Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication d'un bloc-moteur présentant des chemises de cylindre (5), chacune étant maintenue dans un logement, insérées dans un moule pour la liaison avec un matériau de coulée introduit dans un moule, caractérisé en ce que le logement destiné à une chemise de cylindre (5) présente à chaque fois deux surfaces d'appui (13, 14) qui sont en contact avec les extrémités opposées des chemises de cylindre (5), moyennant quoi les surfaces d'appui (13, 14) sont de forme conique avec un angle d'inclinaison par rapport au plan transversal des chemises de telle sorte que les extrémités des chemises, en cas de dilatation thermique des chemises de cylindre (5), lors de la préparation et pendant la coulée, restent en position contre les surfaces d'appui (13, 14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison α1 ou α2 des surfaces d'appui (13, 14) remplit la condition tan α1 + tan α2 = l/r, où l représente la longueur des chemises s'étendant entre les points d'attaque au niveau des surfaces d'appui (13, 14) et r représente le rayon correspondant.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les angles α1 et α2 sont égaux, de telle sorte que : tan α1 = l/d, où d représente un diamètre correspondant à la longueur de chemise l et α est égal à α1 ou α2.

  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau des chemises est de la fonte grise, de l'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les chemises de cylindre sont profilées sur les côtés extérieurs.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les chemises de cylindre présentent sur les côtés extérieurs un revêtement pour l'établissement d'une liaison métallique entre les chemises et le matériau de coulée.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement comprend AlSi5, AlSi9 et/ou Zn.
  11. Procédé destiné à la fabrication d'un bloc-moteur, moyennant quoi des chemises de cylindre (5) pour le bloc-moteur sont insérées dans un moule pour la liaison avec un matériau de coulée et sont maintenues dans un logement, caractérisé en ce que deux surfaces d'appui (13, 14) sont formées respectivement au niveau du logement pour une chemise de cylindre (5), lesquelles surfaces d'appui sont en contact avec les extrémités opposées des chemises de cylindre (5), moyennant quoi les surfaces d'appui (13, 14) sont de forme conique avec un angle d'inclinaison par rapport au plan transversal des chemises de telle sorte que les extrémités des chemises, en cas de dilatation thermique des chemises de cylindre (5), lors de la préparation et pendant la coulée, restent en position contre les surfaces d'appui.
