Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lattice girder for the production of mobile buildings, in particular of fair and exhibition stands, consisting of several metal profiles running parallel to each other, passing through transversely between them running truss-like lattice structures are held together, where three hollow profiles to a carrier with a cross section of an isosceles Triangles are joined together.
Lattice girders are used in construction to produce surges or in mechanical engineering, for example, to manufacture the pillars or the Jib of construction cranes or the like used.
Building systems are also used to manufacture such trade fair and exhibition stands
known, where you have octagonal columns with longitudinal
Grooves used in the use of suitable turnbuckles
Cross members can be used very easily and quickly, but also very stably
(Octanorm system from Octanorm Vertriebs-GmbH for components in
Filderstadt). Such systems are suitable up to certain consequences. For the
Surges of mobile buildings that can be quickly assembled and dismantled, for larger ones
Self-supporting ceiling structures, however, are not such systems
suitable without further ado. Truss systems are used here
provided by connecting nodes (
From US-A-3 111 207 a lattice girder of the type mentioned is known which is designed in lightweight construction and therefore also for production mobile buildings is suitable. The lattice girder shown there consists of several metal profiles running parallel to each other, which cross through between Running truss-like lattice structures held together are. Three hollow sections made of sheet metal are included in a beam a cross section of an isosceles triangle joined together. On Part of the hollow profiles is also with an outside before completion open slot provided, which serves to the interior during the Keep manufacturing open. These slots are made by bending Wall parts or by inserting sealing strips before finishing locked.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Gitterträger der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, dass er als Ergänzung von bestehenden Messebausystemen verwendbar ist und für die Möglichkeit von besonderen ästhetischen Effekten geeignet istThe invention has for its object a lattice girder of the beginning mentioned type in such a way that it complements existing trade fair construction systems is usable and for the possibility of special aesthetic Effects is suitable
To solve this problem, the one mentioned above is used for a lattice girder Kind provided that the hollow profile at the top of the triangle with symmetrical arranged hollow chambers and the other two hollow profiles with mirror-symmetrical to that in the middle between the legs of equal length extending plane arranged hollow chambers are provided and that at least part of the hollow chambers of all hollow profiles on their outer wall is provided with a slot open to the outside.
This configuration allows the new lattice girder to be fitted with slots provided hollow chambers with turnbuckles for connecting known Components are provided. But it is also possible to attach these slots of additional parts, for example lighting installations or also for inserting the outer edges of decorative panels use, so that the lattice girder becomes an aesthetic Can be a component.
In a further development of the invention, all hollow profiles are tubes formed with an outer circular cross section through several inner walls, some of which run radially, with one concentrically arranged circular tube core are connected. By this configuration creates stable hollow profiles, but look elegant and made of light metal, for example Aluminum. The circular tube core offers the possibility of making connections in a known manner or, as will be mentioned later, Place end plates on the ends of the hollow profiles.
In a further development of the invention, each hollow profile can have three Chambers with slots open to the outside, wherein two each of the slots to form a slot in an adjacent one Hollow profile are directed towards the third Slot each in one away from the triangular cross section pointing chamber is arranged. This configuration enables inserting decorative panels in the previously mentioned manner in the manner facing the slots Chambers, the chambers associated with these slots are to be designed large enough to insert the plate edges to ensure.
The outward-facing chambers with their slots enable as already indicated, the connection of additional columns or carriers with the help of known turnbuckles. The For this purpose, slots and the chambers can be attached to the Known exhibition construction systems provided mounting slots be adjusted.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that one the slots that are not needed by decorative Profiles closed.
In a further development of the invention it is provided that triangular plates for connection to the ends of the hollow profiles used, for example, screwed to the circular tube core can be.
These triangular plates can be further developed in the invention with coupling means for connecting additional lattice girders or be provided for connection to pillars, the coupling means in a first embodiment of two with stiffening ribs guided bolts exist, their free Ends of hanging heads for columnar connection heads with hanging grooves exhibit. Leave these columnar connection heads refer, for example, to the known ones mentioned above Stand columns and they have insertion recesses for the suspension heads of the coupling means. girder according to the invention are very simple in this way Way to arrange transverse to known columns or can in otherwise coupled with known systems.
In a further development of the invention, the coupling means but also consist of openings for inserting plug pins, which are attached to the connection heads. To this Way it also becomes possible to use lattice girders according to the invention themselves to use as pedestals and they over their triangular panels with transverse lattice girders or with others To combine profile parts.

Fig. 3 zeigt, durch zwischen Ihnen verlaufende fachwerkartig
ausgebildete Gitterstrukturen 4 zu einem Träger mit einem
Querschnitt eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks zusammengefügt.
Die Gitterstruktur 4 ist angeschweißt. Sie besteht beim Ausführungsbeispiel
im wesentlichen aus schräg zu den Längsachsen
der Hohlprofile 1 bis 3 gelegten Dreiecksstrukturen.1 to 3 is a lattice girder according to the invention
shown, which is composed of three
3 shows that the two
The
The
kann.1 shows that the end faces of the three
Fig. 2 shows that on the
Figures 4 and 5 initially show two lattice girders

Figures 6 to 8 first tie to the type of
Fig. 6 stirnseitig abragend angebracht ist.
Gitterträger axial nach oben zu verlängern.2 also shows that the
However, as FIG. 8 also shows, it becomes possible to use the
dabei an Standsäulen 44 handelsüblicher Art angebracht, welche
oben mit einem - beim Ausführungsbeispiel noch zusätzlich
verkleideten - Anschlußkopf 29 versehen sind. An diesem Anschlußkopf
Of course, it is also possible, as has already been indicated with reference to FIG. 3, to utilize the
FIGS. 9 and 10 show two examples of the use of the new lattice girders in connection with other parts of the trade fair construction system as are already on the market. 9, several lattice girders according to the invention are used, which are now provided with the
stabil zusammenzusetzende Messebauteile verwenden. Fig. 10 shows that e.g. with the help of three lattice girders

axial verlaufenden Schlitzen 50 (bzw.
der Anschluß von Flachgitterträgern möglich.11 shows the
In gleicher Weise läßt
11, but in particular FIG. 12 clearly show
that the columnar tube section of the
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 13, are parallel to

Gitterträger nach Fig. 2 am Anschlußkopf 29 zu variieren.11 and 12 finally show that in
