  14. Sanding tool according to claim 1, characterised in that a sanding or polishing covering which is made of sheep's wool or sheepskin for example and can be slipped like a cover over the flange (2) or over the supporting disc, is provided so that it can be fitted over the flange.
  15. Sanding tool according to claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the abrasive paper (3) can be slipped over the edges of the soft flange (2) and is fastened to the flange (2) in a manner known per se by means of adhesive strips or hook and loop arrangements so that it can be changed.
