Description

La présente invention concerne un coffre de volet roulant antifissure.
Les coffres existants sont réalisés en polystyrène expansé moulé, recouvert de fibre. Ils se posent dans l'alignement extérieur de la maçonnerie. Les enduits extérieurs sont projetés directement sur le coffre. Le contraste des deux matériaux : parpaings ou béton d'une part et polystyrène plus fibre d'autre part, provoque très souvent une fissure de chaque côté du coffre.
Le document DE-U-295 12 969 montre un coffre de volet roulant comprenant des éléments en mortier armé de treillis métallique et recouverts côté intérieur et côté extérieur de plaques de même coefficient de dilatation que la maçonnerie.
Dans le but de proposer une solution simple et fiable au problème exposé ci-dessus, la présente invention propose un coffre antifissure selon la revendication 1. En effet, tout en servant de logement au volet roulant, selon une première caractéristique, un treillis métallique solidaire du coffre permet la mise en oeuvre d'un linteau en béton armé ayant la forme d'un L renversé, faisant ainsi continuité dans la maçonnerie, évitant ainsi tout risque de fissure.
Ce coffre présente aussi à sa base côté extérieur un rebord d'environ 5 cm et en partie haute côté intérieur une lisse d'environ 5 cm. Le rebord d'environ 5 cm lors de la pose du coffre s'aligne avec la maçonnerie. Le treillis métallique réalisé en fer tor relie ces deux éléments devenant ainsi solidaire de l'ensemble du coffre. Ce treillis est placé au milieu du rebord et de la lisse.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention.
  • La figure 1 représente en coupe le coffre, objet de l'invention.
  • La figure 2 représente de face la partie extérieure du coffre.
  • En référence à ces dessins, le coffre repose aux deux extrémités (1), sur la maçonnerie (2), un rebord d'environ 5 cm (3) en base extérieure permet de positionner le coffre 5 cm en retrait de l'alignement extérieur de la maçonnerie (2).
    En partie haute, dans l'alignement intérieur de la maçonnerie (2), le coffre est surmonté d'une lisse d'environ 5 cm (8).
    Un treillis métallique (5) réalisé en fer tor, relie les éléments 3 et 8 devenant ainsi solidaire de l'ensemble.
    Afin d'assurer une bonne prise et former continuité dans la maçonnerie (2), le treillis (5) dépasse d'environ 15 cm (7) de chaque côté du coffre.
    Après le positionnement du coffre, un linteau (6) en béton ayant la forme d'un L renversé est coulé, faisant continuité dans la maçonnerie (2).
    L'isolation (9) du coffre est réalisé côté intérieur avec un matériau de très bonne qualité.
    Ce coffre peut être réalisé en tôle, PVC ou polyester. Le coût et la rigidité sont les éléments déterminants du choix.
    Ce coffre, selon l'invention, est particulièrement destiné aux constructions neuves.

    Claims (3)

    1. Coffre de volet roulant antifissure dont les extrémités reposent sur la maçonnerie, comportant d'une part, à sa base, côté extérieur, un rebord (3) d'environ 5 cm qui vient en alignement de la maçonnerie (2), d'autre part, en partie haute, côté intérieur, une lisse d'environ 5 cm (8), et enfin un treillis métallique (5) réalisé en fer tor reliant ledit rebord (3) et ladite lisse (8), ce qui permet la mise en oeuvre d'un linteau en béton armé ayant la forme d'un L renversé faisant ainsi continuité dans la maçonnerie.
    2. Coffre de volet roulant antifissure selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le treillis métallique (5) dépasse d'environ 15 cm (7) chaque côté du coffre.
    3. Coffre de volet roulant antifissure selon les revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le treillis métallique (5) est positionné au milieu des éléments (3) et (8).
