Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Einschlafwarnung eines Fahrzeugführers, umfassend eine Fahrzeugumgebungserkennungs-Einrichtung, eine Einrichtung (5) zur Erfassung eines Referenzfahrstils des Kraftfahrzeugführers, eine Vergleichslogik (6) zum Auswerten des Referenzfahrstils mit einem von der Fahrumgebungserkennungs-Einrichtung ermittelten Ist-Fahrstil und eine von der Vergleichslogik (6) ansteuerbare Warneinrichtung (7), wobei die Fahrumgebungserkennungs-Einrichtung als Abstandssensorik (2) ausgebildet ist, aus deren Daten auf eine relative Lateralbewegung des Kraftfahrzeuges zur Fahrbahnbegrenzung schließbar ist.
