It is also known to use conical air ducts Narrows in these concentrically arranged nozzle cones to use the strength of the airflow respectively to make the temporal flow rate adjustable. As An example is the document DE 196 17 384, in which the Mixing ratio of two gas volume flows through one Venturi nozzle via its motor-driven, axial movable nozzle needle is adjustable.
For the good mixing of different air flows it is further known, for example by swirling to bring them into intimate contact.
When air conditioning entire buildings with a variety rooms that are independent of each other can be designed different disadvantages occur. Let the rooms not independently and according to theirs Ventilate the way of use or air-condition it a relatively high energy consumption and / or too rigid air conditioning schedule, for example at public buildings in the evenings and on Weekends. Furthermore, there can be too voluminous ventilation ducts result or the comfort of the room user can by Drafts and / or noises are impaired.
For these and other reasons, the task of Invention, for more extensive ventilation systems Measures to indicate improvements in multiple Respect. Another job concerns the improvement of control options ventilation systems.
Raumklimatisierung.
elektrischen Linearmotors.Figure 1 shows the longitudinal section through a
The
unterbindbar ist.FIG. 2 shows a variant of the
Figur 3 zeigt ein prinzipielles Schema einer umfangreicheren
Gebäudeklimatisierungsanlage 20, in der erfindungsgemässe
Mischungseinheiten 11 verwendet werden. Diese Anlage 20
umfasst im wesentlichen eine zentrale Luftaufbereitung 22,
einen Hauptzuluftstrang 24, einen Hauptabluftstrang 25, eine
beliebige Anzahl voneinander unabhängiger, zu
klimatisierender Räume 21.1, 21.2, ... bzw. Regelzonen, und
in diesen Räumen angeordnete Regelungs- und
Klimatisierungseinrichtungen.Figure 3 shows a basic scheme of a more extensive
Building
The air treatment 22 comprises in a manner known per se
a
Die Hauptstränge 24, 25 führen durch das gesamte, nicht
dargestellte Gebäude und sind durch Abzweigungen 24.1, 24.2,
25.1, 25.2 mit allen Räumen 21.1, 21.2 usw. verbunden.The
Weiter folgt in beliebigem
Abstand ein Quellluftauslass 42 oder ein beliebiger
Standard-Luftauslass.
In each of the rooms 21.1, 21.2, a
The building
Es ist offensichtlich, dass die beschriebene
Klimatisierungsanlage 20 in der Lage ist, bei geringem
Regelungsaufwand eine Vielzahl voneinander unabhängiger
Räume 21.1, 21.2 unabhängig voneinander individuell zu
klimatisieren.
raumlufttechnische Anlagen 20 nachhaltig vermindert.
Energiebedarf. Gleiches gilt für entsprechend konzipierte
Lüftungsanlagen bzw. raumlufttechnische Anlagen. It is obvious that the one described
- With the mixing
unit 11 it is important to make the relative distance between thenozzle 12 and thecone 14 variable. This can also be done by arranging thecone 14 in a stationary manner and displacing thenozzle 12. - The
cone 14 can be replaced by a unit with a shape other than a conical shape that is, however, suitable in terms of flow. Such a shape is spherical or drop-shaped, for example. - The
nozzle 12 and thecone 14 do not necessarily have to be rotationally symmetrical and arranged concentrically. Other shapes, for example oval in cross section, are possible. - The mixing
unit 11 can also be provided for very high rooms without amixed air pipe 18 andsuction openings 16, that is to say as a unit with a controllable free jet nozzle. - The
24, 25 can be designed unbranched or branched.main rods - To set up the control loops mentioned in the rooms 21.1, 21.2, the
actuator 47 is provided, which makes thenozzle cone 14 displaceable in both axial directions via theadjustment mechanism 17. For simple controls, however, it is also possible to make theadjustment mechanism 17 manually operable, for example by means of a hand crank.
- Because of its construction with a
conical nozzle 12 and an associated, axiallydisplaceable nozzle cone 14, the mixingunit 11 is able to control the strength of the conditioned primary air flow V1 arriving under constant pressure. This results in a secondary air flow V2 which is clearly assigned in terms of its strength in order to form a mixed air flow V3 of approximately constant strength. - The mixing
unit 11 makes it possible to adapt the primary air flow V1 to the respective needs in a room 21 on account of the always approximately constant strength of the mixed air flow V3. If this is not used, the primary air flow V1 is greatly reduced or even prevented. If, on the other hand, the space 21 is heavily used, the primary air flow V3 can be increased massively without the mixed air flow V3 taking on a significantly reduced temperature. - The individual controllability of the temperature of all rooms in a building by varying the respective primary air quantities supplied in time makes it possible to design the central primary air preparation 22 to have an average output and thus smaller than in comparable systems with a constant volume flow and variable primary air temperature. This advantage results primarily from the dimensions of the buildings to be air-conditioned and the different control arrangements.
- In addition to the temperature, the humidity and the CO 2 content of the room air can also serve as control variables. This property makes it possible to individually optimize the room climate in rooms 21.
