L'invention va à présent être décrite en référence aux figures 1 à 8. Le dispositif de fermeture de sécurité articulé pour ouverture de bâtiment (1), ou dispositif de fermeture, est constitué de deux vantaux (20g, 20d) symétriques et montés articulés chacun autour d'un bord latéral vertical respectif de l'encadrement (1). Les deux vantaux (20g, 20d) ainsi que la plupart des éléments référencés sont désignés par les mêmes références numériques augmentées des lettres g ou d suivant qu'il s'agit d'éléments situés à gauche ou à droite pour un observateur qui regarde l'ouverture depuis l'extérieur du bâtiment (1). Chaque vantail (20g, 20d) est constitué d'une paire de barres en L horizontales (3A, 3B) respectivement (13A, 13B) et dans lesquelles sont montés des barreaux (24) parallèles et verticaux. Les deux barres de chaque paires de barres (3A, 3B; 13A, 13B) sont situées respectivement sensiblement en partie supérieure et inférieure des vantaux (20g, 20d) respectifs. Les barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L horizontales sont montées articulées au niveau de l'extrémité du pied du L sur des supports (4) rendus solidaires des bords latéraux de l'encadrement (1) de l'ouverture. Le montage articulé des vantaux (20g, 20d) sur les supports (4) respectifs est décrit ci-après. Les deux vantaux (20g, 20d) sont pivotants autour de deux axes verticaux respectifs situés à proximité du bord de l'encadrement qui est en vis-à-vis de l'extérieur du bâtiment (1). Dans l'exemple de réalisation des figures 1 à 3, le dispositif de fermeture est disposé entre deux volets (2g, 2d) situés du côté extérieur au bâtiment (1) et une fenêtre (23) située du côté intérieur au bâtiment (1). Les barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L des deux vantaux (20g, 20d) ont des dimensions déterminées et sont montées articulées sur l'encadrement de manière à ce que, en position de fermeture, les pieds des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L soient parallèles et en vis-à-vis d'un bord latéral respectif de l'encadrement et que les branches du L les plus longues soient alignées en vis-à-vis de la fenêtre (23) et parallèles à cette dernière. Les dimensions et emplacements des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L formant les vantaux (20g, 20d) sont également déterminées pour permettre, en position d'ouverture du dispositif (figure 3), le dégagement latéral des vantaux (20g, 20d) le long des deux côtés respectifs de l'encadrement (1), par-dessus les volets (2g, 2d) respectifs qui eux aussi sont en position ouverte le long des murs du bâtiment (1). Dans cette position d'ouverture les pieds des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L sont sensiblement parallèles aux bords latéraux respectifs de l'encadrement et les branches les plus longues des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L sont elles sensiblement parallèles à un volet (2g, 2d) ouvert respectif. Bien sûr, l'invention ne se limite pas à cet exemple de réalisation. Ainsi, les vantaux (20g, 20d) peuvent ne pas être symétriques c'est à dire qu'ils peuvent par exemple avoir des longueurs transverses différentes. Les vantaux (20g, 20d) peuvent également comporter plus de deux barres horizontales en L dans lesquelles sont montés les barreaux (24). De même, ces barres horizontales en L peuvent porter chacune un cadre rectangulaire de dimensions correspondant à la moitié de l'ouverture du bâtiment, les extrémités des barreaux (24) pouvant être rendues solidaires de ce cadre. L'extrémité articulée de chaque barre (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L est montée entre deux pattes (14A, 14B, figure 4) horizontales et parallèles d'une plaque (4) support respective rendue solidaire de l'encadrement. Les plaques (4) supports sont par exemple sensiblement rectangulaires et pourvues sur leur longueur de perçages (5) prévus pour des moyens de fixations des plaques (4) sur les parois latérales de l'encadrement. Ces moyens de fixation des plaques (4) supports peuvent par exemple être constitués de vis. Un alésage (114) vertical de même diamètre est ménagé d'une part dans les deux pattes (14A, 14B) et d'autre part (16) dans l'extrémité du vantail (20g, 20d) montée entre les pattes (14A, 14B), pour permettre le montage du vantail (20g, 20d) entre les pattes au moyen d'un axe (6) de solidarisation logé simultanément dans les alésages (114) des pattes (14A, 14B) et (116) de l'extrémité du vantail (20g, 20d). Les barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L, les barreaux (24) et l'ensemble support (4) pourvu de pattes (14A, 14B) peuvent être constitués d'un matériau métallique. Aussi, et de façon avantageuse, les extrémités des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L montées articulées entre les paires de pattes (14A, 14B) respectives peuvent être pourvues sur leurs faces supérieures et inférieures en contact avec les pattes (14A, 14B) d'une couche (8) d'un revêtement anti-frottements. Les extrémités des vantaux (20g, 20d) montées articulées entre les pattes (14A, 14B) respectives sont pourvues chacune d'un filetage (17) horizontal, perpendiculaire à l'alésage (16) respectif, les axes de symétrie du filetage (17) et de l'alésage (16) étant sécants. Les filetages (17) sont prévus chacun pour une vis (27) de blocage destinée à être logée simultanément dans l'épaisseur d'une barre (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) horizontale en L et dans un filetage (37) transverse ménagé dans un axe (6) respectif. Ainsi, les vis (27) bloquent le démontage des axes (6) de solidarisation des vantaux. Avantageusement, les filetages (17) destinés à accueillir les vis (27) de blocage peuvent être ménagés sur les faces des barres (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) en L qui sont situées, en position de fermeture des vantaux, en vis-à-vis d'une plaque (4) support respective. De plus, l'extrémité des filetages (17) destinés aux vis (27) de blocage sont non-débouchants de l'autre côté de l'épaisseur de la barre (3A, 3B, 13A, 13B) respective. Ainsi, en position fermée des vantaux (20g, 20d) la présence des vis (27) de blocage est cachée à un observateur extérieur. Les deux poutres (21g, 21d) portent les moyens (9, 12) de verrouillages complémentaires des deux vantaux (20g, 20d). Ces moyens de verrouillage (9, 12) complémentaires sont situés chacun sur une face d'une poutre (21g, 21d) respective. Les deux faces des poutres portant les moyens de verrouillage (9, 12) complémentaires sont perpendiculaires en position de fermeture du dispositif. Un premier (20g, figure 8) vantail, ou vantail de gauche, porte, sur la face de sa poutre (21g) en L qui est parallèle au plan contenant les barreaux (24) et située a l'intérieur du L formé par la poutre (20g), un dispositif de serrure (19) de type crémone. A cet effet, une ouverture prévue pour le passage du cylindre (219) de la serrure (19) est ménagée dans la face de la poutre (20g) qui porte le dispositif de serrure (19). L'orifice du cylindre (219) destiné à une clé (119) de commande de la serrure (19) est ainsi située en vis-à-vis de la fenêtre (23, figures 2 et 3). Le dispositif de serrure (19) commande les mouvements de translation verticales et symétriques de deux tringles respectivement supérieure (9h) et inférieure (9b). Chaque tringle (9h, 9b) est pourvue d'un doigt d'accrochage (109h), respectivement (109b), sensiblement horizontal et orienté en direction du bord vertical du vantail (20d) adjacent. Le doigt (109h, 109b) d'accrochage de chaque tringle est destiné à coopérer avec un crochet (12h, 12b) respectif solidaire de la poutre (21d) du second vantail (20d), ou vantail de droite. Les deux crochets (12h, 12b) sont rendus solidaires de la face de la poutre (21d) en L qui est perpendiculaire au plan contenant les barreaux (24) du vantail (20d), à l'intérieur du L formé par cette poutre (20d). Les deux crochets (12h, 12b) sont situés respectivement en partie supérieure et inférieure de la poutre (21d) en L du second vantail (20d) et sont symétriques par rapport à un plan horizontal. Cette disposition des moyens (9h, 9b; 12h, 12b) de verrouillage complémentaires est telle que lorsque les deux vantaux (20d, 20g) sont en position fermée, les moyens de verrouillage sont situés à l'intérieur du tube à section carrée ou rectangulaire formé par les deux poutres (21g, 21d) à section en L. En tournant la clé (119) dans la serrure (19), l'opérateur commande la translation des tringles (9h, 9b) et suivant le sens de rotation de la clé (119), les doigts (109h, 109b) d'accrochage viennent ou non en prise dans les crochets (12h, 12b) respectifs. Les butées (10, 11) sont constituées chacune d'une plaque en L rendue solidaire de l'encadrement par une première de ses faces et bloquant, par une seconde face, l'ouverture des vantaux (20g, 20d) en formant une butée pour une extrémité de tringle (9h, 9b) respective. Bien sûr, ces butées supérieure (10) et inférieure (11) peuvent être remplacées par des logements formés respectivement dans les parties supérieure et inférieures de l'encadrement de l'ouverture et destinés à accueillir les extrémités des tringles (9h, 9b) lors du verrouillage du dispositif.
