Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer die Kupferlöslichkeit in Wasser begrenzenden Schutzschicht auf der inneren Oberfläche eines Kupferrohrs. In einer ersten Lösung ist eine oxidative Behandlung der inneren Oberfläche mit Lösungen von Oxidantien und carbonathaltigen Salzen bei erhöhten Temperaturen vorgesehen. Ferner wird eine Möglichkeit aufgezeigt, eine Schutzschicht aus Kupferchlorid zu erzeugen, welche durch Benetzung der inneren Oberfläche mit einer Kupferammoniumchlorid-Lösung und einer anschließenden Reaktion mit einem sauerstoffhaltigen Gas erzeugt wird. Schließlich wird eine Möglichkeit aufgezeigt, eine Schutzschicht elektrolytisch aus einer Elektrolyt-Lösung in Form von basischen Kupfercarbonaten abzuscheiden.
