S Y S T E M E D E P RO T E C T I O N A N T I P I N C E - DO I G T S P O U R PO R T E L'invention dont il est question est un dispositif anti pince-doigts qui se fixe sur le bord latéral d'une porte d'une part et l'huisserie d'autre part, côté gonds Le but du dispositif est de combler le jour qui se crée à cet endroit lors de l'ouverture de la porte et empêcher ainsi les enfants d'y glisser leurs doigts Les accidents sont fréquents, ils vont du simple pincement a l'écrasement, voire la section dans certains cas malheureusement
Les dispositifs conçus a ce jour pour résoudre ce problème n'ont pas apporté de solution satisfaisante car ils présentaient l'inconvénient de ne pas être assez simples à fabriquer, ni à poser , de présenter une taille trop importante pour le rayonnage en magasin, d'être peu commode pour le conditionnement et la promotion publicitaire De tels dispositifs sont décrits dans les brevets FR 2 726 317, FR 2 565 622 et FR-A-2 282 032, ce dernier est en fait un soufflet, ce qui exige une forme plissee à la fabrication. Le dispositif PCT/FR90/00301 qui lui est constitué d'une pièce allongée rigide ou semi-rigide présentant des lignes de subdivision longitudinales définissant deux lamelles marginales et une zone centrale de -géométrie variable
L'objectif du présent dispositif est de remédier aux défauts des inventions citées précédemment et de ne pas nécessiter d'articulation pour palier aux mouvements de la porte comme une ligne de subdivision de la pièce allongée définissant une zone de géométrie variable décrits dans PCT/FR90/00301 ou de soufflets latéraux décrits dans FR-A-2 282 032, 20 ni d'éléments mécaniques décrits dans FR 272 63 17, dans la mesure ou la présente invention repose sur le principe d'une déformation du dispositif lui-même fait dans une matière souple ou semi-rigide pour permettre les mouvements d'ouverture et fermeture de la porte Le dispositif est composé d'une ou de plusieurs pièces allongées dont la hauteur totale est par exemple de 130 centimètres, hauteur qui reste à déterminer plus précisément en fonction des règles et normes applicables en la matière
La pièce allongée est faite dans une matière souple ou semi-rigide capable de subir une déformation allant d'une configuration plate en position ouverte de la porte, dans ce cas la pièce se trouve tendue, à une configuration en forme de U lorsque la porte est fermée Cette pièce est terminée a chaque extrémité verticale par des lamelles préférentiellement de plus faible épaisseur permettant la fixation par simple adhésion par exemple à l'huisserie par l'une des extrémité, et à la porte par l'autre extrémité L'ensemble de la pièce allongée et des lamelles peut, selon un exemple de réalisation être réalisé en un seul élément de matière
FEUILLE DE REMPLACEMENT (RÈGLE 26) Cette pièce peut être réalisée pour la matière souple en polyethylene notamment sous forme de mousse nue par exemple serait enveloppée dans une matière fine qui pourrait être du PVC ou un tissu de fibre naturelles ou synthétiques par exemple Cette enveloppe serait prolongée elle seule a chaque extrémité verticale pour définir deux lamelles de quelques centimètres de largeur pour la fixation, et a une des extrémités horizontales d'une troisième lamelle permettant dans le cas d'une déclinaison sous forme de plusieurs pièces de lier les pièces les unes aux autres a l'aide d'un adhésif par exemple
Une fois posée, la pièce allongée va se déformer en fonction des mouvements de la porte Ainsi elle passera d'une configuration en forme de U lorsque la porte est fermée, a une configuration relativement plate lorsque la porte est ouverte
La largeur de la pièce allongée sera déterminée en fonction de l'angle d'ouverture maximum a supporter L'angle d'ouverture minimum a supporter par le dispositif étant 90 degrés Pour l'aspect esthétique, l'enveloppe utilisée pour recouvrir la matière souple pourra être dans des couleurs de base comme le blanc ou des couleurs plus conviviales comme le pastel, ou des motifs décoratifs Ces aspects ainsi que la fabrication en une seule ou plusieurs pièces seront à déterminer en fonction des règles ou normes en la matière ou des besoins résultants des études de marche
A titre d'illustration, des dessin sont joints qui représentent au niveau de la figure 1 une vue d'ensemble de face du dispositif pose sur une porte dans un cas de déclinaison sous forme de deux éléments liés entre eux Pour la figure 2 une coupe transversale de la même porte en position fermée, dans ce cas la pièce allongée (1 ) se trouve dans une configuration en forme de U La figure 3 représente elle la porte en position ouverte, dans ce cas la pièce allongée (1 ) est tendue et donc en configuration relativement plate Chacune des figures permet de distinguer les lamelles verticales (2) permettant la fixation du dispositif sur la porte et l'huisserie Sur la figure 1 on peut également distinguer le point de liaison de deux éléments du dispositif (3) à l'aide d'une lamelle horizontale qui se trouve en arrière plan, et donc non visible du coté extérieur du dispositif La figure 4 est une coupe transaversale de la pièce allongée dans une réalisation en mousse enveloppée de PVC ou l'on peut distinguer la couche de mousse(4) recouverte par l'enveloppe fine de PVC (5), cette même enveloppe constituant les lamelles verticales (2)

Claims

Revendications
1 - Dispositif anti pince-doigts pour porte de type à gonds, destiné à être fixé sur le bord vertical d'une porte d'une part et l'huisserie d'autre part, à l'endroit ou se trouve les gonds, lequel dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il est composé d'une ou de plusieurs pièces allongées (1) en matière souple ou semi-rigide capable de subir une déformation allant d'une configuration plate a une configuration en forme de U, cette pièce étant terminée latéralement par des lamelles verticales (2) permettant la fixation du dispositif sur la porte et l'huisserie
2 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce allongée (1) capable de se déformer est enveloppée dans une matière souple de faible épaisseur, enveloppe dont les extrémités constituent les lamelles latérales (2)
3 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce allongée (1 ) et les lamelles (2) sont faits dans en un seul élément de matière dont les extrémités sont de plus faible épaisseur permettant la fixation par adhésion
4 - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce allongée se termine a l'une des extrémités horizontales par une lamelle (3) pour la liaison des pièces entre elles dans le cas d'une déclinaison sous forme de plusieurs pièces
5 - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière souple (4) est un polyethylene
6 - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matière souple (4) est une mousse de polyethylene
7 - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérise en ce que l'enveloppe de matière souple est un PVC
8 - Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caraténsé en ce que l'enveloppe de matière souple est un tissu de fibres naturelles ou synthétiques. 9 - Dispositif selon les revendications 2, 7 et 8 caraténsé en ce que les lamelles latérales sont constituées uniquement par des prolongements latéraux de l'enveloppe (5) 10 - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles sont adhésives (2) et (3)
