Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum pyrotechnischen Trennen, mit einem pyrotechnischen Expansionsrohr (16), das in einem zwischen zwei Teilen (10,18) angeordneten und von mindestens einem diese beiden Teile verbindenden Zwischenstück (20) begrenzten Raum (28) derart angebracht ist, dass mindestens eines der Teile an mindestens einer Trennlinie (12) getrennt wird, wenn das Rohr betätigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes zu trennende Teil (10) aus einem nicht-metallischen Material besteht, wobei ein Trennelement bzw. Trennmittel (32) zwischen dieses und das pyrotechnische Expansionsrohr (16) eingefügt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Trennelement (32) einen Trennrand (34), der an das Zwischenstück (20) angrenzt und sich längs der Trennlinie (12) erstreckt, aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Trennelement zwei entgegengesetzte Trennränder (34, 35) aufweist, von denen einer (34) an das Zwischenstück angrenzt, und die ein Band (10a) in dem zu trennenden Teil (10) längs zweier Trennlinien (12) trennen können.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Trennelement (32) mindestens eine vorstehende scharfe Kante (34) in Kontakt mit dem längs der Trennlinie zu trennenden Teil (10) (12) aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei jedes Trennelement (32) aus einem im Wesentlichen unverformbaren Material gefertigt ist und gänzlich im Raum (28) aufgenommen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4, wobei jedes Trennelement (32) aus einem verformbaren Material gefertigt ist, das mit dem zu trennenden Teil (10) verbunden ist und sich über das Zwischenstück (20) hinaus erstreckt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Gegenstück (40) an jedem zu trennenden Teil (10) entgegengesetzt zu und gegenüber dem Zwischenstück (20) so befestigt ist, dass ein Rand (42) des Gegenstücks sich längs der Trennlinie (12) erstreckt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Halteelement (44), das aus einem verformbaren Material gefertigt ist, an jedem zu trennenden Teil (10) entgegengesetzt zu und gegenüber dem Trennelement (32) befestigt ist, wobei das Halteelement (44) einen Rand (46) aufweist, der sich längs der Trennlinie (12) und über diesen Rand hinaus erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6, 7 und 8 in Kombination, wobei das Schneid- bzw. Trennelement (32), das Gegenstück (40) und das Halteelement (44) aus dem gleichen Material gefertigt sind wie das zu trennende Teil (10), und dieses Material ein aus in einer Harzmatrix eingebetteten Schichten langer Fasern gebildetes Verbundmaterial ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Teile (10) und das Zwischenstück (20) aus dem gleichen nicht-metallischen Material in monolithischer Form gefertigt sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei das Zwischenstück (20) zwischen den Teilen (10,18) durch diese durchsetzende Befestigungsmittel (30) befestigt ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei ein einziges (10) der zwei Teile zu trennen ist und das andere Teil ein im Wesentlichen nicht-verformbares Stützteil (18) ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die beiden Teile (10) zu trennen sind und der Raum (28), der durch zwei Zwischenstücke (20, 36) und ein Trennelement (32), das zwischen dem pyrotechnische Expansionsrohr (16) und jedem der Teile (10) angeordnet ist, begrenzt ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 13 in Kombination, wobei das zweite Zwischenstück (36) zwischen den Teilen (10) an einer von dem pyrotechnischen Expansionsrohr (16) entfernten Stelle befestigt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 13 in Kombination, wobei die beiden Zwischenstücke (20, 36) zwischen den Teilen (10) in der Nähe jedes der Trennelemente (32) befestigt sind.
