Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Bestätigung der Vornahme wenigstens einer Zahlwette für ein mithilfe wenigstens eines tragbaren autonomen elektronischen Gehäuses durchgeführtes Spiel, bei welchem in einer Hauptbestätigungsvorrichtung vor dem Empfang der Wette eine Bestätigungsinformation gespeichert wird, welche eine Gehäusekennung und eine Vorauszahlungsangabe, die mit dieser Kennung verbunden und für eine wirksame Zahlung der Wettvornahme bestimmt ist, enthält, in dem Gehäuse (BO) die Kennung sowie Wettdaten gespeichert werden, die in das Gehäuse auf Veranlassung des Spielers eingegeben wurden und für das Spiel mit wenigstens einer mit einer vorbestimmten Menge von Zahleinheiten des Spiels verbundenen Wette repräsentativ sind, an der Außenseite des Gehäuses und in Richtung auf einen Telefonanschluss hin in Antwort auf die Aktivierung eines auf dem Gehäuse befindlichen Aktivierungsorgans (OG) eine akustische Abgabeinformation abgegeben wird, welche die Wettdaten und die Kennung des Gehäuses enthält, und frei von jeglicher Angabe bezüglich einer wirksamen Zahlung dieser Wettdaten ist, auf Höhe der Hauptbestätigungsvorrichtung (DVP) das telefonische Signal empfangen wird, welches die Abgabeinformation enthält, hieraus die Gehäusekennung und die Wettdaten extrahiert werden, die so empfangene Wette mithilfe der mit den Wettdaten und der Angabe der Vorauszahlung verbundenen Menge der Spieleinheiten bestätigt wird oder nicht, und im Falle der Bestätigung die empfangenen Wettdaten in einem Spielhauptspeicher (MMP) der Vorrichtung gespeichert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorauszahlungsangabe ein Bestätigungswert ist, der für eine verfügbare Reserve von Spieleinheiten repräsentativ ist, und dass bei dem Empfang des telefonischen Signals die Menge der mit den Wettdaten verbundenen Spieleinheiten mit dem Bestätigungswert verglichen wird, die Wettdaten abhängig von dem Ergebnis des Vergleichs bestätigt werden oder nicht, und im Falle der Bestätigung die empfangenen Wettdaten in dem Spielhauptspeicher (MMP) der Vorrichtung gespeichert werden, und ein mit dieser Gehäusekennung verbundener neuer Bestätigungswert mithilfe des alten Bestätigungswerts und der den gespeicherten Wettdaten entsprechenden Menge der Spieleinheiten aktualisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Gehäuse mit wenigstens einer zusätzlichen Bestätigungsstation (SAV) zusammenwirken lässt, die Gehäusekennung in die Station übertragen wird, in die Station die mit diesem Gehäuse verbundene Vorauszahlungsangabe eingegeben wird, und die Bestätigungsinformation der Station durch ein externes Kommunikationsmittel (MCO) zur Hauptvorrichtung übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wettdaten in des Gehäuse mittels einer zusätzlichen Bestätigungsstation (SAV) eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wettdaten in das Gehäuse (BO) direkt mithilfe des Gehäuses eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestätigungsinformation bei Vorliegen einer spezifischen Speicherungsangabe in der Hauptvorrichtung (DVP) gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der in der empfangenen Abgabeinformation enthaltenen Wettdaten in klarer Sprache zum Lautsprecher des Telefonanschlusses (PT) hin abgeben wird.
- Elektronisches System zur Bestätigung wenigstens einer Vornahme einer Zahlwette für ein Spiel, umfassend wenigstens ein tragbares autonomes elektronisches Gehäuse (BO) mit einer Spieler-Schnittstelle (CL) zum Eingeben von Wettdaten auf Anregung eines Gehäusebenutzers, die repräsentativ sind für die Vornahme wenigstens einer mit einer vorbestimmten Menge von Zahleinheiten des Spiels verbundenen Spielwette, einen Gehäusespeicher (M1), geeignet zum Enthalten der Wettdaten sowie einer Gehäusekennung, Abgabemittel (MRS), geeignet in Antwort auf die Aktivierung eines Aktivierungsorgans (OG) auf der Außenseite des Gehäuses in Richtung eines Telefonanschlusses hin eine akustische Abgabeinformation abzugeben, welche die Wettdaten und die Gehäusekennung enthält, und frei ist von jeglicher Angabe in Bezug auf eine wirksame Zahlung dieser Wettdaten, und eine Hauptbestätigungsvorrichtung (DVP) mit Eingabemitteln (SAV) zum Eingeben einer Bestätigungsinformation in die Vorrichtung, enthaltend die Gehäusekennung und eine Vorauszahlungsangabe, die mit dieser Kennung verbunden ist und für eine wirksame Zahlung der Wettvornahme bestimmt ist, Hauptverarbeitungsmittel (MTP), geeignet zum Liefern der Bestätigungsinformation an Hauptspeichermittel (MMP), Hauptempfangsmittel (I6), verbunden mit den Hauptspeichermitteln und dem Telefonanschluss, um das die Abgabeinformation enthaltende telefonische Signal zu empfangen, wobei die Hauptverarbeitungsmittel ferner geeignet sind aus dem empfangenen telefonischen Signal die Gehäusekennung und die Wettdaten zu extrahieren, die so empfangene Wette mithilfe der mit den Wettdaten und der Vorauszahlungsangabe verbundenen Menge der Spieleinheiten zu bestätigen oder nicht, und im Falle der Bestätigung die empfangenen Wettdaten in einem Spielhauptspeicher (MMP) zu speichern.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorauszahlungsangabe ein Bestätigungswert ist, der für eine verfügbare Reserve von Spieleinheiten repräsentativ ist, und dass die Hauptverarbeitungsmittel (MTP) geeignet sind die mit den Wettdaten verbundene Menge an Spieleinheiten mit dem Bestätigungswert zu vergleichen, die Wettdaten abhängig von dem Ergebnis des Vergleichs zu bestätigen oder nicht, und im Falle der Bestätigung die empfangenen Wettdaten in dem Spielhauptspeicher (MMP) zu speichern, und einen mit dieser Gehäusekennung verbundenen neuen Bestätigungswert mithilfe des alten Bestätigungswerts und der den gespeicherten Wettdaten entsprechenden Menge der Spieleinheiten zu aktualisieren.
- System nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse eine mit dem Gehäusespeicher verbundene Gehäuse-Schnittstelle (I1 umfasst, und dass die Eingabemittel umfassen
wenigstens eine zusätzliche Bestätigungsstation (SAV) umfassend eine erste Station-Schnittstelle (I2), die geeignet ist mit der Gehäuse-Schnittstelle (I1) zusammenzuwirken, um die Gehäusekennung einzugeben, eine zweite Station-Schnittstelle (I3) zum Eingeben der mit diesem Gehäuse verbundenen Vorauszahlungsangabe in die Station, einen Station-Speicher (MS) zum Speichern der Vorauszahlungsangabe und der Gehäusekennung, eine mit einem externen Kommunikationsmittel (MCO) verbundene dritte Station-Schnittstelle (I4), Station-Verarbeitungsmittel (MTS), die geeignet sind, mithilfe des Inhalts des Station-Speichers die Bestätigungsinformation zu dem externen Kommunikationsmittel zu liefern, und
eine Hauptschnittstelle (I7), die mit dem externen Kommunikationsmittel und den Hauptverarbeitungsmittein verbunden ist um die Bestätigungsinformation zu empfangen. - System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spieler-Schnittstelle auf dem Gehäuse die Gehäuse-Schnittstelle (I1) ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spieler-Schnittstelle (CL) einen Tastensatz (TT) umfasst.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse ein Anzeigemittel (ECR) zum Anzeigen der eingegebenen Wettdaten umfasst.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse einen Bestätigungsspeicher (M2), der geeignet ist die Bestätigungsdaten zu enthalten, sowie ein Mittel zum Anzeigen (ECR) des Inhalts diese Bestätigungsspeichers umfasst, und dass das Gehäuse Gehäuse-Verarbeitungsmittel (MTB) umfasst, die geeignet sind den Inhalt des Bestätigungsspeichers (M2) nach jeder Wette zu aktualisieren.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptempfangsmittel wenigstens einen Stimm-Server (SV) umfassen, der geeignet ist wenigstens einen Teil der in der empfangenen Abgabeinformation enthaltenen Wettdaten in klarer Sprache zum Lautsprecher des Telefonanschlusses (PT) hin abzugeben.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeinformation aus einer Vielzahl von Bit zusammengesetzt ist, die Abgabemittel Kodiermittel (MCS) umfassen, die geeignet sind für ein Bit der Abgabeinformation mit dem logischen Wert "eins" ein logisches Signal mit einem hohen Zustand während eines ersten vorbestimmten Zeitraums und einem tiefen Zustand während eines zweiten vorbestimmten Zeitraums, und für ein Bit der Abgabeinformation mit dem logischen Wert "Null" ein logisches Signal mit dem tiefen Zustand während der gesamten ersten und zweiten Zeitdauer zu liefern, und
ein elektroakustischer Wandler (BZ) kein akustisches Signal in Antwort auf ein logisches Signal in tiefem Zustand liefert, und in Antwort auf ein logisches Signal in hohem Zustand ein monofrequentes akustisches Signal liefert, dessen Frequenz sich im wesentlichen in der Mitte des Durchgangsbands der Telefonleitung befindet.
