Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock and key system for connecting a first part provided with a groove to a second part also having a groove.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide an inexpensive lock-key system for the application mentioned at the outset, in which the connection can only be released by a key which is specifically attached to the locking device.
- the object is achieved according to the invention in a lock and key system of the type mentioned in that a lockable insert is provided as a lock in the groove of the first part, to which a bracket is connected, which is in the locking position in the groove of the engages second part, and which is adjustable with the key in a release position out of engagement with the groove of the second part.
- the invention has the advantage that, unlike a snap connection, the bracket can engage relatively deeply and in a wide range in the groove of the second part, and so deformation of the second part without excessive use of force is not sufficient to disengage the bracket. To do this, it is necessary to move the bracket into a release position, which is done using a key that is guided between the first part and the second part until it rests on the bracket and out of the locking position with engagement in the groove of the second part the release position folds back into the groove of the first part.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is characterized in that the bracket is provided in pairs, which point in opposite directions and engage in the groove of the second part at a mutual distance.
- each shackle must be simultaneously removed from the groove of the second part in order to open a lock, so that, for example, a narrow blade or the tip of a screwdriver is not is sufficient to open the lock and it is not recognizable without closer examination of the lock that either two tools or a sufficiently wide tool must be used as a key.
- the latch foot can be completely retracted into the groove of the first part, since in the latch position only the bracket spans the gap between the first part and the second part and is therefore visible. Because of this short visible piece, there is no indication how to release the lock.
- the bracket is expediently formed by a leaf spring which is connected at one end to the bar base.
- the leaf spring has a rest position, which corresponds to the locking position, so that the lock automatically adjusts to the locked state and active engagement with the key is necessary to open the lock, the key being removed again immediately after removal of the key secured state is assumed.
- the leaf spring is bent and, under tension, its free end in the locking position rests against an abutment formed on the locking foot, since a defined bending of the leaf spring in the locking position is achieved by the contact with the abutment, which defines it how deep and over what length the leaf spring in the groove of the second part protrudes.
- the bias of the leaf spring ensures that the second part is at a defined distance from the first part, so that the gap between the first part and the second part is easily accessible and furthermore achieves an optically advantageous effect with a uniform gap width, particularly in the case of diaphragms held in a diaphragm frame is.
- a cam facing the second part is arranged at one end of the latch foot.
- the lock is opened by pulling the key between the first part and the second part, perpendicular to the orientation of the bracket, until the key comes into contact with the bracket and moves it back into the release position.
- the cam now has the effect that the key can only approach the bracket from one direction, since the key sticks to the cam from the other direction, thus preventing contact with the bracket.
- the cam thus defines the direction from which the key has to be guided to the bracket, so that unauthorized persons, at least from one direction, are prevented from opening the lock even with the key.
- the signals Cams when the key is correctly positioned.
- the key is moved vertically against the bracket, which can only emerge from the groove of the second part when the free end at the end of the bend of the leaf spring dips into the groove of the first part.
- Curvature of the leaf spring defining bearing is formed, since this increases the force that must be applied if the lock is to be opened without a key.
- the key is formed by a flat disk. If the flat disc is inserted between the first part and the second part and pushed over the bracket, the flat disc only has to be tilted slightly in order to permanently detach the connection between the first part and the second part even in the event that the After removing the flat pane, the bracket snaps back into the locking position.
- a recess for the bracket is formed on the flat disc on the edge to be inserted between the first part and the second part, since the bracket can then snap into this recess and hold the key, so that when using multiple locks, all initially Brackets can be pressed out of the groove of the second part and then the second part can be permanently detached from the first by pulling on the flat disk without tilting.
- a groove is arranged at a distance from the edge of the flat disk, which - seen in the direction of movement of the flat disk when opening - runs parallel to the edge of the flat disk in the front section and is planar in the rear section Disc removed from its edge.
- a hook is provided as a key, which first engages behind the bracket and adjusts it in the groove of the first part and then presses the bracket out of the groove of the second part.
- one leg of the hook thickens to form an inclined plane to the intersection of the legs, because when the bracket slides along the leg, the bracket first slides with its free end into the groove of the first part and when continuing a continuous movement of the hook also emerges from the groove of the second part, so that the movement sequence takes place with the hook as well as with the flat disk.

- Fig. 1 the lock 1 belonging to the lock-key system according to the invention is shown, which consists of a bolt foot 2 to which a bracket 3 is connected.
- This bar foot 2 is inserted into the groove 4 of a first part 5, the bar foot 2 being completely sunk in this groove 4 and thus not being recognizable from the outside.
- the bracket 3 is formed by a leaf spring which with one end 6 at
- Bolt foot 2 is connected and rests with its free end 7 against an abutment 8 formed on the bolt foot 2 with pretension.
- the curved bracket 3 extends into the groove 9 of an oppositely arranged second part 10 and causes one
- the bracket 3 can be transferred from the locking position shown in FIG. 1 to the release position shown in FIG. 2 using the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the key 12, which is designed as a flat disk 11, by the
- Key 12 is inserted into the gap between the two opposing parts 5, 10 and is adjusted against the bracket 3. It is possible for the key 12 to approach the bracket 3 from both directions.
- the bracket 3 engages under the action of the key 12 in a receptacle 13 which is formed in the bar base 2.
- the lock 1 is open in this state.
- 4 shows a variant of the key 12, in which a recess 14 is formed on the key 12 to be inserted between the first part 5 and the second part 10, into which the bracket 3 can snap in order to hold the key 12, so that the closing person can turn to the next lock 1 and at the same time pull out the keys 12 and thus open the first part 5 connected to the locks 1.
- the recess 14 on the key 12 thus represents an undercut, in which the bracket 3 engages and the extraction of the second part 10 is facilitated.
- a groove 21 is arranged at a distance from the edge 20 of the flat disk 11. This groove 21 runs in one half parallel to the edge 20 of the flat disk 11 and moves away from this edge 20 in the second half. This groove 21 thus forms a control curve through which the bracket 3 after being pressed out of the groove 9 of the second 10 part next to this groove 9 is adjusted.
- a cam which points to the second part is arranged at one end of the locking foot 2 and blocks the key 12 when approaching from one direction and gives an indication when the bracket 3 is approaching from the other direction is in the open state.
- FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which the leaf spring is bent out of the plane of the locking foot 2, the free end 7 of which, in the locking position, rests against a step 15 arranged next to the groove 4 of the first part 5.
- a bearing which defines the curvature of the leaf spring is formed on the step 15, which bearing takes place in the axial direction of the groove or the step 15 Displacement of the free end 7 of the leaf spring is prevented, so that to open the lock 1 the free end 7 must first be adjusted into the groove 4 of the first part 5, which can then be followed by the adjustment of the bracket 3 from the locking position into the release position, which are shown together in Fig. 7.
- a key 16 is provided as the key 12 for this lock 1, in which the leg 17 which adjusts the bracket 3 from the step 15 into the groove 4 of the first part 5 thickens to form an inclined plane toward the intersection 18 of the legs and the second Leg 19 of the hook 16 takes over the function of the previously described flat disk 11.
- Fig. 8 shows an embodiment of the lock 1, in which two brackets 3 are connected to the bar base 2, the free ends of which point in opposite directions and thus engage in the groove 9 of the second part 10 at a mutual distance.
- 11 and 12 show how the lock 1 provided with two brackets 3 is opened by means of the key 12 having the groove 21, the upper bracket 3 in FIG. 12 having already passed through the control curve formed by the groove 21 and before the second part 10 is adjusted, while the lower bracket 3 is still pressed by the key 12 into the groove 4 of the first part 5.
