Claims (6)
- Verdrehsicherung für Elastomerstatoren von Exzenterschneckenpumpen, wobei der metallische, die Elastomerauskleidung umschliessend Mantel mit einem zumindest im wesentlichen radial abstehenden Zapfen versehen ist, der an festen Teilen der Exzenterschneckenpumpe zum Anschlag kommen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (1) mit einem ein Gewindeloch aufweisenden Element, vorzugsweise einer Gewindemutter (8) versehen ist, in das der mit einem entsprechenden Aussengewinde versehene Zapfen (7) einschraubbar ist.
- Verdrehsicherung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein frei abstehender Teil des Zapfens (7) von einem schlauchförmigen Bezug (11) aus einem Elastomer oder Thermoplast umschlossen ist.
- Verdrehsicherung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch zumindest ein Abschnitt des frei abstehenden Teils des Zapfens (7) mit einem Gewinde versehen ist.
- Verdrehsicherung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug (11) an seiner Innenseite mit Vorsprüngen, vorzugsweise in Form von Rippen (10), versehen ist, die beim Aufschrauben des Bezuges auf den Zapfen (7) verformbar sind.
- Verdrehsicherung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Mänteln (1), die aussen der Innenkontur des Stators entsprechend gewendelt sind, das Element (8) in einer durch die Wendelung bedingten Vertiefung (9) des Mantels angeordnet ist.
