Definitions
- the present invention relates generally to a door lock fitted with a system allowing automatically block if a breaking in.
- the invention relates to a lock door or the like, comprising a housing, a bolt selectively moved out of the housing, and detection of a break-in, these organs including at least a movable plate selectively displaced by a attempted break-in, a selectively trained probe by a displacement of the movable plate, and an axis of blockage requested by a pre-stressed spring and selectively released by a movement of the probe.
- a lock of this type is for example described in the anonymous article "Relatch Actuator Plates", from the journal “IBM TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE BULLETIN”, volume 19, N ° 2, July 1976, pages 657 and 658.
- the document FR-2 716 484 corresponding to the German utility model DE-295 02 983 U, describes a lock comprising a system, said "informer”, allowing the detection of a break-in and blocking the lock bolt.
- the lock described in the aforementioned article aims to resolve the important problem of reducing the risk that the lock can be broken without breaking be detected.
- the lock of the invention aims to to offer a high sensitivity for a space requirement reduced and a modest manufacturing cost.
- the lock of the invention is essentially characterized by what the probe is a finger in contact with the plate movable and slidably mounted, between a rest position and a detection position, in a data block integrated into the housing, in that the locking pin is mounted sliding in the informing block between a position of rest in which he leaves the bolt free and a detection position in which it blocks the bolt, and in that a plate mounted sliding in the block informer has a first edge cooperating with the finger feeler and a second edge, opposite to the first and cooperating with the locking pin, the plate selectively adopting a rest position or a detection position depending on that the feeler finger is in the rest position or goes into detection position, and the rest and detection of the plate respectively causing the holding the locking pin in the rest position and passage of the locking pin in the detection position.
- the feeler finger is permanently elastically biased out of the informing block against platinum, that the feeler finger has a collar bordered by a groove, that the plate has a lug protruding from its first edge, that the lug rests on the flange for the rest positions of the feeler finger and platinum, and that the lug is received in the throat for the detection positions of the feeler finger and the platinum.
- the locking pin can then have a shaped groove ramp which, for the rest position of the plate, leans on the second edge of the plate under the effect of pretensioned spring and applies a first elastic force in the direction of the feeler finger.
- a second spring permanently applies a second force to the plate directed towards the blocking axis and of intensity lower than the first force, and the second spring, when the locking pin is in the detection position, places the platinum in a locked position in which this platinum prohibits a return of the locking pin of its detection position to its rest position.
- the platinum is substantially flat, and the feeler finger is arranged parallel to the first edge of the plate and perpendicular to the locking axis, the plate preferably extending in a plane forming an angle acute with locking pin.
- the locking pin in the detection position, can by example being engaged in a blind hole in the bolt, the movable plate being mounted floating in at least one first shielding plate supporting the housing.
- the movable plate can for example be floating climb on pillars which cross it and which each have an annular shoulder receiving the housing.
- the first armor plate can adequately consist of a first U-shaped fix for example on the door and a second profile in L maintained on the first profile and receiving the movable plate.
- Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view and some little simplified device for blocking a latch lock according to the invention, which is integrated into a housing lock itself associated with shielding.
- FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the indicator block, along line II-II of Figure 1, and showing what block in armed position, i.e. leaving free the operation of the lock mechanism and the bolt which is visible in Figure 2.
- Figure 3 is an enlarged view along arrow III of FIG. 2, of the locking pin in this armed position.
- Figure 4 is a sectional view of the delater block only, made along line IV-IV of Figure 2.
- FIG. 5 is a sectional view similar to FIG. 2, but showing the informing block in the activated position, that is to say in the bolt blocking position.
- Figure 6 is an enlarged view along arrow VI of FIG. 5, of the locking pin in said position activated.
- Figure 7 is a sectional view of the data block made along line VII-VII of Figure 5.
- a device for blocking a bolt 1 of lock essentially comprises a informer block 2 integrated into the lock box 3 which operates the bolt 1 and which consists of two half-housings nestable 3a and 3b.
- FIG. 1 a safety cylinder whose key entry is identified in 5, which crosses the two half-housings 3a, 3b, and which is protected by a cover 6.
- This cover 6 crosses a mounted plate 7 floating between the half-housing 3b and at least one plate shield 8 intended to be fixed on a leaf of door for example (not shown).
- the armor plate 8 is actually consists of two profiles, namely a first U-shaped profile 9 to be fixed on the door leaf, and a second L-shaped profile 10 which, when the assembly of parts visible in Figure 1 is assembled, is kept applied to the first profile 9, while allowing the plate 7 to move freely or float between said second profile 10 and the half-housing 3b of the lock housing 3.
- pillars or columns 11 which include each an annular shoulder 12 are provided. These pillars 11 pass through the lock box 3 as well as the first L-shaped profile 10 to come into abutment by their end 13 forming the shoulder 12 on the first U-shaped profile 9. However, the half-housing 3b abuts on the shoulder 12 of each pillar 11, so that some play is left to the floating plate 7 so that it can wrestle freely between said half-housing 3b and the L-shaped profile 10.
- the feeler finger 15, as can be seen on the Figures 4 and 7 has two stepped grooves 23, 24 separated by a flange 25 and capable of cooperate with the lug 19 of the plate 17, as is will describe later about the operation.
- the feeler finger 15 is constantly stressed by a spring, or first spring 26 in the extended position of the block informer, as is clearly visible in Figure 4. More specifically, the free end 27 of the feeler finger 15 crosses the half-casing 3b of the lock casing 3 and is constantly supported on the floating plate 7. The spring 26 urging this feeler finger 15 is compressed, as can still be seen in Figure 4, between the half-housing 3a of the lock box 3 and the end of the feeler finger opposite the end 27.
- the plate 17 is also constantly stressed by a spring or second spring 28 in the direction of the axis blocking 20 which itself is constantly stressed by a spring, or third spring 29 (see in particular Figures 3 and 6) acting in the direction longitudinal of said blocking axis to be able to penetrate in a blind hole 30 formed in the bolt 1 which, as this appears clearly in Figures 2 and 5 is in sliding support on the indicator block 2.
- the locking pin 20 has a groove 33 formed of a substantially planar annular part 34 and a part in conical ramp shape 35 which cooperates with the second abovementioned edge 22 of the plate 17. It should be observed here that this second edge 22 can cooperate with the end 36 of the locking pin 20, which end 36 is opposite the end 32 and is stressed by the spring 29, to achieve positive locking of the bolt 1, as will be described later in connection with operation.
- the longitudinal direction of the locking pin 20 forms an acute angle, for example about 45 °, with the plane in which the plate 17 is located, so that the second edge 22 of this plate can in particular cooperate with the groove 33 of said locking pin and more particularly with the ramp 35 of this groove, as this will be explained now in the description which follows the operation of the informing block 2.
- feeler finger 15 In its armed position visible in Figures 2, 3 and 4, feeler finger 15 is in contact with the floating plate 7, and the lug 19 of the plate 17 is supported on the flange 25 of the feeler finger.
- This support on the collar is produced by the spring 29 of the locking pin 20 whose compression force is higher than that of the second spring 28 urging the platinum and which therefore acts against the force of this second spring so that the lug 19 is resting on the flange 25 of the feeler finger.
- the edge 22 of the plate 17 is in abutment on the ramp conical 35 of the groove 33 of the locking pin 20.
- a device for blocking a lock bolt using an informing block of a particular and very sophisticated design ensuring blocking the lock bolt (s) in a very positive and reliable, and without any risk of cancellation of this blockage.

Description
The present invention relates generally to a door lock fitted with a system allowing automatically block if a breaking in.
More specifically, the invention relates to a lock door or the like, comprising a housing, a bolt selectively moved out of the housing, and detection of a break-in, these organs including at least a movable plate selectively displaced by a attempted break-in, a selectively trained probe by a displacement of the movable plate, and an axis of blockage requested by a pre-stressed spring and selectively released by a movement of the probe.
"IBM TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE BULLETIN", volume 19, N° 2,
juillet 1976, pages 657 et 658.A lock of this type is for example described in
the anonymous article "Relatch Actuator Plates", from the journal
"IBM TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE BULLETIN",
More generally, the document FR-2 716 484, corresponding to the German utility model DE-295 02 983 U, describes a lock comprising a system, said "informer", allowing the detection of a break-in and blocking the lock bolt.
In relation to the teaching of this document, the lock described in the aforementioned article aims to resolve the important problem of reducing the risk that the lock can be broken without breaking be detected.
The solution to this problem, as described in the aforementioned article, consists in using a plate of protection likely to be displaced during a attempted break-in, and a lever playing the role of probe, mounted for rotation by one of its ends, and receiving, at its other end and perpendicular to its plane of rotation, the force of a prestressed spring.
Despite the progress it brings in reducing the risk of detection failure, this solution presents the downside of driving to a bulky lock and on which sensitivity to break-in attempts depends a lot, at the same time, of the force exerted on the plate mobile during break-in and mounting quality lever, therefore the cost of manufacturing the lock.
In this context, the lock of the invention aims to to offer a high sensitivity for a space requirement reduced and a modest manufacturing cost.
To this end, the lock of the invention, moreover conforms to the generic definition given by the preamble above, is essentially characterized by what the probe is a finger in contact with the plate movable and slidably mounted, between a rest position and a detection position, in a data block integrated into the housing, in that the locking pin is mounted sliding in the informing block between a position of rest in which he leaves the bolt free and a detection position in which it blocks the bolt, and in that a plate mounted sliding in the block informer has a first edge cooperating with the finger feeler and a second edge, opposite to the first and cooperating with the locking pin, the plate selectively adopting a rest position or a detection position depending on that the feeler finger is in the rest position or goes into detection position, and the rest and detection of the plate respectively causing the holding the locking pin in the rest position and passage of the locking pin in the detection position.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, can provide that the feeler finger is permanently elastically biased out of the informing block against platinum, that the feeler finger has a collar bordered by a groove, that the plate has a lug protruding from its first edge, that the lug rests on the flange for the rest positions of the feeler finger and platinum, and that the lug is received in the throat for the detection positions of the feeler finger and the platinum.
The locking pin can then have a shaped groove ramp which, for the rest position of the plate, leans on the second edge of the plate under the effect of pretensioned spring and applies a first elastic force in the direction of the feeler finger.
We can also provide that a second spring permanently applies a second force to the plate directed towards the blocking axis and of intensity lower than the first force, and the second spring, when the locking pin is in the detection position, places the platinum in a locked position in which this platinum prohibits a return of the locking pin of its detection position to its rest position.
In an effective embodiment of the invention, the platinum is substantially flat, and the feeler finger is arranged parallel to the first edge of the plate and perpendicular to the locking axis, the plate preferably extending in a plane forming an angle acute with locking pin.
The locking pin, in the detection position, can by example being engaged in a blind hole in the bolt, the movable plate being mounted floating in at least one first shielding plate supporting the housing.
More specifically, the movable plate can for example be floating climb on pillars which cross it and which each have an annular shoulder receiving the housing.
Very concretely, the first armor plate can adequately consist of a first U-shaped fix for example on the door and a second profile in L maintained on the first profile and receiving the movable plate.
Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge clearly from the description which is made below, for information and in no way limitative, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view and some little simplified device for blocking a latch lock according to the invention, which is integrated into a housing lock itself associated with shielding.
Figure 3 is an enlarged view along arrow III of FIG. 2, of the locking pin in this armed position.
FIG. 5 is a sectional view similar to FIG. 2, but showing the informing block in the activated position, that is to say in the bolt blocking position.
Figure 6 is an enlarged view along arrow VI of FIG. 5, of the locking pin in said position activated.
emboítables 3a et 3b.As can be seen by referring more particularly to
FIG. 1, a device for blocking a bolt 1 of
lock according to this invention essentially comprises a
porte par exemple (non représenté).We have shown in 4 in Figure 1 a safety cylinder
whose key entry is identified in 5, which crosses the
two half-

each an
profilé 9.We have shown at 14 in Figure 1 screws that pass through
all the parts described above including the
pillars 11 which are hollow, and allow the fixing of
the whole once assembled by screwing in the leaf
of the door (not shown) and adjacent to the
- a
feeler finger 15 which is slidably mounted in anorifice 16 formed in thedelator block 2; - a
plate 17 which is also slidably mounted in theblock 2 and one edge of which, orfirst edge 18 has aprotruding lug 19 and is substantially parallel to the axis XX 'of thefeeler finger 15; and - a
pin 20 for locking the bolt 1 which is also slidably mounted in an orifice 21 (see FIGS. 2 and 5) of thedelator block 2 and which is orthogonal to asecond edge 22 opposite thefirst edge 18 of theplate 17.
The
doigt palpeur opposée à l'extrémité 27.The
It will be observed here that the compression force of the
As appears in particular in Figures 3 and 6,
the
suit du fonctionnement du bloc délateur 2.Returning to the
In its armed position visible in Figures 2, 3 and 4,
This support on the collar is produced by the

through the leaf (not shown), which translates
by a deformation of the
If there is a break-in on the cylinder cover 6

Figure 4 that it is the
According to the invention, therefore, a device for blocking a lock bolt using an informing block of a particular and very sophisticated design ensuring blocking the lock bolt (s) in a very positive and reliable, and without any risk of cancellation of this blockage.
