Abstract
Medizinische Produkte werden bisher vorzugsweise in aus Röhrenglas hergestellten zylindrischen Fläschchen lyophilisiert, auf welches ein geeigneter Elastomerverschluß aufgesetzt wird. Derartige Behälter weisen unregelmäßige Geometrien im Kopf-, Hals- und Bodenbereich sowie Totbereiche zwischen den einzelnen Behältern einer Charge in einer Gefriertrochnungsanlage auf, wodurch eine homogene Lyophilisation des darin enthaltenen Gutes nicht erreicht wird.
