Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a knife holder for knife heads for woodworking. With such cutter heads is for a precise knife positioning important to a to achieve good work results, but also the Safety of the knife holder due to the high cutter head speeds and therefore the one acting on the clamped knife high centrifugal forces.
A knife head is known from WO 94/03 311, in which the knife plates with the help of clamping plates in recesses of the base body are held such that the knife plate each with its rear surface on one in the recess of the Base body formed contact surface and the clamping plate by means of one inserted in the base body and in screwed the clamping plate against the Front surface of the knife plate is clamped to this against to clamp the contact surface of the base body, and the Tension screw is designed as a tension screw and radial inside the lower edge of the cutter plate Threaded hole of the clamping plate is screwed in. For axial Positioning the knife plate is a dowel in the contact surface of the base body, which in one in the Grooved groove on the radially inner cutting edge intervenes. The radial securing of the knife plate against the acting centrifugal forces takes place in that the knife plate a ground in near its radially inner edge Has transverse groove, in which a corresponding Raised rib engages on the clamping plate. The clamping plate is formed radially on the inside with a bulge that fits into a corresponding recess radially within the contact surface of the base body engages for the knife plate, such that the clamping plate by a certain amount after loosening the clamping screw Dimension within the recess of the base body from the knife plate can be tilted away, creating the cross rib of the clamping plate comes out of engagement with the transverse groove of the knife plate and the Knife plate can be removed from the knife head, without completely unscrewing the clamping screw and removing the clamping plate is necessary.
A disadvantage of the known arrangement, however, is that in the cutter groove formed for radial securing, because this weakening the knife plate in the radially inner region and thus forms a potential fault line so that the necessary level of security not necessarily guaranteed is.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a knife holder to create in cutter heads that are under warranty a greater degree of security and inserting the knife plates without completely loosening the Allows clamping screws and the clamping plates.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the in
The arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that in essentially without weakening the integrity of the knife plate in the radially inner area a positive radial Fuse is achieved, the radial securing means can take over the axial definition at the same time, and nevertheless removing and inserting the knife plates in the cutter head without completely removing the clamping screws and the clamping plates is possible, rather the clamping screws only to be loosened to a certain degree.

Fig. 1 shows a section of a cutter head with a
Anlagefläche des Grundkörpers 1.The
eingreift.The
If the
sichern. Die Schneidkante 3c der Messerplatte 3 befindet sich
in den Fig. 3 und 4 oben.The
Messerplattendicke.Between the inner areas of the
Instead of two
