Abstract

A carrying handle for use with shopping bags, carrier bags and the like comprises an elongate member having access slots 2/3 to accommodate bag handles.The carrying handle may be used with one or two shopping bags, carrier bags or the like. The carrying handle may be used to store empty carrier bags so that they may be reused.

Carrier Bag Holder This invention relates to a carrier bag handle.
The reason for this invention is to facilitate the re-use of Carrier Bags.
There is according to the present invention, provided access slots which will accomodate the carrier bag handles allowing the use of one or two bags to be attached to the carrier bag holder as required, By way of example reference is made to the accompanying drawing in which :Figure 1 shows the essence of the idea; Beginning with 2 where one bag handle can be slotted in, the other bag handle can be slotted in at the opposite 2 after bag is filled.
This handle is then released to allow the bag to be emptied of its contents the other handle being held in place at 3 securing it for return and re-use.
When two bags are required, two handles of a bag are slotted in at 2 the other bag is slotted in at the opposite 2 in this case, after unloading, one handle of each bag is held at 3 Ready for return and re-use.

  1. Claims 1. A handle designed to be held comfortably.
  2. 2. A handle as claimed in claim 1 with access slots to accomodate carrier bag handles.
