Abstract

Verbindungselement für Schienenprofilelemente eines zeilenförmigen Lichtbands, wobei sowohl das Schienenprofilelement (2) als auch das in dieses einschiebbare Verbindungselement (1) einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt mit jeweils einem Basisabschnitt (3, 8) und seitlichen Schenkelabschnitten (4, 11) aufweisen, wobei die seitlichen Schenkelabschnitte (4) des Schienenprofilelements (2) innenseitige Führungselemente (Führungsnut 7) umfassen, die bei dem Einschieben des Verbindungselements (1) in das Schienenprofilelement (2) die seitlichen Schenkelabschnitte (11) des Verbindungselements (1) derart führen, daß mindestens ein an der dem Basisabschnitt (3) des Schienenprofilelements (2) zugewandten Seite des Basisabschnitts (8) des Verbindungselements (1) angeordnetes Verbindungsmittel (Verbindungslasche 15) gegen die dem Verbindungselement (1) zugewandte Seite des Basisabschnitts (3) des Schienenprofilelements (2) gedrückt wird, wobei durch das mindestens eine Verbindungsmittel (Verbindungslasche 15) sowohl eine mechanische als auch eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen Verbindungselement (1) und Schienenprofilelement (2) hergestellt werden kann, wobei das mindestens eine Verbindungsmittel eine sich vorzugsweise geneigt von dem Basisabschnitt (8) des Verbindungselements (1) in Richtung auf das Schienenprofilelement (2) weg erstreckende Verbindungslasche (15) ist, deren dem Basisabschnitt (3) des Schienenprofilelements (2) zugewandtes Ende eine Spitze (16) aufweist.
