Abstract

Ein Einspritzventil (1) für ein Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem ist mit einem Injektorgehäuse (2), in welchem ein Piezostack (4) angeordnet ist, und mit einem mit dem Injektorgehäuse (2) verbundenen Ventilgehäuse (6), in dem eine mit einer Düsennadel (8) versehene Ventilverschließeinrichtung (7) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, versehen. Die Ventilverschließeinrichtung (7) ist durch den Piezostack (4) betätigbar. Durch eine Rückstelleinrichtung ist die Ventilverschließeinrichtung (7) rückstellbar. Zwischen dem Piezostack (4) und der Düsennadel (8) der Ventilverschließeinrichtung (7) ist ein hydraulischer Folgeverstärker mit einem von dem Piezostack (4) betätigten Verdrängerkolben (21), einem dem Verdrängerkolben (21) nachgeschalteten, den Verstellweg vergrößernden Steuerkolben (22) und einem die Düsennadel (8) betätigenden und die Betätigungskraft erhöhenden Arbeitskolben (34) angeordnet.

Between the piezo stack (4) and the nozzle needle (8) of the valve closing device (7) there is a hydraulic sequence amplifier with a displacement piston (21) actuated by the piezo stack (4), a control piston (22) connected downstream of the displacement piston (21) and increasing the adjustment path. and a working piston (34) which actuates the nozzle needle (8) and increases the actuating force.
