Abstract
Description
- la Figure 1 est une vue de côté d'une pince conforme à l'invention;
- la Figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la même pince;
- la Figure 3 est une vue en bout, de l'arrière, de la pince;
- la Figure 4 en est une vue en bout de l'avant;
- la Figure 5 est une vue de côté d'une poignée de la pince;
- les Figures 6 à 8 sont des vues prises en coupe respectivement suivant les lignes VI-VI à VIII-VIII de la Figure 5;
- la Figure 9 est une vue de dessus de la même poignée;
- les Figures 10 et 11 sont des vues schématiques de côté d'une pince multiprise suivant l'invention, dans deux positions différentes d'utilisation;
- la Figure 12 est une vue en perspective de dessous de la poignée inférieure de la pince des Figures 10 et 11; et
- la Figure 13 est une vue en coupe transversale, vue de l'avant, d'une variante.
- La surface de contact de la poignée supérieure avec la paume de la main est très large, ce qui assure une prise améliorée et une adaptation optimale au mouvement de la main qui se ferme sur les deux poignées.
- La section aplatie des poignées permet de refermer efficacement les quatre doigts autres que le pouce, notamment l'annulaire et l'auriculaire, sur la poignée inférieure pour exercer une traction sur la pince. La forme concave et en dévers du contour 19 facilite encore ce type de prise de l'outil, et offre de plus une grande surface d'appui aux doigts pour ouvrir la pince.
- Grâce à la forme extérieure sensiblement rectiligne que les parties 11A, 11B présentent en vue de côté, l'ouverture de la pince est facilitée et, en position ouverte, l'effort de serrage ne tend pas à faire glisser la main vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière.
- L'ensemble de la région de la poignée qui est en contact avec la main est dépourvu d'arête vive, de sorte que la main ne risque pas d'être blessée, quel que soit l'effort ou la combinaison d'efforts exercé sur l'outil : serrage, torsion, traction, torsion-traction, efforts de levier exercés dans le plan P, dans le plan Q ou dans un plan intermédiaire entre ceux-ci.
Claims (17)
- Pince, du type comprenant deux branches (7A, 7B) ayant une zone formant poignée (3A, 3B) solidaire de la branche et qui, au moins dans une partie proximale (11A, 11B), a une section transversale dont le profil est convexe ou essentiellement convexe, ces branches étant articulées l'une à l'autre dans une région de maillure (4) et se prolongeant au-delà de la maillure en définissant des mâchoires (5A, 5B), caractérisée en ce que chaque poignée (3A, 3B) a, au moins dans ladite partie proximale (11A, 11B), une section transversale qui, par rapport à sa ligne moyenne (L) parallèle au plan moyen (P) de la maillure (4), présente un profil extérieur (14) dissymétrique dont la forme est plus fortement plongeante vers un côté de la poignée, et en ce que, en vue de dessus, dans ladite partie proximale de chaque poignée (3A;3B), le lieu géométrique (LG) des milieux des segments (S3) perpendiculaires audit plan moyen (P) forme une courbe (LG3) dont la convexité est dirigée vers ledit côté.
- Pince suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, pour la poignée supérieure (3A), ledit côté est dirigé vers la paume de la main destinée à saisir la pince.
- Pince suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans ladite partie proximale (11A, 11B), chaque poignée (3A, 3B) présente une section transversale plus large que haute.
- Pince suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite section transversale a une forme générale en haricot, avec un profil intérieur (19) légèrement concave.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que ladite courbe (LG3) se prolonge vers l'extrémité distale de la poignée par une seconde courbe (LG2) dont la convexité est dirigée dans le sens opposé audit côté.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que, dans ladite partie proximale (11A, 11B), chaque poignée (3A, 3B) a, en vue de côté, un profil extérieur sensiblement rectiligne, les deux profils étant notamment sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, au moins dans ladite partie proximale (11A, 11B), et de préférence sur toute sa longueur, la poignée (3A, 3B) est dépourvue de toute arête vive.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit profil dissymétrique se prolonge, éventuellement en s'atténuant, jusqu'à la région d'extrémité distale (9A, 9B) de la poignée (3A, 3B).
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la région d'extrémité distale (9A, 9B) de chaque poignée (3A, 3B) a une section transversale symétrique par rapport à ladite ligne moyenne (L).
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, au moins dans ladite partie proximale, les deux poignées (3A, 3B) sont, en section transversale, identiques et symétriques par rapport à la ligne centrale de la pince.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que, au moins dans ladite partie proximale, les deux poignées (3A, 3B) sont, en section transversale, symétriques par rapport au plan médian (Q) des deux poignées qui, en position fermée de la pince, est parallèle à l'axe d'articulation (2; 32) des deux branches(7A, 7B).
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'une poignée (33B) au moins comporte, sur sa face extérieure, une garde d'extrémité distale (38B) et un bourrelet (57) unique espacé de cette garde d'une distance permettant la réception d'un index.
- Pince suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le bourrelet (57) a une hauteur de saillie inférieure à celle de la garde (38B).
- Pince suivant la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le bourrelet (57) se prolonge latéralement sur la poignée, notamment sur les deux côtés de celle-ci.
- Pince suivant la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le bourrelet (57) a une forme généralement torique.
- Pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée par une pince de serrage, notamment une pince à becs plats ou ronds, une pince universelle ou une pince multiprise.
- Poignée pour une pince suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16.
