Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Beschicken einer oder mehrerer Verpackungsaufnahmen mit einer oder mehreren Verpackungen, die in der Verpackungsaufnahme nebeneinander stehen,mit einem in einem geschlossenen Umlaufweg geführten, kontinuierlich angetriebenen Fachband mit in Transportrichtung gereihten Fächern für die Aufnahme der einzelnen Verpackungen,mit einem Zuführförderer, durch den in einer Übergabestation die einzelnen Verpackungen den einzelnen Fächern zuführbar sind,und mit einer Beschickstation, in der die in den Fächern befindlichen Verpackungen durch eine Entnahmevorrichtung gleichzeitig in einer orthogonal zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verlaufenden Bewegungsrichtung und in einer parallel zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verlaufenden Bewegungsrichtung entnehmbar und unmittelbar in eine oder mehrere Verpackungsaufnahme(n) übergebbar sind,
daß die Entnahmevorrichtung zwei Antriebe aufweist, durch die die Entnahmebewegungen in den beiden Bewegungsrichtungen (9, 10) unabhängig voneinander ausführbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe Linearantriebe sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe jeweils einen Servomotor umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (8) einen durch den ersten Antrieb parallel zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verfahrbaren Schlitten aufweist, auf dem durch den zweiten Antrieb quer zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verfahrbare Ausschiebemittel angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmevorrichtung (8) ein durch den ersten Antrieb antreibbares, um mindestens zwei Umlenkmittel geführtes und endlos umlaufendes Fördermittel aufweist, das in einem Teilbereich parallel zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verläuft, und an dem mindestens ein durch einen zweiten Antrieb quer zur Transportrichtung des Fachbandes verfahrbares Ausschiebemittel angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei zwischen dem Zuführförderer und dem Fachband ein Zwischenband vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenband (13) bei einer konstanten Verpackungsart in einem konstanten Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis zum Fachband (4) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenband (13) und das Fachband (4) jeweils von einem Elektromotor, vorzugsweise von einem Servomotor, angetrieben sind, und ein Regler vorgesehen ist, durch den die beiden Motoren in einem konstanten Geschwindigkeitsverhältnis zueinander regelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fachband (4) mit dem Zwischenband (13) über ein mechanisches Getriebe gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe in mehrere Übersetzungsverhältnisse schaltbar ist.
