Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine des appareils ménagers et plus spécialement destinés au séchage de linge après lavage.
On utilise couramment, notamment dans le logement en appartement, des séchoirs à linge constitués d'une structure supportant des fils notamment en métal plastifié alignés parallèlement et aptes à recevoir le linge de corps ou de maison en fin de lessive pour le séchage de ce dernier.
Les dispositifs connus tendent à présenter des fils d'étendage en rangs serrés et superposés de façon à permettre de compacter le volume d'encombrement pris par le linge en cours de séchage, afin de limiter le handicap et l'empiétement sur l'espace de vie que représente ce linge séchant pendant plusieurs heures.
Cette accumulation du linge sur un espace réduit, s'il réduit l'encombrement, n'est cependant pas favorable à un séchage rapide, car il limite les possibilités de circulation d'air et surtout entretient le linge exposé dans une atmosphère locale chargée d'humidité, prolongeant par conséquent le temps de séchage; de sorte que les séchoirs couramment utilisés, tels ceux du type "tour", s'ils font gagner de l'espace, prolongent la période de mise en service, et l'on perd par la durée dans le temps l'avantage d'un encombrement réduit dans espace . L'idéal serait donc de bénéficier de séchoirs à exposition compactée et à séchage rapide, permettant de gagner sur les deux tableaux.
Tel est l'objet de la présente invention qui permet d'accélérer fortement le temps nécessaire au séchage pour les lessives exposées sur les séchoirs repliables et à exposition compactée, notamment du type tour ou extensible à partir de structure en X ou en accordéon et déployable depuis une position repliée en période de non-utilisation vers une position déployée d'utilisation.
Et l'invention se propose d'associer à ces dispositifs un appareil auxiliaire source de chaleur permettant ainsi d'accélérer le processus d'évacuation de l'humidité imprégnant les linges exposés. On connaít des dispositifs de séchage de linge comportant une résistance positionnée à la base d'un support linéaire de linge, notamment selon le brevet français 1 444 953 et le brevet US 2 445 403. Ce dernier incorpore la résistance dans un boítier au couvercle perforé
A cet effet l'invention concerne un dispositif menager auxiliaire pour le séchage de linge après lavage, conforme aux caractéristiques selon la revendication 1.
Ces dispositifs laissent subsister le risque d'écoulement d'eau dégouttant du linge vers les résistances et les circuits électriques inférieurs d'où risque de court circuit.
Les caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront encore de la description qui suit et qui est donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif en se référant aux dessins annexés parmi lesquels :
  • La figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un séchoir repliable, du type "tour", et recevant, en position inférieure, le dispositif de chauffage selon l'invention.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue éclatée selon une première variante de réalisation l'embase recevant la résistance et le couvercle en position supérieure, conformant ensemble le dispositif de l'invention.
  • La figure 3 représente plus en détail l'embase sans la résistance et le couvercle en position supérieure détachée, correspondant à la réalisation de la figure précédente.
    • Selon l'ensemble des figures, et notamment de la figure 1, on voit que le séchoir repliable, du type "tour" 1, a reçu des linges (dont un seul est ici représenté en 2 pour la clarté du dessin) en cours de séchage. Les quatre montants sont reliés à leur base par un croisillon, ici caché car étant sous le dispositif de chauffage de l'invention 3, reposant sur ce croisillon; mais selon les configurations des séchoirs, le dispositif de chauffage pourrait être place sous le croisillon.
    Le dispositif de invention comporte une embase ou socle inférieur 4, par exemple en matière plastique moulé et constitué d'une plaquette plane 4a, pourvue de perforations 4B permettant à l'air frais d'accéder à la résistance de chauffage ci-après décrite.
    L'embase 4 repose sur des pieds 4 C, éventuellement pourvus de roulements. Cette embase peut comporter, venu de moulage un manchon 4 D de sortie du cordon d'alimentation 5. Des picots 4 E sont alignés selon deux rangées parallèles le long de deux cotés de l'embase et servent de support à la résistance filaire 5a qui court d'une rangée à l'autre des picots ou ergots supports (figure 2) étant reliée par ses deux extrémités aux deux bornes provenant du cordon d'alimentation. Un bloc moulé, non représenté, par exemple au niveau du manchon 4 D, intègre, entre le cordon d'alimentation et les deux extrémités de la résistance, des moyens de contrôle de passage du courant, notamment sous forme d'interrupteur, éventuellement avec temporisation et/ou thermostat, ainsi qu'un voyant lumineux de visualisation de l'état ouvert ou fermé du circuit.
    Le couvercle 6 recouvre l'embase en venant s'adapter par ses bords 6A repliés à angle droit vers le bas sur ou à proximité des bords de l'embase. Des encoches ou lumières 6 B sont prévues et découpées sur le rebord 6 A, de façon à constituer des orifices d'échappement de l'air chaud délivré depuis la résistance.
    On peut facultativement prévoir, comme sur la figure 4, des orifices 7 vers la partie centrale de façon à équilibrer les courants de convection parcourant le volume desservi et occupé par les linges disposés selon des pans verticalement parallèles. Ces orifices centraux 7 seront avantageusement associés à des agencements évitant à l'eau s'écoulant sur le couvercle de passer par ces orifices pour tomber sur la résistance. Par exemple l'orifice peut être disposé au sommet d'une mini calotte sphérique ou associé à une mini cheminée, elle-même éventuellement recourbée, évitant à l'eau gouttant éventuellement et ruisselant sur le couvercle de rejoindre l'espace situé en dessous du couvercle et où se trouve la résistance.
    La cavité centrale 8 du couvercle peut recevoir un dépôt d'huile essentielle dont les vapeurs parfumeront le linge, senteur qui subsistera en fin de séchage de ce dernier.
    Le couvercle ou capot 6 sera par exemple réalisé en polyamide avec armature en fibre de verre, résistant aux températures élevées.
    La résistance est avantageusement constituée d'un toron chauffant de 6 fils de diamètre 0,20 mm en cupronickel associé à un premier isolateur en silicone résistant à 2.500 Volts et un second isolateur en silicone d'environ 1mm d'épaisseur. L'ensemble représentant une puissance de 1.000 Watts, sous tension de 220 Volts, le cordon présentant une résistance de 2,55 Ohm/mètre et s'étendant sur environ 20 mètres, soit une résistance totale de 52,9 Ohm ± 10 %.
    L'ensemble aboutit à un appareil fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté aux besoins auxquels il vise a apporter réponse. Le dispositif, mis en place sous un ensemble de linges ou tissus en cours de séchage sur un séchoir du type compacté permet d'obtenir le séchage du linge en quelques heures, ceci en toutes saisons, en permettant ainsi la remise en place du linge séché et le rangement du séchoir, dégageant un espace disponible pour l'habitation.
    L'appareil tout en débitant les calories nécessaires à son objet et sous forme de filets d'air chaud laminaires desservant le volume de séchage, ne comporte aucun risque ni pour les personnes ni pour les objets ou mobilier ; sa température contrôlée et adaptée évite tout risque de brûlure corporelle.
    La disposition des ouvertures permet de desservir le volume supérieur sans perte de calories et en répartissant l'effet de séchage sur l'ensemble des linges desservis.
    Le séchoir pourrait être associé éventuellement à une enveloppe souple amovible renfermant les filets d'air chaud s'élevant à l'intérieur et s'échappant alors par une ouverture supérieure étant chargés d'humidité.
    D'autres réalisations restent possibles en dehors du cadre décrit ci-dessus et représenté aux dessins; notamment on peut prévoir une résistance sous blindage ou des conformations diverses données au boitage formé par la conjonction de l'embase et de son couvercle, ceci sans sortir du cadre des revendications de la présente demande de brevet.

    Claims (5)

    1. Dispositif ménager auxiliaire pour le séchage de linge après lavage, apte à être associé en position inférieure à un séchoir à linge intérieur, du type comportant au moins une résistance électrique ( 5a) et un cordon d'alimentation ( 5) de raccordement à une prise de courant la résistance étant contenue dans un logement formé d'une embase inférieure et d'un couvercle supérieur caractérisé en ce que la dite embase inférieure ( 4 ) servant de support pour la dite résistance est constituée d'une plaque sensiblement plane ( 4a ) pourvue de perforations ( 4b) pour l'arrivée de l'air frais et en ce que le couvercle présente des rebords périphériques ( 6a ) orientés vers le bas, ces rebords verticaux étant pourvus d'encoches ou lunrières ( 6b) pour le passage des filets d'air chaud ascendant par convection vers les linges en cours de séchage.
    2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et caractérisé en ce que le couvercle ( 6) présente une surface réceptrice des gouttes, provenant éventuellement des linges en cours de séchage, de forme concave et apte à diriger et concentrer l'eau s 'accumulant dans une zone de préférence périphérique, cette zone étant reliée a un tube collecteur évacuant l'eau vers un récipient amovible.
    3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 et caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte des orifices centraux (7) disposés chacun au sommet d'une mini calotte sphérique formant une mini cheminée, évitant à l'cau gouttant éventuellement et ruisselant sur le couvercle de rejoindre l'espace situé en dessous du couvercle et où se trouve la résistance.
    4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 et caractérisé en ce que l'embase (4) repose sur le sol par l'intermédiaire de support tels que piétements ou roulements (4c).
    5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 et caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (6) comporte une cavité centrale ( 8 ) apte à recevoir un dépôt d'huile essentielle dont les vapeurs parfumeront le linge, senteur qui subsistera en fin de séchage de ce dernier.
