Rolle (6) nach dem Pressfinger (4) besitzen, wobei die beiden Rollen (5, 6) und der Pressfinger (4) eine dreieckförmige Anordnung aufweisen, um mechanische Spannungen auf die Fäden (2a) aufzubringen, wenn diese am Pressfinger (4) vorbeilaufen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Pressfinger (4) mit Positions-Einstellvorrichtungen (7) versehen ist, mit denen die aufgebrachten mechanischen Spannungen geändert werden können, um die Verformung der Fäden (2a) einzustellen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Einstellvorrichtungen (7) eine Schiene zur translatorischen Verschiebung des Pressfingers (4) besitzen.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie Aufspulvorrichtungen (8) der gebildeten Litze mit den gebogenen Fäden (2b) besitzt, und die Aufspulvorrichtungen (8) zwei übereinander liegende Pratzen (9, 10) besitzen, von denen eine (9) eine Nut (11) und die andere (10) eine Zunge (12) aufweisen, welche zusammenwirken, um einen Führungskanal für die Fäden zu bilden.
