   caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (222, 232) d'au moins une desdites biellettes est montée pivotante sur une pièce (25) de verrouillage/déverrouillage pouvant coulisser le long dudit second élément (11) de châssis et basculer entre deux positions par rapport à l'axe défini par ledit second élément de châssis : - une position de verrouillage (fig. 5A), dans laquelle au moins un élément de blocage (51) monté sur ladite pièce de verrouillage/déverrouillage (25) coopère avec un logement complémentaire (261 à 263) ménagé sur ledit second élément de châssis (11), pour maintenir ladite chaise dans la position d'inclinaison stable correspondante ; et - une position de déverrouillage (fig. 5B), obtenue en actionnant (52) ledit élément de verrouillage/déverrouillage (25), dans laquelle ledit élément de blocage (51) est dégagé, de façon à permettre le coulissement dudit élément de verrouillage/déverrouillage.
