Bekannte Feuerungsautomaten steuern den Gesamtablauf der Verbrennung und das Zusammenspiel mit den übrigen Einzelkomponenten, wobei nach dem Stand der Technik in der Regel zumindest der Ölvorwärmer über eine eigene Steuerungskomponente, nämlich über eine Temperaturregelung für ein Heizelement des Ölvorwärmers, verfügt. Hierdurch bedingt ergibt sich der Nachteil einer uneinheitlichen Steuerung bzw. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Steuerungsvorrichtung 10 für Ölbrenner nach dem Stand der Technik in
Verbindung mit einem Ölvorwärmer 11. Die Steuerungsvorrichtung 10 wird auch als
Feuerungsautomat bezeichnet. Nach dem Stand der Technik sind die
Steuerungsvorrichtung 10 und der Ölvorwärmer 11 funktional getrennt ausgebildet.
Demnach wird bei einer Wärmeanforderung das einem nicht-dargestellten Ölbrenner
zuzuführende Öl vom Ölvorwärmer 11, nämlich von einem Heizelement 12 desselben,
aufgeheizt, bis eine sogenannte Freigabetemperatur erreicht wird. Nach dem Stand der
Technik wird das Erreichen der Freigabetemperatur vom Ölvorwärmer 11 selbst
überwacht, der hierzu über einen Temperatursensor 13, eine Steuerungskomponente 14 und
einen Thermostaten 15 verfügt. Die als Temperaturregelung arbeitende
Steuerungskomponente 14 des Ölvorwärmers 11 steuert/regelt das Erreichen der
Freigabetemperatur, wobei nach dem Erreichen der Freigabetemperatur der Thermostat 15
- sogenannter Freigabethermostat - schließt und dem Feuerungsautomaten den Befehl zum
Programmablauf gibt, also zum Starten der Vorbelüftung, zum Zünden nach erfolgter
Vorbelüftung, zur Ventilfreigabe und damit letztendlich zum Starten des Ölbrenners.
Bedingt durch die obige funktionale Trennung ergeben sich Uneinheitlichkeiten in der
Regelung, die durch die nachfolgend in Verbindung mit Fig. 2 beschriebene
erfindungsgemäße Steuerungsvorrichtung vermieden werden können.1 shows a

Ölvorwärmer 111. Erfmdungsgemäß weist die Steuerungsvorrichtung 110 die
Steuerungskomponente des Ölvorwärmers 111 in integrierter Bauweise auf. Durch diese
Kombination bzw. Integration wird die eigentliche Regelung der Freigabetemperatur des
Öls durch die vorhandene Logik des Feuerungsautomaten übernommen. Die im Stand der
Technik benötigte separate Steuerungskomponente des Ölvorwärmers entfällt. Gleiches
gilt für den im Stand der Technik benötigten Freigabethermostaten. Der Ölvorwärmer 111
benötigt demnach nur noch ein Heizelement 112 und einen Temperatursensor 113, wobei
die Meßwerte der Temperatursensors 113 unmittelbar von der erfindungsgemäßen
Steuerungsvorrichtung 110 verarbeitet werden. 2 shows the
