Description
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un aspirateur mécanique selon l'invention, représenté en position ouverte, d'un conduit de fumées émergeant d'un toit ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un aspirateur mécanique de fumées selon la figure 1, représenté en cours de montage, avant mise en place de la turbine rotative ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un palier support de turbine selon la ligne III-III de la figure 2.
Claims (6)
- Aspirateur mécanique de fumées (1) pour conduit de cheminée (2) du type constitué par une turbine rotative (3), solidaire d'une partie libre (4a) d'un axe vertical (4), entraínée en rotation sous l'action d'une force d'entraínement et dont une zone d'extrémité inférieure (4b) est montée tourillonnante dans un palier support (5) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément (7) tel que coussinet ou roulement à billes, immergé dans un bain d'huile de lubrification (6) et disposé au centre d'une collerette (9) d'adaptation au conduit (2) par des bras de liaison radiaux (10) disposés entre cette dernière et ledit palier support (5), caractérisé en ce que tous ses éléments constitutifs (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10), à l'exception de la collerette d'adaptation (9), forment un ensemble mobile (11) escamotable, par dégagement latéral, grâce à des moyens de fixation amovibles des bras de liaison radiaux (10) sur ladite collerette (9), l'un de ces moyens de fixation étant constitué par un axe d'articulation (12) disposé verticalement dans une zone périphérique fixe (13) de la collerette (9) et coopérant avec un alésage (14) réalisé à l'extrémité libre de l'un des bras radiaux de liaison (10a), de manière à rendre ledit ensemble (11) libre de débattement dans un plan horizontal par rotation autour de l'axe vertical fixe (12), dans un sens ou dans l'autre, pour permettre, soit le libre accès du conduit (2) en vue de son entretien, soit son recouvrement en fonctionnement.
- Aspirateur mécanique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble escamotable (11) monté rotatif autour de l'axe vertical d'articulation (12), par l'intermédiaire de l'un de ses bras de liaison radiaux (10A), comporte au moins un second bras de liaison radial (10B) dont l'extrémité libre est prolongée par un moyen de verrouillage (18) destiné à coopérer avec un moyen complémentaire (19) disposé sur la périphérie externe (9A) de la collerette fixe d'adaptation (9).
- Aspirateur mécanique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (18) réalisé sur le second bras de liaison radial (10B) est constitué par une lumière réalisée sur un prolongement (20) de l'extrémité dudit bras (10B) rabattue verticalement, pour constituer une patte apte à coopérer avec le corps d'une vis constituant le moyen complémentaire de verrouillage (19) qui est engagé radialement dans un trou fileté (21) de la paroi latérale (9A) de la collerette (9), et venant en serrage contre la patte (20) dont la mise en contact avec ladite collerette fixe (9) correspond au centrage de l'ensemble mobile (11) par rapport à celle-ci.
- Aspirateur mécanique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la lumière (18) de la patte de verrouillage (20) est de forme oblongue, ouverte à une extrémité dirigée vers la vis (19) pour définir un U dont les branches (18a, 18b) s'étendent horizontalement de part et d'autre de l'axe longitudinal de la lumière (18) qu'elles délimitent, le centre (O) du fond arrondi (18c) de celle-ci correspond à l'axe (xx') de la vis de verrouillage (19).
- Aspirateur mécanique selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la patte de verrouillage (20) comporte, dans une zone latérale opposée à l'extrémité ouverte de sa lumière (18), une extension (22) s'étendant sensiblement radialement vers l'extérieur et constituant une prise manuelle de manoeuvre en rotation de l'ensemble mobile (11) dans un sens ou dans l'autre.
- Aspirateur mécanique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble mobile (11) comporte un troisième bras de liaison (10C) avec la collerette fixe (9), dont l'extrémité libre forme une patte (23) réalisée dans un plan horizontal, et sur la périphérie externe de laquelle est ménagée une rainure (24), également réalisée selon un plan horizontal, qui est susceptible de coopérer en fermeture avec une dent correspondante (25) en saillie sur la paroi interne périphérique (9B) de la collerette (9), de manière à obtenir une fixation en trois points de l'ensemble mobile (11).
