Abstract

The carrying handle (10), which has a rounded non-slip surface, is mounted on top of a supporting bar (18) with hooks (11, 12, 13, 14) designed to receive the handles of carrier bags or strings tied round parcels. Each hook has two slots (111, 112; 121, 122; 131, 132; 141, 142), an insertion slot and a retaining slot, lying at an angle to one another of over 45 and preferably more than 90 degrees. Each insertion slot has an inner projection (113, 123, 133, 143) close to its inlet. The handle can also have slots (101, 102) to receive coins (30).

Description

The invention relates to a removable device for gripping and carrying loads, such as bags with handles, packages surrounded by a link or any other object including means likely to be grabbed by the hand.

Transporting such loads at arm's length is particularly tiring and difficult. Indeed, the handles or links have a bearing surface limited and therefore tend to bruise the hand.

In addition, especially when several bags are worn together, it is common for a handle to escape hand and the contents of a bag spill out Earth.

Finally, when a bag is placed on the ground or in the trunk of a car, it tends to tip over and it must then replace its content.

Handle type systems have already been proposed to facilitate gripping and carrying loads.

Document FR-2 759 982 thus describes a device comprising a ring provided with an opening. The bag handles are inserted inside the ring through this opening. A user can then run his hand through the ring to lift the bag.

To be able to insert a bag handle into the ring, it is necessary to deform it beforehand, at its opening. This is not always easy, especially when the user is already charged.

In addition, during transport, the bag handles tend to slide on the wall of the ring, this which hinders the carrying of loads.

Document FR-2 195 561 describes a handle removable having a general U shape whose branches form hooks to receive a link. These hooks have a tab to prevent a link to get out.

This handle is mainly intended for links surrounding a package and these should be forced into each hook to cause the elastic deformation thereof. She still presents the disadvantage of not being able to be maintained in fixed relative position in relation to links and the transport of the package is therefore made difficult.

In addition, the hook constitutes parts protruding which can injure the user.

One can also cite the document FR-2 695 630 which describes another device comprising a body flexible central serving as a handle and two parts in hook shape, defining a groove in which the handles of a bag can be inserted.

This device is relatively manufactured complex since it contains two different materials, one flexible, the other not.

Furthermore, the hooks form parts protruding which can injure the user and the handle, which is flexible, is a source of instability.

Finally, only a limited number of handles can be blocked inside the hook, which limits the ability to use this device.

The object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages in proposing a new device removable for gripping and carrying loads which is very easy to use and does not require special handling or protruding part for be set up on a load, and can be performed in a single strong and rigid material.

Thus, the invention relates to a device removable for gripping and carrying loads, such like bags with handles or packages surrounded by links, comprising a handle with which at least is associated a handle hooking element on at least one load, characterized in that said element hook, located under the handle, has a notch formed by a first slot for introducing a handle, link or the like, which communicates with a second receiving slot, which forms with said first insertion slot an angle greater than 45 ° and, from preferably greater than 90 ° and ensures the blocking of said handle, link or the like in the notch, under the effect of gravity.

Preferably, the first insertion slot is inclined relative to the median axis of the handle, while the second receiving slot extends substantially along said median axis.

The notch of the fastening element comprises advantageously near the entrance to the first introductory slot, a protuberance.

In one embodiment, the device according to the invention comprises a fastening element which is substantially centered on the median axis of the handle.

In another embodiment, the device according to the invention comprises at least one set of two attachment elements, the notches of which converge one towards the other.

The edges of the entrance to the first slot are advantageously rounded.

To increase user comfort, the handle is preferably of rounded section.

Likewise, non-slip means can be provided on the handle.

In a particular embodiment, the device according to the invention comprises means for receipt of a coin, consisting in particular through a slot or blind hole.

Magnets can also be provided on the device according to the invention.

Figure 1 shows a device 1 according to the invention comprising a handle 10, as well as four hooking elements 11 to 14 located under the handle.

In this exemplary embodiment, the elements hooking are all connected to an element 18, shaped general beam, on which the handle 10 is fixed, by its two ends 15 and 16.

Thus, the handle 10 delimits with the element 20 a recess in which a user can enter his hand.

Each attachment element 11 to 14 is constituted of a solid part in which a notch is formed 110, 120, 130 and 140 respectively.

Each notch consists of a first slot introduction respectively 111, 121, 131, 141, by which a handle, a link or the like can be inserted into the notch, and a receiving slot respectively 112, 122, 132, 142 which communicates with the introduction slot.

The second receiving slot forms with the first insertion slot an angle α which is here greater than 90 °. In general, this should be angle is greater than 45 ° and the slots are not not aligned.

Horn we will see it later on in particular in FIG. 5, the reception slot ensures blocking of a handle, link or the like in the notch, under the effect of gravity.

In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the slot of reception respectively 112, 122, 132, 142 of an element hooking extends substantially along the median axis 17 of the handle 10, the insertion slot respectively 111, 121, 131 and 141 of each hooking element being inclined relative to this median axis 17.

Preferably, the insertion slots have a wider section than the slots reception.

Similarly, at the entrance to the notch respectively 110, 120, 130, 140 of each hooking element is advantageously provided a protuberance respectively 113, 123, 133 and 143 whose function will be explained later.

In the example illustrated in Figure 1, the device according to the invention has four elements hanging. The invention is of course not limited to this embodiment.

The device according to the invention could not have only one hooking element. For some reasons of balance, this unique hanging element is preferably centered on the median axis 17 of the handle 10.

When the device according to the invention comprises at least two hooking elements, these are of preferably arranged so that their notches converge towards each other. This is for example the case on the one hand, hooking elements 11 and 12 and on the other hand, hooking elements 13 and 14.

Each set of two elements can present then substantially the shape of an anchor, which illustrates Figure 1.

For the comfort of the user, it is preferable that the handle 10 has a section rounded and that anti-slip means are provided on the handle.

Figure 1 also shows that the device according to the invention may include slots 101, 102 intended to receive a coin 30.

In the embodiment illustrated in the figure 1, the slot 101 is made in the handle 10 at level of its end 15 and it also extends in part in the beam 18. The slot 15 opens towards inside the handle 10.

A magnet 103 is fixed on the handle 10 to proximity to slot 101. This magnet contributes to holding the part 30 inside the slot 101.

The device illustrated in Figure 1 includes a another slot 102 which opens towards the outside of the handle. This slot 102 is made in the handle 10 at its end 16 and it extends partially in beam 18.

Another magnet 104 is fixed on the handle 10 to proximity to slot 102 for holding the workpiece 30.

Magnets 103 and 104 can also be used to fixing the device according to the invention on any metal surface, in particular of a household appliance. They could be fixed elsewhere than on the handle 10.

The invention is of course not limited to a device comprising such slots for parts of money. Furthermore, a slit could be replaced by a blind hole (not shown) corresponding to the size of a room and practiced on the external surface of the device. A coin could then be pressed into this hole and for example held by a magnet.

We now refer to Figures 2 to 5 which illustrate the device according to the invention allows to hang a bag 2 on the device 1 according to the invention.

This bag has two handles 21 and 22.

The user places his hand on the handle 10 and tilt the device 1 so that the handle 21 enters the first insertion slot 111 of the attachment element 11.

The user then approaches device 1 of the other handle 22 which also enters the first insertion slot 111 following the handle 21.

The user then raises the device 1, which causes the two handles to slide along the insertion slot 111, then in the insertion slot reception 112.

Under the effect of gravity, taking into account loads present in bag 2, the two handles 21 and 22 are placed in the bottom of the reception slot 112, as shown in figure 5. The handles are then blocked in the receiving slot.

The operations described above can be repeated for the same attachment element and for all the hooking elements.

When later, the user deposits the bag on the floor or in the trunk of a car, the bag handles remain blocked in the slot reception. This effect is all the more marked when the section of the receiving slot is less than that from the feed slot. The contents of the bag cannot so not spill.

In any event, the relative position of the introductory slot and receiving slot, which are not aligned, limits the risk of exit from the handles, links or the like which have been previously introduced into the notch of an element hanging.

Several bags can be hung in one notch of the same attachment element, the handles coming then overlap in the receiving slot.

The protuberance respectively 113, 123, 133, 143 provided in the notch of each attachment element respectively 11, 12, 13, 14 prevents a handle does not come out of the notch, in case of handles would be present in the introductory slot, a once the receiving slot is full.

The above description shows that the device according to the invention requires no part protruding, such as a hook, to achieve hanging a load.

Furthermore, the shape of the notch practiced in a hooking element allows the introduction and blocking of a handle, link or the like, without a elastic deformation is necessary. The user has therefore no effort to exert on the device according to the invention to introduce a handle, link or similar.

In addition, the device according to the invention can therefore be made of any resistant and rigid material, this which contributes to its solidity. It is notably obtained by plastic molding.

The work carried out has shown that the device according to the invention can in particular be produced with high performance plastic materials, such as polyoxymethylene or ABS.

The foregoing description of the use of a device according to the invention was made for a bag fitted with handles. However, the device according to the invention can be used for any object with means likely to be grabbed by hand.

The invention is not limited to the modes of realization which have just been described and it includes all their technical equivalents and their combinations, if these fall within the scope of claims.

Finally, the reference signs inserted after the technical characteristics appearing in the claims are intended only to facilitate the understanding of these and could limit them the scope.

Claims (10)

Removable device for gripping and carrying loads, such as bags with handles or packages surrounded by links, including a handle to which is associated with at least one grip element for the handle on at least one load, characterized in that said hooking element (11, 12, 13,14), located under the handle (10), has a notch (110, 120, 130, 140) formed of a first insertion slot (111, 121, 131, 141) of a handle, link or the like, which communicates with a second receiving slot (112, 122, 132, 142), which forms with said first slot an angle greater than 45 ° and, from preferably greater than 90 ° and ensures the blocking of said handle, link or the like in the notch, under the effect of gravity. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first insertion slot (111, 121, 131, 141) is inclined relative to the axis middle (17) of the handle (10), while the second receiving slot (112, 122, 132, 142) extends substantially along said median axis (17). Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the notch (112, 120, 130, 140) of the hooking element (11, 12, 13, 14) comprises, at near the entrance to the first slot introduction, a protuberance (113, 123, 133, 143). Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises an element hooking which is substantially centered on the axis median (17) of the handle (10).
