Abstract
Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren gezeigt, mit denen Mikrofilamentgarne aus synthetischen Polymeren mit höherer Gleichmässigkeit von Titer, Anfärbbarkeit und verbesserten physikalischen Garneigenschaften bei erhöhter Produktionsgeschwindigkeit in einem Spinnprozess mittels Spinndüsenplatten mit hoher Lochdichte und einer zentralen Abkühleinheit hergestellt werden können. An apparatus and a method are shown with which microfilament yarns can be produced from synthetic polymers with higher uniformity of titer, dyeability and improved physical yarn properties at an increased production speed in a spinning process by means of spinneret plates with high hole density and a central cooling unit.
