Description
The invention relates to a spinning device for generating of filaments made of molten polymer, which by a spinning head with spinnerets is pressed, the Filaments down first through a Reheating duct and then through a blow duct to run. The reheat shaft will also be below Called "reheater".
In Franz Fourné, "Synthetic Fibers", Carl Hanser Verlag / Munich, 1995, pages 182, 183, 363 become post-heating sections described. Delayed cooling is thereby achieved of filaments under the spinnerets, creating a too rapid cooling of the filament surface and thereby conditioned high pre-orientation is avoided. in the Post-heater will have a reduced thread take-up tension and a reduced pre-orientation and thus a better one Stretchability and higher ultimate strength achieved. The Post-heaters usually have stainless steel bodies that for example, can be heated with electric heating tapes. The heating sections formed by the reheaters have in the Usually a length of 100 to 300 mm.
In the known reheaters, it is disadvantageous that the Spinneret plates as a result of the immediately below arranged heated body are difficult to access what assembly and replacement of spinneret plates difficult. It is also disadvantageous that a Extraction of disruptive vapors, e.g. B. monomers, especially even in the open reheater, can not be done.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a door for the reheater of a spinning device, which on the one hand have easy access to the Spinneret plates enabled, on the other hand, too be sure that extraction of the disruptive Vapors from the reheater in the closed and also in the open state of the door is possible. Beyond that the door in a simple way even when open can largely be kept at operating temperature.
The object underlying the invention is thereby solved that the reheating shaft with a vertical Movable door is provided, which is a heated Metal body, one adjacent to the metal body arranged insulation and one on the insulation outside vertically arranged suction channel, the Suction channel in the lower part in an almost horizontal running suction channel with a suction mouth on Post-heating duct merges. The vertical movement of the Door can be by mechanical, pneumatic, electrical or hydraulic means take place.
The heatable metal body can be made of steel, for example or aluminum. The insulation is thermal insulation, for example rock wool can be used. Under the almost horizontal Arrangement of the lower part of the suction channel is both the pure horizontal arrangement as well as an oblique, inclined Understand arrangement. The suction channel is formed Expediently so that the lower part of the Suction channel in the open state of the door of the Post-heater is located directly under the spinneret plate, so that an extraction of the disturbing vapors by the Spinnerets come, even when the door is open is possible. The door is in the open state the heated metal body on the outside of the spinning device in the area of the hot spinning head, which ensures is that a stronger cooling of the heatable Metal body is avoided when the door is open. This will open the door even when open easily kept at operating temperature. Moreover you can ensure that the door is both closed as well as in the open state firmly on the spinning device is applied, the contact forces evenly over the Support area are distributed.
An expedient embodiment of the invention consists in that the upper part of the vertically arranged suction channel is connected with a flexible hose. A flexible one Hose adapts particularly to the movements of the door advantageously, so that on the arrangement of No valves or bypasses in the piping system can be.
The door is advantageously pneumatically up and down emotional. Roles connected to the door can stationary vertical rails run. That way the door can also be moved electrically or hydraulically.
You can z. B. also mechanically by means of a move several levers up and down. According to an expedient The upper part of the door has connections two parallel levers on the again each with a tension spring with another Bearings are connected. In this way the opening and Closing the door makes it easier because the tension springs Reduce the effort required to open the door The door can be closed gently.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention points the vertically arranged suction channel at the transition the almost horizontally arranged suction channel wide rectangular flow cross-section, whereby the flow cross-section in the flow direction continuously reduced upwards and into one circular flow cross section merges. This Execution facilitates the connection of the vertical arranged suction channel to a common manifold for the extracted vapors. The vapors flow through a vertically arranged suction channel with a relative large inner surface, which cools these vapors established. One achieves that a larger part of the extracted vapors in the vertically arranged extraction duct precipitates and not only in the downstream Pipe system is deposited.
The vertically arranged suction channel is expedient covered on the outside by a removable plate. this makes possible a quick and advantageous removal of the vertically arranged suction channel separated substances.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the almost horizontally arranged Suction channel is limited at the bottom by a detachable plate, which is vertically displaceable. Storage can done by bolt connections that are in length can be positioned differently. This has the Advantage that the height of the flow cross section of the vertical suction channel at the transition to the almost horizontally arranged suction channel of the amount extracted vapors can be adjusted. Furthermore one can thereby a uniform suction performance over the entire Set the width of the flow cross-section.

In Fig. 4 the lower part of the door (1) is in cross section shown. The almost horizontally arranged suction channel (1d) is limited at the bottom by a detachable plate (15) that is arranged vertically adjustable in the direction of the arrow. The Adjustment takes place via a bolt connection (16), of which several in a row in the direction of view can be arranged (not shown). The Bolt connection (16) is directly with an angle plate (17) connected to the sheet (15) on its underside is attached. Due to the vertically adjustable arrangement of the sheet (15), the height t of Flow cross-section at the transition from the vertically arranged Suction channel (1c) to the almost horizontally arranged Adjust the suction channel (1d) and thus the suction of the Optimize vapors.
Between the heated metal body (1a) and the upper one Plate (17) in the mouth of the suction channel (1d) can thermal insulation (18) may be arranged. alternative this insulation can be omitted and instead one Connection with good thermal conductivity can be provided, to heat the plate (17) through the metal body (1a).
Zusätzlich existiert eine ortsfeste Dichtungsleiste (27).In the variant of FIG. 5, the area of the spinning head is (12) with a brush (25) provided by a spring (26) is pressed against the inside of the door (1). As a result, a possible covering from the inside of the Door removed when they were pushed up. Additionally exists a stationary sealing strip (27).
